the movable spray head (8) comprises a support arm (8A), a second hydraulic oil cylinder (8B), a hydraulic cycloid motor (8C), a movable support (8D), a spray pipe (8E), a nozzle (8F), a spray pipe fixing seat (8G) and a fixed support (8H), one end of the support arm (8A) is fixedly connected with one end, far away from the swing mechanism (2), of the lifting arm (3), the other end of the support arm (8A) is hinged with the bottom or one side of the fixed support (8H), one end of the second hydraulic oil cylinder (8B) is hinged with one side, near the lifting arm (3), of the support arm (8A), the other end of the second hydraulic oil cylinder is hinged with the fixed support (8H), the two ends of the movable support (8D) are rotatably arranged on the fixed support (8H) and far away from one side of the support arm (8A), the hydraulic cycloid motor (8C) is fixedly arranged at one end of the fixed support (8H) and a driving shaft is connected with a rotating shaft of the movable support (8D), the spray pipe fixing seat (8G) is fixedly arranged on the movable support (8D), the spray pipe (8E) is fixedly arranged on the spray pipe fixing seat (8G) and is vertical to a rotating shaft of the movable support (8D), one end of the spray pipe (8E) is provided with a nozzle (8F), and the other end of the spray pipe (8E) is communicated with a high-pressure water outlet of the fuel heating high-pressure water pump (6) through a conveying pipe (9);
and the control ends of the slewing mechanism (2), the lifting arm (3), the second hydraulic cylinder (8B) and the hydraulic cycloid motor (8C) are respectively and electrically connected with the output end of the control system.

The multipurpose self-propelled washing trolley according to claim 1, further comprising a high-pressure water pump control assembly (10), wherein the high-pressure water pump control assembly (10) comprises a base (10A), a spray gun support (10B), a spray gun (10C), a trigger pull rod (10D), a pull rod (10E), a starting and stopping disc (10F) and a steering engine (10G), the base (10A) is fixedly arranged on a carriage of the motor vehicle (1), the spray gun support (10B) is fixedly arranged on one side of the top end of the base (10A), the steering engine (10G) is fixedly arranged on one side, far away from the spray gun support (10B), of the top end of the base (10A), and the starting and stopping disc (10F) is coaxially and fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft of the steering engine (10G); spray gun (10C) is fixed to be set up on spray gun support (10B) and export and delivery pipe (9) intercommunication, entry and the discharge gate intercommunication of airless flushing assembly, the one end of trigger pull rod (10D) is articulated and the other end is articulated with pull rod (10E) with the trigger of spray gun (10C), the one end that spray gun trigger pull rod (10D) was kept away from in pull rod (10E) articulates on opening the off-center quotation of dish (10F).
