9. A laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the bottom of the annular groove is provided with a plurality of protrusions circumferentially distributed along the annular groove for generating a rotating water stream when the first laundry treating rack rotates.
10. A laundry treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the second laundry treatment member comprises a second laundry treatment basket or pulsator located within the first laundry treatment basket.
11. A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the second laundry treatment member comprises a second laundry treatment basket and a pulsator, the second laundry treatment basket being located within the first laundry treatment basket, the pulsator being located within the second laundry treatment basket.
12. A laundry treating device according to claim 7, further comprising a bezel covering the first laundry treating basket.
13. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the outer tub further includes a lower tub cover and an upper tub cover, the outer tub being mounted in the lower tub cover, the upper tub cover being closed over the lower tub cover.
14. A clothes treating apparatus according to claim 13, wherein a tub cover is mounted on a top of the tub cover to cover the tub cover.
15. A laundry washing machine, characterized by being a laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-14 or comprising a laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-14.
