That is, when the household appliance 200 is packaged, the power cord 210 of the household appliance 200 is extended from the first notch 144 and received in the first cardboard box 131 from the second notch 134. Since the lower cushion pad 140 is mainly used to support the weight of the home appliance 200, it is necessary to secure a higher structural strength of the lower cushion pad 140. When the power line 210 is accommodated in the upper buffer pad 130, the lower buffer pad 140 can be prevented from being reduced in structural strength due to the provision of the accommodating groove in the lower buffer pad 140. In addition, if the power cord 210 is received in the lower buffer pad 140, when the household appliance 200 is packaged, the power cord 210 needs to be placed in the lower buffer pad 140 first, and then the household appliance 200 needs to be placed in the lower buffer pad 140, so that the power cord 210 may be deviated when the household appliance 200 is placed. However, due to the shielding of the household appliance 200, it is difficult to find the placement of the power cord 210, and the household appliance 200 and the power cord 210 are easily damaged due to the contact of the plugs. By providing the power supply line 210 on the upper cushion pad 130, the above-described situation can be reduced. Of course, in other embodiments, the power line 210 may be received in the lower cushion 140.
In order to avoid the contact between the power cord 210 and the top of the household appliance 200, in an embodiment, the packaging structure further includes a separation cardboard 160, the separation cardboard 160 is disposed in the first cardboard box 131 and encloses with the side panel 112 of the first cardboard box 131 to form a cord storage cavity 170, the second notch 134 is communicated with the cord storage cavity 170, and the power cord 210 is received in the cord storage cavity 170. Specifically, the isolation paper board 160 and the side panel 112 of the first cardboard box 131 provided with the second notch 134 enclose to form the cord storage cavity 170, so that the power cord 210 can be inserted into the cord storage cavity 170 for storage. When the power cord 210 is accommodated in the cord storage cavity 170, the isolation paper board 160 isolates the power cord 210 from the household appliance 200, so that the power cord 210 can be prevented from contacting the household appliance 200, and the situation that the plug of the power cord 210 and the household appliance 200 are mutually abutted to cause damage to the power cord 210 and the household appliance 200 can be avoided. Of course, in other embodiments, an accommodating groove may be provided on the first honeycomb cardboard 132, and the power cord 210 may be accommodated in the accommodating groove.
In one embodiment, the partition board 160 includes a connecting board 161 and a partition board 162 connected to an edge of the connecting board 161, the partition board 162 is disposed at an angle to the connecting board 161, the connecting board 161 is attached to the first honeycomb board 132, and the partition board 162 is spaced apart from the side panel 112 of the first carton 131 to form a wire storage cavity 170. That is, the isolation paper board 160 is connected to the first honeycomb paper board 132 through the connection board 161, and the isolation board 162 is bent toward the opening with respect to the connection board 161, so that the end of the isolation board 162 away from the connection board 161 is a free end, so that the isolation board 162 is movable with respect to the first cardboard box 131, so as to facilitate opening the wire storage cavity 170 for the power wire 210 to be placed. In addition, the connection plate 161 is attached to the first honeycomb cardboard 132, so that the connection area of the partition cardboard 160 can be increased, and the connection stability of the partition cardboard 160 can be improved. Wherein, the isolation board 162 can be bent toward the side board 112 of the first cardboard box 131 with the second notch, so as to better isolate the power cord 210 in the cord storage cavity 170. Or the partition plate 162 may be a straight plate. Of course, in other embodiments, the isolation paperboard 160 may also be attached to the side panel 112 of the first carton 131.
In one embodiment, the household appliance 200 has a key (not shown) on the top thereof, and the first honeycomb paper sheet 132 is provided with a first abdicating groove 133 corresponding to the key. For example, buttons may be provided on the top of some dehumidifiers and washing machines, and the buttons may be prevented from being pressed by the first honeycomb cardboard 132 by providing the first relief groove 133 on the first honeycomb cardboard 132. Of course, in other embodiments, the first avoiding groove 133 may not be provided.
In order to improve the utilization rate of the paper board, in an embodiment, the first honeycomb paper board 132 includes a buffering body and a supporting paper board 180 cut from the buffering body, the buffering body cuts a portion of the supporting paper board 180 to form a first abdicating groove 133, the supporting paper board 180 is disposed on the buffering body, and the supporting paper board 180 and the buffering body support the top of the household appliance 200 together. That is, after the first honeycomb paperboard 132 is cut to form the first avoiding groove 133, the portion having the first avoiding groove 133 is a buffer body, and the portion detached from the second avoiding groove 143 is the supporting paperboard 180. It can be understood that, since the top of the household appliance 200 may have a concave pit structure recessed from the top surface, a support structure is required to be disposed on the first honeycomb paperboard 132 to support the concave part of the household appliance 200, and the household appliance 200 is supported by disposing the support paperboard 180 on the buffer body, so that the material utilization rate is improved, and the material can be saved.
In one embodiment, the packaging structure further comprises at least two paper corner protectors 190, the two paper corner protectors 190 are disposed in the cardboard box (second cardboard box 141) of the lower cushion pad 140 and are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the cardboard box of the lower cushion pad 140, and the two paper corner protectors 190 are supported on the bottom of the household appliance 200. Specifically, the paper corner protectors 190 are provided in the second cardboard box 141 and are divided into two opposite sides of the second honeycomb cardboard 142 for supporting the bottom peripheral portion of the home appliance 200. In some household appliances 200, for example, in some dehumidifiers, there is a protruding mechanism at the bottom of the dehumidifier corresponding to the compressor, and the protruding mechanism protrudes from the bottom periphery of the dehumidifier, and if the dehumidifier is directly placed on the second honeycomb paperboard 142, the protruding mechanism abuts against the second honeycomb paperboard 142, so that the bottom periphery of the dehumidifier is spaced from the second honeycomb paperboard 142, and thus, the dehumidifier cannot be effectively supported. And the two opposite sides of the second honeycomb paperboard 142 are respectively provided with the paper corner protectors 190 to support the periphery of the bottom of the dehumidifier, which is equivalent to increase the contact area between the second honeycomb paperboard 142 and the bottom of the dehumidifier, so that the bottom of the dehumidifier is more uniformly stressed and is more stable to place. Wherein two more paper corner protectors 190 may be provided on two more opposite sides of the second carton 141. In addition, in other embodiments, the paper corner protectors 190 may not be provided.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the home appliance 200 has a leg (not shown), and the honeycomb paperboard (the second honeycomb paperboard 142) of the lower cushion pad 140 is provided with a second relief groove 143 corresponding to the leg of the home appliance 200. For example, in some washing machines, mobile air conditioners and dehumidifiers, a corner is provided at the bottom. And on some mobile air conditioners and dehumidifiers, the legs are rollers. It can be understood that the legs are used to support the home appliance 200 and are protruded from the bottom of the home appliance 200. By providing the second avoiding groove 143 on the second honeycomb paperboard 142, the support leg can be prevented from abutting against the second honeycomb paperboard 142, so that more surfaces of the bottom of the household appliance 200 are in contact with the second honeycomb paperboard 142, the contact area between the second honeycomb paperboard 142 and the household appliance 200 is increased, and the household appliance 200 can be more stably placed on the second honeycomb paperboard 142. Of course, in other embodiments, the second avoiding groove 143 may not be provided, and a supporting plate may be provided on the second honeycomb paper sheet 142 to support the bottom of the home appliance 200.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
