It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing cleaning assembly for a surface cleaning apparatus of the present disclosure has at least the following benefits:
1. through setting up flexible sewage bag in the stock solution intracavity of washing bucket, in the course of carrying out the cleanness to surface cleaning device's cleaning roller, although cleaning roller can constantly absorb and take away the washing liquid in the stock solution intracavity, the washing liquid that is absorbed and taken away by cleaning roller can be scraped off and enter the dirty box of collection, then get into in the middle of the sewage bag from the drain of the dirty box of collection, make sewage bag inflation, the washing liquid in the stock solution intracavity is extruded to expanded sewage bag, make the liquid level of washing liquid keep basically unchangeable (namely the dirty liquid that the washing liquid changes makes sewage bag inflation, utilize expanded sewage bag to compensate the loss of stock solution intracavity washing liquid subsequently), thereby make the liquid level of washing liquid in the stock solution intracavity can keep realizing the liquid level limit value that supplies to cleaning roller, therefore, the cleaning assembly of this disclosure only needs to hold the washing liquid that is slightly higher than or equal to the liquid level limit value and can guarantee the cleaning effect of cleaning roller, therefore, the using amount of the cleaning liquid is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
And, when needs are cleaned surface cleaning device, the dirty liquid that originally collects in the collection dirt box can be accomodate into the dirty water bag for the dirty water bag has certain degree of inflation, then adds the washing liquid to the stock solution chamber again, further reduces the quantity of washing liquid. Or, when the cleaning of the surface to be cleaned by the user is not finished and the surface cleaning device needs to be cleaned midway, the dirty liquid in the dirty collecting box does not need to be poured independently, so that the user can conveniently perform subsequent cleaning work on the surface to be cleaned as soon as possible, and the user experience is improved.
2. Through setting up the fixed wall around sewage bag for the fixed wall has formed the foul solution accommodation area who continues with sewage bag, reaches maximum inflation volume back at sewage bag, and the washing liquid that the stock solution intracavity reduced holds around the foul solution accommodation area who forms by the fixed wall, and sewage bag can't continue the inflation in order to compensate the washing liquid that the stock solution intracavity reduced, thereby makes the liquid level of the washing liquid in the stock solution intracavity continuously descend, and then makes washing liquid and cleaning roller break away from the contact, so that scrape futilely to the cleaning roller.
3. Through setting up the location structure of mutually supporting at washing bucket and dirty box of collection, can play the positioning action to the cooperation of surface cleaning device and washing subassembly, prevent that the user from adorning surface cleaning device anti-reverse. Meanwhile, the driving part and the valve can be ensured to be accurately butted through the positioning action of the positioning structure, so that the valve is opened.
4. Through set up the spillway cavity around the stock solution chamber in wasing the bucket to set up the gap on the lateral wall in stock solution chamber, the washing liquid in the stock solution intracavity can flow in the middle of the spillway cavity when surpassing the gap, thereby inject the highest liquid level of stock solution intracavity washing liquid, at the in-process that the user adds the washing liquid to the stock solution intracavity, can prevent that user's liquid feeding speed is too fast to lead to the washing liquid to spill over to the external world, thereby promote user experience. Moreover, under the condition that the cleaning assembly is provided with the fixed wall, the overflow cavity and the overflow gap are arranged, so that the situation that a user adds too much cleaning liquid under the condition that no external reference exists, and the liquid level of the cleaning liquid cannot be lowered to the height of being separated from the cleaning roller when the cleaning roller needs to be scraped dry.
5. The bottom wall of the sewage collecting box is inclined, and the sewage draining port is arranged at the lowest position of the bottom wall, so that in the process of cleaning the cleaning roller of the surface cleaning device, sewage entering the sewage collecting box can enter the sewage bag from the sewage draining port in time, more sewage is prevented from being retained in the sewage collecting box, and the sewage bag cannot expand in time.
6. Through setting up the mounting hole at the sewage bag, set up the pothook that matches with the mounting hole at washing dish or washing bucket for the sewage bag can utilize the cooperation detachably of mounting hole and pothook to install on washing dish or washing bucket, the change of the sewage bag of being convenient for. And, the cooperation mode of mounting hole and pothook makes and only needs to lift the slight sewage bag that moves about and can take off the sewage bag, avoids the sewage bag to take place acutely to rock effectively and leads to the foul solution to spill.

It is noted that the wash assembly of the present disclosure may be used with a hand-held surface cleaning apparatus having a wand and manually operated by a user, such as a hand-held floor scrubber, or the like; it can also be used for a cleaning robot with driving wheels, which can control the driving wheels to travel according to a program stored in the cleaning robot and control the cleaning roller to clean the floor.
The specific structure of the cleaning assembly for a surface cleaning apparatus of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment of the present disclosure:
as shown in fig. 1, the surface cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment includes a body 11, a cleaning roller 12 provided at the bottom of the body 11, and a dirt collection box 13. The surface cleaning device wipes a surface to be cleaned by using a rotating cleaning roller 12, and a dirt collecting box 13 is used for collecting dirt liquid scraped from the cleaning roller 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the body 11 is provided with a dirt scraping member 14, and the dirt collecting box 13 is provided with a receiving portion 131 adjacent to the cleaning roller 12. The cleaning roller 12 rotates counterclockwise (taking the plane shown in fig. 1 as an example), the dirt scraping member 14 abuts against the cleaning roller 12 tightly to scrape off the dirt and the dirt on the cleaning roller 12, and the scraped-off dirt liquid flows into the dirt collecting box 13 along the connecting portion 131.
Instead of the dirt scraping member 14, the receiving portion 131 of the dirt collecting box 13 may be brought into close contact with the cleaning roller 12, the cleaning roller 12 may rotate clockwise, and the receiving portion 131 may scrape off the dirt and the dirt on the cleaning roller 12 and then directly flow into the dirt collecting box 13.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning assembly of the present embodiment includes a cleaning tub 21, a cleaning tray 22, and a flexible sewage bag 23. The cleaning barrel 21 has a reservoir chamber 211, and the reservoir chamber 211 is used for containing a cleaning liquid. A wash tray 22 is provided within the wash tub 21 and is used to house the surface cleaning apparatus. The sewage bag 23 is arranged in the liquid storage cavity 211, the sewage collecting box 13 of the surface cleaning device is provided with a sewage outlet 132 (as shown in fig. 5), and after the surface cleaning device is placed on the cleaning disc 22, the sewage bag 23 is communicated with the sewage collecting box 13 through the sewage outlet 132.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the cleaning disk 22 is provided with a housing chamber 221, and the cleaning roller 12 can be placed in the housing chamber 221. The accommodating chamber 221 is provided with a cleaning rib 222 and a water through hole 223. After the cleaning disc 22 and the cleaning tub 21 are assembled in place, the cleaning disc 22 is positioned on top of the liquid storage chamber 211. After the surface cleaning device is placed on the cleaning disc 22, the cleaning roller 12 contacts the cleaning rib 222, and the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211 can contact the cleaning roller 12 through the water through holes 223, so that the cleaning liquid is supplied to the cleaning roller 12.
It should be noted that the cleaning disc 22 may be placed on the liquid storage cavity 211 without any connection process, or may be detachably connected or fixedly connected to the cleaning barrel 21.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the dirt collecting box 13 is provided with an elastic dirt discharging valve 133 for controlling the opening and closing of the dirt discharging port 132 (shown in fig. 5), a driving part 212 is provided in the cleaning barrel 21, and after the surface cleaning apparatus is placed on the cleaning tray 22, the driving part 212 opens the elastic dirt discharging valve 133. Specifically, the flexible waste valve 133 is a baffle, and the driving part 212 is a top post disposed in the reservoir 211. The baffle has a sealing part 134 and an operating part 135, a torsion spring (not shown in the figure) is arranged between the sealing part 134 and the operating part 135, the baffle is pivotally connected with the sewage collecting box 13 through the torsion spring, and the sealing part 134 seals the sewage draining outlet 132 under the action of the elasticity of the torsion spring. As shown in fig. 5, after the surface cleaning apparatus is placed on the cleaning tray 22, the top pillar pushes the operation portion 135, so as to overcome the elastic force of the torsion spring, so that the baffle rotates, and then the sealing portion 134 is far away from the drain outlet 132, and finally the drain outlet 132 is opened.
Although not shown in the drawings, in another embodiment of the present embodiment, the elastic waste-discharging valve may also be composed of a baffle and a spring that extends and contracts in the horizontal direction, and the driving part is formed by extending the side wall of the liquid storage cavity inwards. The baffle seals the sewage outlet 132 under the action of the elastic force of the spring, the surface cleaning device is placed behind the cleaning disc 22, and the driving part pushes the baffle along the horizontal direction, so that the elastic force of the spring is overcome, the baffle moves horizontally, and the sewage outlet 132 is opened.
Referring to fig. 5, in another embodiment of the present embodiment, a valve without elasticity may be adopted, for example, a torsion spring is not provided, but the weight of the operation portion 135 of the baffle is made to be much larger than that of the sealing portion 134, so that the sealing portion 134 may seal the sewage outlet 132 under the action of the gravity of the operation portion 135, and after the surface cleaning apparatus is placed on the cleaning tray 22, the top pillar pushes the operation portion 135, so that the baffle is rotated against the gravity of the operation portion 135, and then the sealing portion 134 is far away from the sewage outlet 132, and finally the sewage outlet 132 is opened. Alternatively, the valve is an electromagnetic valve, and the surface cleaning device is placed on the cleaning disc 22, and the driving part touches the switch of the electromagnetic valve. For example, the solenoid valve is opened and closed by the on-off of the clarinet, the driving part is a magnet, the magnet enables the clarinet to be communicated after the surface cleaning device is placed on the cleaning disc 22, and the clarinet is disconnected after the surface cleaning device is far away from the cleaning disc 22.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the cleaning barrel 21 and the dirt collecting box 13 are provided with a positioning structure, the positioning structure comprises a positioning hole 136 disposed at the bottom of the dirt collecting box 13 and a positioning post 213 disposed in the liquid storage cavity 211, and during the process of placing the surface cleaning apparatus on the cleaning tray 22, the surface cleaning apparatus and the cleaning assembly can be positioned by the cooperation of the positioning post 213 and the positioning hole 136, so as to prevent the user from reversely placing the surface cleaning apparatus. Meanwhile, the driving part 212 and the elastic blow-down valve 133 can be ensured to be accurately butted by the positioning action of the positioning structure, so that the elastic blow-down valve 133 is opened.
Referring to FIG. 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the positioning post 213 is higher than the top post, so that the positioning post 213 can contact the dirt collecting box 13 first, and then feedback the user as soon as possible when the surface cleaning apparatus is reversely loaded, to remind the user of the reverse loading. Meanwhile, the symmetrical position of the positioning column 213 about the center line (long and short lines in the figure) of the dirt collecting box 13 is spaced from the top column, so as to avoid the positioning column 213 from pushing the elastic dirt discharging valve 133 open when the dirt collecting box is reversely installed.
Referring back to fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the positioning column 213 and the top column are sleeved with flexible sleeves (not marked in the figure) so as to avoid scratching the dirty water bag 23.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the sewage bag 23 is disposed on the cleaning disc 22, and after the cleaning disc 22 and the cleaning tub 21 are assembled in place, the sewage bag 23 is located in the liquid storage cavity 211, and the sewage bag 23 has wrinkles, and the sewage enters the sewage bag 23 and expands through the relaxation of the wrinkles.
It should be noted that the sewage bag 23 having the folds is only one embodiment for expanding the liquid in the sewage bag 23. The dirty water bag 23 may also be in the form of a sheet which expands as dirty liquid enters the dirty water bag. On the basis that the sewage bag 23 can expand after liquid is fed, the sewage bag 23 can be in various forms under the state of not containing liquid.
Referring to the flow direction of the cleaning solution in fig. 7, during the cleaning process of the surface cleaning apparatus, the cleaning roller 12 can drive the cleaning solution in the storage chamber 211 into the dirt collecting box 13, and then flow into the dirt water bag 23 from the dirt discharge outlet 132 (shown in fig. 5). As shown in fig. 7, the sewage bag 23 expands after receiving the sewage, so as to squeeze the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211 and raise the liquid level of the cleaning liquid, so that the liquid level of the cleaning liquid remains substantially unchanged (i.e. the sewage bag 23 expands due to the sewage converted from the cleaning liquid, and then the expanded sewage bag 23 makes up for the loss of the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211), so that the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211 keeps in contact with the cleaning roller 12.
Referring back to fig. 3 and 5, the sewage bag 23 is provided with a fixing wall 231, and the fixing wall 231 is disposed around the sewage bag 23 so as to enclose a sewage containing area that is continuous with the sewage bag 23 (i.e., after the sewage bag 23 contains the largest amount of sewage, the sewage that subsequently enters the sewage bag 23 is contained in the sewage containing area surrounded by the fixing wall 231). That is, when the area surrounded by the fixed wall 231 begins to contain the contaminated fluid, the contaminated fluid bag 23 is no longer inflated, and cannot continue to expand to compensate for the loss of the cleaning fluid in the reservoir 211, and the level of the cleaning fluid in the reservoir 211 continues to drop and thus is out of contact with the scrub roller 12. The scrub roller 12 is wiped dry by rubbing against the cleansing bar 222.
With reference to fig. 3, the fixing wall 231 is provided with a mounting hole 232, the cleaning tray 22 is provided with a hook 224 matching with the mounting hole 232, and the sewage bag 23 can be detachably mounted on the cleaning tray 22 by matching the mounting hole 232 and the hook 224, so as to facilitate replacement of the sewage bag 23. In addition, in the process of taking off the sewage bag 23, the sewage bag 23 is lifted up only, and then the sewage bag 23 is slightly moved left and right to enable the mounting hole 232 and the clamping hook 224 to be separated from each other, so that the sewage bag 23 is taken off, and compared with other detachable connection modes such as a buckle, the sewage bag 23 can be effectively prevented from being violently shaken to cause the spilling of sewage.
It should be noted that the fixing wall 231 and the waste water bag 23 may be disposed on the cleaning tray 22, or may be disposed on the cleaning barrel 21, for example, a support portion is extended inward from the sidewall of the liquid storage cavity 211, a hook is disposed on the support portion, or a support portion is extended upward from the bottom wall of the liquid storage cavity 211 to support the fixing wall 231 and the waste water bag 23.
In addition, it should be noted that the fixing wall 231 may be provided separately; or formed by the cleaning disc 22, and then the sewage bag 23 is arranged on the cleaning basket 22 by gluing or secondary injection molding; the cleaning barrel 21 may also be formed by extending a plurality of support rods from the side wall of the liquid storage cavity 211 to the inside, and forming an integrated fixing wall at the end of the plurality of support rods, and then the sewage bag 23 is disposed on the cleaning barrel 21 by gluing or secondary injection. But the sewage bag 23 is not easily removed without separately providing the fixing wall.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the washing tub 21 is provided with an overflow chamber 214 provided around the liquid storage chamber 211, and an overflow hole 215 is provided on a side wall of the liquid storage chamber 211. When the level of cleaning fluid in the reservoir 211 is above the overflow 215, cleaning fluid in the reservoir 211 may flow from the overflow 215 into the overflow 214, thereby defining a maximum level of cleaning fluid in the reservoir 211. In-process of user's addition washing liquid in to stock solution chamber 211, can prevent that user's liquid feeding speed is too fast to lead to the washing liquid to spill over to the external world to promote user experience. Moreover, the overflow cavity 214 and the overflow gap 215 can prevent the cleaning liquid from being excessively added by a user without external reference, so that the liquid level of the cleaning liquid can not be lowered to the height of the cleaning roller 12 when the cleaning roller 12 needs to be scraped dry.
It should be noted that the overflow chamber 214 and the overflow 215 may not be provided, but the level mark may be provided directly on the washing tub 21, but the effect is not as good as the overflow chamber 214 and the overflow 215.
The operation of the cleaning assembly of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 5 to 7:
when the cleaning roller 12 of the surface cleaning device needs cleaning, firstly, cleaning liquid is added into the liquid storage cavity 211 to the height of the overflow port 215, then the surface cleaning device is placed on the cleaning disc 22 by the cleaning liquid, the elastic blow-down valve 133 is pushed by the top column, and the blow-down port 132 is opened, so that the sewage collection box 13 is communicated with the sewage bag 23. The cleaning liquid in the reservoir chamber 211 is immersed in at least a part of the cleaning roller 12 through the water passing holes 223, and the rotating cleaning roller 12 is cleaned by the cleaning liquid and the cleaning ribs 222. In the cleaning process, the rotating cleaning roller 12 can utilize inertia to bring a part of the cleaning liquid into the dirt collecting box 13, and meanwhile, the cleaning roller 12 can also absorb the cleaning liquid and then be scraped off by the dirt scraping piece 14 to be converted into dirt liquid to enter the dirt collecting box 13. The dirty liquid in the dirty collecting box 13 enters the dirty water bag 23 through the drain outlet 132, so that the dirty water bag 23 is expanded (in an expanded state as shown in fig. 7), the expanded dirty water bag 23 extrudes the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211 (i.e., the dirty liquid converted from the cleaning liquid expands the dirty water bag 23, and then the expanded dirty water bag 23 makes up for the loss of the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211), so that the liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211 can be kept at a height contacting with the cleaning roller 12, and the cleaning roller 12 is kept to be continuously immersed for cleaning. After the amount of the dirty liquid contained in the dirty water bag 23 reaches the maximum (i.e., the expansion degree of the dirty water bag 23 reaches the maximum), the dirty liquid subsequently entering the dirty water bag 23 is contained in the containing area surrounded by the fixing wall 231, the dirty water bag 23 does not expand any more, and cannot continue to compensate for the loss of the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211 through expansion, the liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211 continuously drops, so that the cleaning liquid is separated from the cleaning roller 12, and then the cleaning roller 12 is scraped away from the cleaning rib 222 for cleaning.
In the process of cleaning the cleaning roller of the surface cleaning device, although the cleaning roller 12 continuously absorbs and takes away the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211, the cleaning liquid absorbed and taken away by the cleaning roller 12 is scraped and enters the dirt collecting box 13, and then enters the dirt water bag 23 from the drain outlet 132 of the dirt collecting box 13, so that the dirt water bag 23 expands, the expanded dirt water bag 23 extrudes the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity (i.e. the cleaning liquid is converted into the dirt liquid to expand the dirt water bag 23, and then the expanded dirt water bag 23 makes up the loss of the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211), so that the liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211 can be kept at the height contacting with the cleaning roller 12, and further the supply of the cleaning liquid to the cleaning roller 12 is kept, therefore, the cleaning assembly of the embodiment utilizes the expanded dirt water bag 23 to make up the loss of the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage cavity 211, the amount of the cleaning liquid is reduced on the basis of ensuring the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller 12, and the user experience is improved.
Moreover, when the surface cleaning device needs to be cleaned, the dirty liquid collected in the dirty collecting box 13 can be stored in the dirty water bag 23, so that the dirty water bag 23 expands to a certain extent, and then the cleaning liquid is added into the liquid storage cavity 211, thereby further reducing the using amount of the cleaning liquid. Or when the cleaning of the surface to be cleaned by the user is not finished and the surface cleaning device needs to be cleaned midway, the dirty liquid in the dirty collecting box 13 does not need to be poured independently, so that the user can conveniently perform subsequent cleaning work on the surface to be cleaned as soon as possible, and the user experience is improved.
Further, come to form the foul solution holding area who continues with sewage bag 23 through setting up fixed wall 231, after sewage bag 23 reaches the maximum inflation volume, the washing liquid that reduces in the stock solution chamber 211 is held around the foul solution holding area who forms by fixed wall 231, sewage bag 23 can't continue to expand in order to compensate the washing liquid that reduces in the stock solution chamber 211, thereby make the liquid level of the washing liquid in the stock solution chamber 211 continuously descend, and then make washing liquid and cleaning roller 12 break away from the contact, so that scrape futilely cleaning roller 12.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the bottom wall of the dirt-collecting box 13 is disposed obliquely, and the dirt-discharging opening 132 is disposed at the lowest portion of the bottom wall. In the process of cleaning the cleaning roller 12 of the surface cleaning device, the dirty liquid entering the dirty box 13 can enter the dirty water bag 23 from the sewage outlet 132 in time under the guidance of the inclined bottom wall, so that the dirty box 13 is prevented from being detained by more dirty liquid, and the dirty water bag 23 cannot expand in time.
A second embodiment of the disclosure:
as shown in fig. 8, the cleaning disc 22 of the present embodiment is provided with a water supply wheel 225, unlike the first embodiment, and when cleaning rollers 12 of the surface cleaning apparatus are cleaned, the rotating cleaning rollers 12 rotate the water supply wheel 225, and the rotating water supply wheel 225 supplies the cleaning liquid in the reservoir chamber 211 to the cleaning rollers 12. The washing assembly of the present embodiment can allow the washing liquid in the reservoir 211 to have a lower level limit value by providing the water supply wheel 225, and accordingly, the height of the overflow hole 215 can be lowered, compared to the first embodiment.
In addition, the cleaning disc 22 of the present embodiment may or may not have a cleaning rib, because the water supply wheel 225 may play a role of cleaning the rib.
A third embodiment of the present disclosure:
although not shown in the drawings, unlike the first and second embodiments, the cleaning assembly of this embodiment does not have a fixed wall, and when the cleaning roller needs to be wiped dry, the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage chamber is poured out or pumped away. The sewage bag is also connected with the cleaning disc or the cleaning barrel through the sewage bag.
