Abstract

一种具有内外功能的两用挡圈钳。这种钳是由 直把钳头和短钳头套接折边弯把组成。直把钳头与 短钳头用铆钉活动联接，折边弯把与短钳头套接。当 具不同功能状态时，折边弯把可与短钳头转动180° 套接，从而增加挡圈钳的功能。

本实用新型属于五金工具。
本实用新型的目的是提高挡圈钳的功能。
挡圈钳是一种专用于轴孔弹性挡圈的五金工具。一般分为内挡圈钳和外挡圈钳两种。但其功能单一，即内挡圈钳只能用于孔用弹性挡圈，外挡圈钳亦只能用于轴用弹性挡圈。在安装有轴孔挡圈的设备零部件时，需配备内外挡圈钳各一把，才能完成装配程序，给操作者带来不便。本实用新型的任务是让挡圈钳增加功能：只用一把挡圈钳就能装配有轴、孔挡圈的设备零部件。这种内外挡圈钳制造简单、操作方便。
附图是内外两用挡圈钳的正视图。图中①为直把钳头；②为短钳头。①与②用铆钉③活动连接。④为折边弯把，其一端有方型孔，可套进短钳头②尾端的方头，另一端固定连接张力弹簧⑤。直把钳头①的尾端有弹簧销钉⑥可活动连接张力弹簧⑤。图中实线表示该钳具外挡圈功能时，由于张力弹簧⑤的作用，钳头①和②呈闭合状态。而当该钳需具内挡圈功能时，只要把折边弯把④与短钳头②分离并转180°后再套进短钳头②尾端，从新连接张力弹簧⑤即可。图中虚线表示当该钳在外力作用下，而使钳头①和②闭合，当外力消失后，由于张力弹簧⑤的回复作用，使钳头①和②呈常开状态，使该钳具内挡圈钳的功能。

Claims (3)

1、一种具有内外功能的两用挡圈钳，其特征在于：一端是直把钳头，另一端是折边弯把套接短钳头。
2、如权利要求项1所述的挡圈钳，其特征在于直把钳尾端有一活动销钉，可相对插接张力弹簧。
3、如权利要求项1所述的挡圈钳，其特征在于折边弯把有方型孔，短钳头尾端有方头，折边弯把与短钳头可转180°套接。
