The utility model provides a packaging assembly.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-4, the package assembly 10 is used to package a household appliance 20. The household appliance 20 is packaged by the packaging assembly 10 before transportation, so that the household appliance 20 can be effectively protected and the household appliance 20 is prevented from being damaged in the circulation process. In the present embodiment, a handle 20a protrudes from an outer side surface of the household appliance 20.
It should be noted that, when the household electrical appliance 20 is placed on a carrying surface such as a table surface or a ground surface, the household electrical appliance 20 generally has a bottom and a top in the vertical direction (height direction) of the household electrical appliance 20, and the outer surface of the household electrical appliance 20 generally has a top end surface (upper end surface), a bottom end surface (lower end surface), and an outer side surface connecting the top end surface and the bottom end surface. In the present embodiment, the household appliance 20 is substantially cubic, the outer side surface of the household appliance 20 includes a front side surface, a rear side surface, a left side surface and a right side surface, and the handle 20a is protruded on the front side surface. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the household appliance 20 is a dishwasher.
In this embodiment, the package assembly 10 includes a cushioning package structure 200. Buffering packaging structure 200 is usually including having elastic component (handle buffer pad 220, collet buffer pad 230 etc.), and buffering packaging structure 200 has elastic component when receiving external force, can take place deformation to can cushion external force, make the external force that transmits to on domestic appliance 20 reduce, and then effectively protect domestic appliance 20. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the elastic element of the cushioning packaging structure 200 is a foam element, that is, the material of the elastic element is foam. It is understood that the material of the elastic element is not limited to foam, and other elastic materials may be used, such as Expanded Polyethylene (EPE).
The cushioning packaging structure 200 includes a shoe 210 and a handle cushioning pad 220. The shoe 210 is coupled to the bottom of the household appliance 210. The handle cushion 220 is located outside the outer side of the household appliance 20 and is sleeved with the handle 20 a. Wherein, in the up-and-down direction of the household electrical appliance 20, the handle buffer pad 220 is spaced from the bottom support 210 and defines an avoiding space 200 a.
In the correlation technique, domestic appliance usually adopts comprehensive packing, and the lateral surface of domestic appliance is covered comprehensively to buffering packaging structure, and the area of buffering packaging structure equals or is more than the area of domestic appliance's lateral surface, leads to buffering packaging structure's consumption volume big, and to the domestic appliance who takes the handle, the buffering packaging structure who consumes is more moreover. Taking the example of the handle being disposed at the front side of the household appliance, the handle generally interferes with the cushioning packaging structure of the front side, while other areas of the front side of the household appliance (areas without the handle) are generally spaced from the cushioning packaging structure of the front side. When external force acts on the buffering packaging structure on the front side and causes the buffering packaging structure on the front side to deform, the buffering packaging structure on the front side is easy to collide with the front side of the household appliance, and the condition that the household appliance is stressed to deform is caused.
In the above-mentioned buffering package structure 200, the bottom base 210 is sleeved with the bottom of the household appliance 210, the handle buffering pad 220 is located outside the outer side surface of the household appliance 20 and sleeved with the handle 20a, and in the up-down direction of the household appliance 20, the handle buffering pad 220 and the bottom base 210 are arranged at an interval and define the avoiding space 200 a. The handle buffer pad 220 can effectively protect the handle 20a, and the handle buffer pad 220 is sleeved with the handle 20a, so that the handle buffer pad 220 can be conveniently installed on the household appliance 20. In the up-down direction of the household appliance 20, the handle buffer pad 220 and the bottom support 210 are arranged at intervals, and an avoidance space 200a is defined, i.e. the buffer packaging structure 200 is not completely packaged but locally packaged when the outer side surface where the handle 20a of the household appliance 20 is packaged is used, so that the using amount of the buffer packaging structure 200 can be reduced, the effect of reducing the cost in an environment-friendly manner is realized, i.e. the using amount of the buffer packaging structure 200 can be effectively saved, and the economic benefit and the environmental benefit are obvious.
In addition, the hand buffering pad 220 and the shoe 210 have the avoidance space 200a therebetween, so that an external force can be prevented from acting on the region of the home appliance 20 corresponding to the avoidance space 200a, and the region of the home appliance 20 corresponding to the avoidance space 200a can be effectively protected. Particularly, when the packing box 400 is wrapped outside the cushioning packaging structure 200, when an external force acts on the area of the packing box 400 corresponding to the avoidance space 200a, since the deformation range of the packing box 400 is limited, it is difficult for the packing box 400 to collide with the household appliance 20 after passing through the avoidance space 200a, so that the area of the household appliance 20 corresponding to the avoidance space 200a can be effectively protected, and the area of the household appliance 20 corresponding to the avoidance space 200a is prevented from being deformed by the force.
In the present embodiment, the upper side of the handle cushion pad 220 protrudes out of the upper end surface of the home appliance 20. In this way, the handle buffer pad 220 can effectively protect the handle 20a of the home appliance 20 to the area of the upper end surface of the home appliance 20.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the height difference between the upper side of the handle buffer pad 220 and the upper end surface of the household appliance 20 is less than 1cm, that is, the upper side of the handle buffer pad 220 is substantially flush with the upper end surface of the household appliance 20, so that the handle buffer pad 220 can also effectively protect the handle 20a of the household appliance 20 to the area of the upper end surface of the household appliance 20. Wherein, the upside of handle buffer pad 220 can stretch out to the up end of domestic appliance 20 out and the difference in height is less than 1cm, and the upside of handle buffer pad 220 also can be flushed with the up end of domestic appliance 20, and the upside of handle buffer pad 220 also can be located the up end of domestic appliance 20 in and the difference in height is less than 1 cm.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the cushioning packaging structure 200 may also include auxiliary cushioning pads. In the up-down direction of the home appliance 20, the auxiliary cushion pad is located above the handle cushion pad 220, and the auxiliary cushion pad is spaced apart from the handle cushion pad 220 and defines an escape space 200 a. Thus, the using amount of the buffer packaging structure 200 can be further reduced, the effects of environmental protection and cost reduction can be realized, and the area of the household appliance 20 corresponding to the avoidance space 200a can be effectively protected.
In this embodiment, the handle cushion pad 220 is interferingly received with the handle 20 a. It can be understood that, since the handle buffering pad 220 has elasticity, it can be elastically deformed, so that the handle buffering pad 220 and the handle 20a are conveniently in interference fit under normal conditions, and thus, the handle buffering pad 220 and the handle 20a can be stably connected without additional fixing elements. It is understood that in other embodiments, the handle cushioning pad 220 and the handle 20a may also be a clearance fit when the handle cushioning pad 220 and the handle 20a are connected by other securing elements (e.g., adhesive tape, with the handle cushioning pad 220 and the handle 20a being adhered together by the adhesive tape).
In some embodiments, the handle cushion pad 220 has a mounting through hole 222. That is, the mounting through-hole 222 penetrates through a side of the handle cushion 220 facing the home appliance 20 and penetrates through a side of the handle cushion 220 away from the home appliance 20. The handle cushion pad 220 is sleeved with the handle 20a through the mounting through hole 222, and the handle 20a is accommodated in the mounting through hole 222, that is, the handle 20a does not extend out of one side of the handle cushion pad 220 away from the household appliance 20. Therefore, the using amount of the buffer packaging structure 200 can be further reduced, and the effects of environmental protection and cost reduction are achieved.
In some embodiments, the handle cushioning pad 220 may also have a mounting slot, i.e., the mounting slot extends through a side of the handle cushioning pad 220 facing the household appliance 20, but not through a side of the handle cushioning pad 220 facing away from the household appliance 20. The handle cushion 220 is sleeved with the handle 20a through the mounting groove. Thus, the handle buffer pad 220 can completely cover the handle 20a, so as to prevent the handle 20a from being exposed, thereby better protecting the handle 20 a.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the mounting through hole 222 or the mounting groove is in an i-shape. As such, not only the assembly of the handle 20a with the mounting through-hole 222 or the mounting groove, but also the stable connection between the handle 20a and the handle cushion 220 is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the cushioning packaging structure 200 also includes a bottom bracket cushioning pad 230. The shoe cushioning pad 230 is disposed between the inner wall surface of the shoe 210 and the outer side surface of the household appliance 20. The escape space 200a is located between the shoe cushioning pad 230 and the handle cushioning pad 220, i.e. in this embodiment, the shoe cushioning pad 230 and the handle cushioning pad 220 are located on the same side of the household appliance 20. Meanwhile, the handle buffer pad 220 and the bottom support buffer pad 230 are arranged, and the avoidance space 200a is defined by the handle buffer pad 220 and the bottom support buffer pad 230, so that the handle 20a of the household appliance 20 can be well protected, and the bottom of the household appliance 20 can be well protected. When the household appliance 20 is assembled on the bottom support 210, the bottom support 210 with a larger size is more convenient to be sleeved with the household appliance 20, and after the household appliance 20 is sleeved on the bottom support 210 with a larger size, the bottom support buffer gasket 230 is inserted between the inner wall surface of the bottom support 210 and the outer side surface of the household appliance 20. Additionally, the shoe 210 may or may not have cushioning properties after the shoe cushioning pads 230 are provided.
In this embodiment, the shoe cushioning pad 230 is secured to the shoe 210 by gluing. It is understood that in other embodiments, the shoe cushioning pad 230 may be secured to the shoe 210 by a snap-fit.
In this embodiment, the handle cushioning pad 220 is made of a different material than the shoe cushioning pad 230. Specifically, in this embodiment, the handle cushion pad 220 is made of foam, and the bottom pad cushion pad 230 is made of pearl wool. It is understood that in other embodiments, the handle cushioning pad 220 and the shoe cushioning pad 230 may be made of the same material.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the shoe cushioning pad 230 may be omitted, particularly if the shoe 210 has cushioning properties such that the shoe 210 may well protect the bottom of the appliance 20, and the shoe cushioning pad 230 may be omitted. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the shoe 210 has a cushioning property. And the base 210 is made of foam.
In this embodiment, the household appliance 20 is sleeved with the shoe 210 and the shoe cushioning pad 230 in an integral interference fit. It can be understood that, because the shoe cushion 230 has elasticity, elastic deformation can occur, so that in general, the whole body formed by the household appliance 20 and the shoe 210 and the shoe cushion 230 is very convenient for interference sleeve connection, and thus, no additional fixing element is needed, and the whole body formed by the household appliance 20 and the shoe 210 and the shoe cushion 230 can be stably connected. It is understood that in other embodiments, the entirety of the appliance 20 with the shoe 210 and the shoe cushioning pad 230 may also be a clearance fit when the appliance 20 is connected with the shoe 210 by other securing elements (e.g., adhesive tape, with which the appliance 20 is adhered with the shoe 210).
In this embodiment, the cushioning packaging structure 200 further includes a restraining cushion 240. The limiting cushion pad 240 is disposed between the inner wall surface of the bottom bracket 210 and the outer side surface of the household appliance 20, and is located on a side of the household appliance 20 away from the handle cushion pad 220. That is, in the present embodiment, the limit bumper pad 240 and the shoe bumper pad 230 are respectively located at opposite sides of the home appliance 20. Therefore, the integral interference sleeving connection of the household appliance 20 and the bottom support 210, the bottom support buffer gasket 230 and the limiting buffer gasket 240 is facilitated, and the integral stable connection of the household appliance 20 and the bottom support 210, the bottom support buffer gasket 230 and the limiting buffer gasket 240 is achieved. It is understood that in other embodiments, the position limiting cushion 240 may be omitted.
In the present embodiment, at least one end of the limiting cushion 240 is spaced apart from the inner wall surface of the bottom bracket 210 in the length direction of the limiting cushion 240, and defines the wire passing space 200 b. The width direction of the limiting buffer pad 240 and the arrangement direction of the limiting buffer pad 240 and the bottom support buffer pad 230 are parallel. Power lines, water pipes, etc. of the household appliance 20 such as a dishwasher may be provided at the wire passing space 200 b.
In this embodiment, both ends of the limiting buffer pad 240 are spaced apart from the inner wall surface of the bottom bracket 210, and define two wire passing spaces 200b, at this time, there are two wire passing spaces 200 b. Thus, the household appliances 20 such as the dish washer can be more conveniently threaded. Specifically, in this embodiment, the length of shoe cushioning pad 230 is greater than the length of curb cushioning pad 240. Thus, the bottom of the home appliance 20 can be well protected. More specifically, in this embodiment, the shoe cushioning pad 230 has both ends adjacent to or abutting the inner wall surface of the shoe 210 in the lengthwise direction of the shoe cushioning pad 230.
In the present embodiment, the shoe cushioning pad 230 and the position limiting cushioning pad 240 are both contained in the shoe 210, that is, the shoe cushioning pad 230 and the position limiting cushioning pad 240 are both located in the shoe 210 and do not protrude out of the shoe 210. In this way, the overall structure of shoe 210, shoe cushioning pad 230, and curb cushioning pad 240 may be made more regular. It is understood that in other embodiments, one of the shoe cushioning pads 230 and the stop cushioning pads 240 may be received within the shoe 210 and the other may protrude from the shoe 210.
The package assembly 10 described above further includes a collar 300 and a package 400. The shroud 300 is configured to be sleeved outside the outer side surface of the household appliance 20, and accommodates the handle cushioning pad 220 and the shoe cushioning pad 230, and one end of the shroud 300 is inserted into the shoe 210. Specifically, in this embodiment, the shoe cushioning pad 230 is spaced from the inner wall surface of the shoe 210. This facilitates the placement of the fence 300 between the shoe cushioning pad 230 and the inner wall surface of the shoe 210. The packing case 400 is used for accommodating the cushioning packaging structure 200, the surrounding plate 300 and the household appliance 20. The enclosure 300 and the packaging 400 may further protect the appliance 20.
In the present embodiment, the outer side surface of the household appliance 20 is cubical. The exterior sides of the household appliance 20 include a first exterior side 22, a second exterior side 24, a third exterior side 26, and a fourth exterior side 28 that are connected end to end. The handle 20a is provided on the first outer side surface 22.
The shroud 300 is U-shaped and the shroud 300 includes a first plate 310, a second plate 320 and a third plate 330 connected in series. The first plate 310 is disposed to correspond to the first outer side 22, the second plate 320 is disposed to correspond to the second outer side 24, and the third plate 330 is disposed to correspond to the fourth outer side 28. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first outer side 22, the second outer side 24, the third outer side 26 and the fourth outer side 28 are a front side, a left side, a rear side and a right side of the household appliance 20, respectively. The enclosure 300 is U-shaped and encloses the front side 22, the left side 24 and the right side 28 of the household appliance 20. It is understood that in other embodiments, the enclosure 300 may have a ring shape, in which case, the enclosure 300 has four plates, and the four plates of the enclosure 300 are disposed corresponding to the first outer side 22, the second outer side 24, the third outer side 26 and the fourth outer side 28, respectively.
In this embodiment, the first plate 310, the second plate 320, and the third plate 330 of the collar 300 are each in contact with the inner wall surface of the shoe 210. In this manner, it is more convenient to assemble the fence 300 on the shoe 210. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, at least one of the first plate 310, the second plate 320, and the third plate 330 of the collar 300 may also be spaced from the inner wall surface of the shoe 210.
In the present embodiment, the upper end surface of the shroud 300 is substantially flush with the upper end surface of the home appliance 20. Thus, the surrounding panel 300 can protect the home appliance 20 in all directions in the up and down direction of the home appliance 20.
In this embodiment, the shroud 300 may or may not have elasticity. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the enclosing plate 300 has elasticity, but the elastic deformation capability of the material of the enclosing plate 300 is smaller than that of the material of the elastic element of the cushioning packaging structure 200. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the coaming 300 is a paper coaming, that is, the coaming 300 is made of paper. It is understood that the enclosure 300 is not limited to paper, and other elastic materials may be used to form the enclosure 300.
The package 400 may or may not have elasticity. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the packing box 400 has elasticity, but the material of the packing box 400 has less elastic deformation capability than the material of the elastic elements of the cushioning packaging structure 200. More specifically, in the embodiment, the packing box 400 is a carton, that is, the material of the packing box 400 is paper. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the surrounding board 300 and the packing box 400 are both made of a corrugated composite paperboard, wherein the thickness of the corrugated composite paperboard of the surrounding board 300 is greater than that of the corrugated composite paperboard of the packing box 400. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the thickness of the corrugated composite paperboard of the surrounding board 300 is 12mm, and the thickness of the corrugated composite paperboard of the packing box 400 is 6.5 mm. It is understood that the material of the packing case 400 is not limited to paper, and other materials having elasticity may be used to form the packing case 400. And when the packing case 400 has no elasticity, the packing case 400 may also be a wooden case, a plastic case, or the like.
