In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "contacting," and "communicating" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
In the washing process of the washing machine, as the inside of the washing machine barrel is sealed, when the washing machine enters water, along with the reduction of the space, the air is continuously compressed, and the air pressure in the barrel is continuously increased. When the pressure in the barrel is higher than the water inlet pressure, water flow can not enter the barrel, so that the washing effect is directly influenced, and even washing can not be carried out. In addition, if the pressure in the washing machine can not be released in the washing process, the washing machine can cause the washing machine to have cracks, even explosion and other dangerous situations. In order to solve this problem, the present embodiment proposes a sealing cover of a washing machine, the washing machine comprising an outer tub 20, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and a partition tub 21 fixedly connected or integrally formed on a bottom wall of the outer tub 20, wherein an annular space between the partition tub 21 and the outer tub 20 constitutes a first washing zone 81, and a second washing zone 82 is formed in the partition tub 21; the first washing zone and the second washing zone can wash the laundry independently, that is, the washing water of the first washing zone 81 and the second washing zone 82 cannot circulate each other, thereby preventing the cross contamination of the washing water.
The sealing covers include a first sealing cover 1 and a second sealing cover 2, the first sealing cover is openably and closably disposed at the top of the tub 20 for closing the first washing zone 81, or for closing both the first washing zone 81 and the second washing zone 82; the second sealing cover 2 is arranged at the bung hole of the separating barrel 21 in an opening and closing way and is used for sealing the separating barrel 21; the first sealing cover 1 is provided with a first ventilating structure which communicates the inside of the first washing zone 81 with the outside of the first washing zone 81; and/or, a second ventilation structure is provided on the second sealing cover 2, and the second ventilation structure communicates the inside of the second washing zone 82 with the outside of the second washing zone 82. In a specific embodiment, the first sealing cover and the second sealing cover can be hinged or detachably arranged at the bung hole of the outer barrel and the bung hole of the separation barrel respectively. Washing machine is at the washing in-process, because the washing machine is sealed in the bucket, need set up the pressure inside and outside the balanced bucket of ventilative structure at washing machine, improves the water intake efficiency when intaking on the one hand, improves drainage efficiency when the drainage, and on the other hand prevents that the bucket from breaking or even the risk of explosion when the inside and outside pressure of bucket is too big.
Further optionally, a first handle part is arranged on the first sealing cover 1, the first ventilation structure is a plurality of first ventilation holes formed in the first sealing cover 1, and the plurality of first ventilation holes are hidden below the first handle part;
and/or, as shown in detail in fig. 5-7, the second sealing cover 2 is provided with a second handle portion 24, the second ventilation structure is a plurality of second ventilation holes 26 formed in the second sealing cover 2, and the plurality of second ventilation holes 26 are hidden under the second handle portion 24. The air holes are formed in the first sealing cover 1 and/or the second sealing cover 2 and are formed in the lower portion of the handle portion, the inner environment and the outer environment are communicated, and the inner pressure and the outer pressure of the barrel are balanced. Optionally, a concave structure is formed on the handle portion, when a user opens the sealing cover through the handle portion, the user stretches into the concave structure to provide an acting point for the user, and the air holes are formed in a space formed by the concave structure and the top cover. The ventilating structure is simple, the air pressure inside and outside the washing machine can be effectively balanced, and the structure is hidden, so that the attractiveness of a finished product can be guaranteed without being influenced. Taking the example of providing the second sealing cover 2 with the ventilation structure, the second sealing cover 2 is provided with a screw hole 27, the second ventilation hole 26 is provided near the screw hole 27, and the second handle portion 24 is fixed to the second sealing cover 2 by means of screws or the like. The second vent 26 is hidden under the handle. The structure of the first air hole arranged on the first sealing cover 1 is similar to that of the first air hole. In some embodiments, the air holes are formed only on the first sealing cover 1 or only on the second sealing cover 2, and in other embodiments, the air holes are formed on the first sealing cover 1 and the second sealing cover 2, respectively.
The washing machine further comprises a first clothes treating component 10, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 11 in detail, the first clothes treating component 10 comprises a treating rack main body 11 and a mounting barrel 18, the treating rack main body 11 is of a cylindrical structure, is rotatably arranged in the first washing zone 81, is sleeved on the separating barrel 21, and is used for bearing clothes in the first washing zone 81, and preferably, the clothes can be fixed on the treating rack main body 11; the mounting barrel 18 is rotatably arranged in the second washing area 82, and the mounting barrel 18 and the processing rack main body 11 are fixedly connected together or integrally formed in a synchronous rotating manner; the second sealing cover 2 is covered on the opening of the installation barrel 18; as shown in detail in fig. 2, a first sealing structure is arranged between the second sealing cover 2 and the mounting barrel 18, and when the second sealing cover 2 covers the mounting barrel 18, a first seal is formed between the first sealing structure and the mounting barrel 18; the lower surface of the second sealing cover 2 extends towards the direction close to the mounting barrel 18 to form a protruding part 25, the end part of the protruding part 25 extends into the mounting barrel 18, a second sealing structure is arranged on the side wall of the protruding part 25, and when the second sealing cover 2 is covered on the mounting barrel 18, a second sealing structure is formed between the second sealing structure and the mounting barrel 18.
The present embodiment ensures the sealing performance of the partition tub 21 by forming two seals between the second sealing cover 2 and the installation tub 18, while the first sealing structure prevents the water in the first washing zone 81 from entering the second washing zone 82, and the second sealing structure prevents the water in the partition tub 21 from entering the first washing zone 81, so that the water between the first washing zone 81 and the second washing zone 82 is not cross-contaminated.
