The hedge trimmer 1 comprises a filtering device 100, a power device 200, a transmission device 300, a cutting device 400 and an exhaust device 500; wherein, the filtering device 100 is fixed on the power device 200 and is used for filtering the air entering the power device 200, and the power device 200 is the power source of the hedge trimmer 1; the transmission device 300 is connected with the power device 200 and is used for transmitting the power output by the power device 200; the cutting device 400 is connected to the power device 200 via the transmission device 300, receives the power transmitted from the power device 200 by the transmission device 300, and outputs the received power for cutting green plants.

The filter device 100 includes: the air filter base 110, the first filter mechanism 140, the second filter mechanism 150, the anti-reverse spray plate 160, the air filter cover 170, the damper baffle 180 and the locking mechanism 190.
The empty filter holder 110 is a housing having an opening and a cavity therein, and the empty filter holder 110 includes a first cavity 120 for receiving a first filter mechanism 140 and a second cavity 130 for receiving a second filter mechanism 150.
In this embodiment, the second cavity 130 is further provided with a falling prevention nozzle plate 160 and a damper baffle 180, the falling prevention nozzle plate 160 is disposed between the second filter mechanism 150 and the damper baffle 180, and the damper baffle 180 is disposed between the falling prevention nozzle plate 160 and the second cavity bottom wall 131.

The first cavity 120 has a first cavity bottom wall 121, a plurality of first air inlets 122 and a first mounting hole 123 are disposed on the first cavity bottom wall 121, and the air filter cover 170 can be fixed on the air filter base 110 through the first mounting hole 123; the second cavity 130 has a second cavity bottom wall 131, a first air outlet 132 and two second mounting holes 134 are arranged on the second cavity bottom wall 131, and the air filter base 110 can be fixed on the power device 200 through the second mounting holes 134; the first cavity bottom wall 121 is further provided with a first mounting hole 123, and the air filter cover 170 can be fixed to the air filter base 110 through the first mounting hole 123; the second cavity bottom wall 131 is further provided with a first connection hole 133, and the first connection hole 133 is used for installing and connecting the damper handle 181 and the damper baffle 180.
In this embodiment, a first filter mechanism 140 is disposed in the first cavity 120 for filtering air entering the first cavity 120 via the first air inlet 122; the second filter mechanism 150 is disposed in the second cavity 130, and after the air in the first cavity 120 enters the second cavity 130, the air is filtered again by the second filter mechanism 150 and then is guided out from the first air outlet 132, so as to enter the power device 200; the anti-reverse-flow plate 160 is arranged in the second cavity 130 and between the second filter mechanism 150 and the second cavity bottom wall 131, and is used for preventing air in the power device 200 from being directly reversely sprayed to the second filter mechanism 150 through the first air outlet 132; the air filter cover 170 covers the air filter base 110 to protect the first filter mechanism 140 and the second filter mechanism 150.
In this embodiment, the damper baffle 180 is disposed between the anti-backflow plate 160 and the second cavity bottom wall 131; the air door baffle 180 is located inside the second cavity bottom wall 131, and when the hedge trimmer 1 is in a closed state, the air door baffle 180 can block the first air outlet 132 to prevent the air in the power device 200 from flowing into the filter device 100; the damper handle 181 is positioned outside the second cavity bottom wall 131, the damper handle 181 and the damper baffle 180 are connected via the first connection hole 133 on the second cavity bottom wall 131, and the damper handle 181 and the damper baffle 180 are fixed on the second cavity bottom wall 131 by using a first screw 182; the damper flap 180 is interlocked when the damper handle 181 is rotated.
In this embodiment, the locking mechanism 190 includes a locking nut 191, a second screw 192, and a sealing ring 193; the second screw 192 is fixed to the locking nut 191, and the locking mechanism 190 is connected to the first mounting hole 123 of the air filter base 110 through the fixing hole 171 of the air filter cover 170, thereby fixing the air filter cover 170 to the air filter base 110.
In this embodiment, the first filter mechanism 140 includes a coarse sponge filter element, and the second filter mechanism 150 includes a paper filter.
In one embodiment, the second filtering mechanism 150 may be a fine sponge filter element; a fine sponge filter element and a felt; paper filter and felt; the second filtering mechanism 150 of the present application can be combined by various filtering products according to practical requirements, but not limited thereto.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic partial structural diagram of a power device 200 according to an embodiment of the present application. The power device 200 includes an engine 210 and an engine case 220, the engine case 220 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes 221, and the heat dissipation holes 221 enable air inside the engine case 220 to circulate with outside air, so as to reduce the temperature of the engine 210 when the engine 210 is overheated.
The engine 210 is further provided with a second air inlet 211, and the second air inlet 211 is butted with the first air outlet 132 on the filter device 100 and receives the air filtered by the filter device 100; the filter device 100 is fixed to the engine 210.
In this embodiment, the engine 210 includes a carburetor, an oil can, a cylinder, a spark plug, an igniter, a piston rod, a crank, a crankshaft and a clutch, the second air inlet 211 is disposed on the carburetor, the filter device 100 is fixed on the carburetor through two second mounting holes 134 on the bottom wall 131 of the second cavity, the oil can is connected with the carburetor, the cylinder is connected with the carburetor, the spark plug is fixed on the cylinder, the igniter is connected with the spark plug, the piston is movably disposed in the cylinder, the piston rod is connected with the piston and disposed in the engine case 220, the crank is connected with the piston rod and disposed in the engine case 220, the crankshaft is fixed on the crank and disposed in the engine case 220, and the clutch is connected with the crankshaft and disposed in the engine case 220.
When the engine 210 rotates at a high speed, not only the heat generated by itself but also the heat generated by the friction of the bearings, the friction of the clutch and the driven plate generate a great amount of heat, which affects the durability of the engine 210 and reduces the service life of the engine 210. Therefore, the plurality of heat radiation holes 221 are formed in the engine case 220, and the high-temperature gas inside the engine 210 is discharged by the centrifugal force generated when the clutch housing rotates, thereby achieving the effects of cooling and cooling, and improving the continuous service life of the engine 210.
In this embodiment, the hedge trimmer 1 further includes an accelerator handle 230, the accelerator handle 230 is fixed to the power device 200, and the accelerator handle 230 is provided with a control switch, so that the hedge trimmer 1 can be in a starting state while holding the accelerator handle 230.

According to the air filter, air entering the engine 210 can be filtered for the second time through the first filter mechanism 140 and the second filter mechanism 150, external dust and fine debris are prevented from entering the engine 210 along with the air, and therefore the service life of the engine 210 is prolonged; through the plurality of heat dissipation holes 221 formed in the engine case 220, high-temperature gas inside the engine 210 is discharged by using centrifugal force generated when the clutch holder rotates, thereby achieving cooling and cooling effects and improving continuous service time of the engine 210.

an air filter base comprising a first cavity, a second cavity;
the first filtering mechanism is arranged in the first cavity;
the second filtering mechanism is arranged in the second cavity;
the anti-reverse-flow plate is arranged in the second cavity and is arranged between the second filtering mechanism and the bottom wall of the second cavity;
and the air filter cover covers the air filter base.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the air filter base comprises a first air inlet port disposed in the bottom wall of the first cavity, and a first air outlet port disposed in the bottom wall of the second cavity.
3. The device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the filter device further comprises a damper baffle and a damper handle, the second cavity bottom wall is further provided with a first connecting hole, the damper baffle is disposed on the inner side of the second cavity bottom wall, the damper handle is disposed on the outer side of the second cavity bottom wall, the damper handle is connected with the damper baffle by a first screw, and the first screw rotatably locates the damper baffle and the damper handle on the second cavity bottom wall through the first connecting hole.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the anti-backup plate is disposed between the second filter mechanism and the damper flap.
5. The device of claim 4, further comprising a locking mechanism including a locking nut, a second screw, and a sealing ring, wherein the second screw is secured to the locking nut.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the first cavity further comprises a second connecting hole in a bottom wall thereof, wherein the second connecting hole is threaded, and the air filter cover is fixed to the air filter base by the locking mechanism and the second connecting hole.
7. A hedge trimmer characterized in that the hedge trimmer comprises:
a filtration device according to any one of claims 2 to 6;
the power device comprises an engine and an engine box body, a plurality of heat dissipation holes are formed in the side wall of the engine box body, and the engine is connected with the filtering device;
the transmission device is connected with the power device; and
the cutting device is connected with the power device through the transmission device.
8. A hedge trimmer according to claim 7, wherein the engine further comprises a second air inlet which interfaces with the first air outlet, the filter device being secured to the engine.
9. A hedge trimmer according to claim 8, characterized in that the hedge trimmer further comprises an exhaust fixed to the engine.
10. A hedge trimmer according to claim 7, characterized in that the hedge trimmer further comprises:
the accelerator handle is arranged on the power device; and
and the cutting handle is arranged on the cutting device.
