Abstract
本实用新型提供一种母端连接器,与一公端连接器对接,所述母端连接器包含一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体的两侧分别设有一开孔;一端子模组,且所述端子模组上下表面设有复数个横向排列的端子;至少一设置在所述端子排列方式平行的一端面上的弹性壳体;以及至少一设置在与所述端子排列方向垂直的一端面上,且所述侧壳包含一对应所述开孔的弹臂,其中,而所述弹臂由所述侧壳前端向所述侧壳后端延伸,并向所述绝缘本体方向倾斜,使所述弹臂的延展方向与所述公端连接器插入方向一致以防止所述弹臂折断或者变形。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种母端连接器,尤其是一款增强插拔力并防止弹臂折断或者变形的母端连接器。
背景技术
高清晰度多媒体的连接器(High Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI))是一种全数字化视频和音乐发送接口,可以发送未压缩的视频及视频信号。HDMI可用于机顶盒、DVD播放机、个人计算机、电视、游戏主机、综合扩大机、数字音效与电视机等设备。HDMI可以同时发送音频和视频信号,由于音频和视频信号采用同一条线材,大大简化系统线路的安装难度。
现有的高清晰度多媒体的连接器上下表面的弹片接触面小,难以保证连接器的插拔力维持稳定;而且连接器两侧的弹片延展方向朝插入口方向,与一公端连接器的插入方向相对,容易导致连接器两侧的弹片因公端连接器插入而折断或者变形。
因此,设计一款增强插拔力并防止弹臂折断或者变形的母端连接器尤其重要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种增强插拔力并防止弹臂折断或者变形的母端连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种母端连接器,与一公端连接器对接,所述母端连接器包含一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体的两侧分别设有一开孔,且所述绝缘本体中形成一容置空间;一组装固定于所述容置空间中的端子模组,且所述端子模组设有复数个横向排列于所述绝缘本体中的端子;至少一设于并组装于所述绝缘本体表面上的弹性壳体,且所述弹性壳体设置在与所述端子排列方式平行的一端面上,所述弹性壳体包含一向所述绝缘本体前端延伸的一夹持部,且所述夹持部的宽度与所述绝缘本体两侧面之间的距离相等;以及至少一设于并组装于所述绝缘本体表面上的侧壳,且所述侧壳设置在与所述端子排列方向垂直的一端面上,且所述侧壳包含一对应所述开孔的弹臂,以及一设于所述弹臂末端的弧形结构;其中,所述弹臂由所述侧壳前端向所述侧壳后端延伸,并向所述绝缘本体方向倾斜,使所述弹臂的延展方向与所述公端连接器插入方向一致以防止所述弹臂折断或者变形。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述容置空间中设有一舌部,所述舌部与所述绝缘本体一体成型并包含复数个设于所述舌部上下表面的接触孔;且所述舌部与所述绝缘本体的前端包围界定出一接口,所述接口连通所述容置空间与外部空间;所述端子模组包含复数个组装固定于所述接触孔中的端子接触部。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述绝缘本体包含一设置于所述绝缘本体上表面的前端并向所述接口方向倾斜的上斜面以及一设置于所述绝缘本体下表面的前端并向所述接口方向倾斜的下斜面;且所述上斜面及所述下斜面的宽度与所述绝缘本体两侧面之间的距离相等;进一步地,与所述端子排列方式平行的两个端面上分别设有一所述弹性壳体,所述弹性壳体分别组装于所述绝缘本体的上下端面;且所述夹持部分别顺着所述上斜面与所述下斜面的方向倾斜并覆盖整个所述上斜面与所述下斜面,所述夹持部自由端设置为一凸面朝下的钩形结构并分别凸出于所述上斜面与所述下斜面;且所述绝缘本体前端左右两侧面与所述夹持部前端齐平。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述端子排列方式垂直的两个端面分别设有一所述侧壳,且所述侧壳分别组装于所述绝缘本体的两侧面;所述弹臂分别从由所述侧壳前端向所述侧壳后端延伸,并分别向所述绝缘本体侧面方向斜。
在另一较佳实施例中,包含一包覆所述于所述弹性壳体与所述侧壳外周侧的铁壳,所述铁壳遮蔽所述弹性壳体与所述侧壳之间的缝隙。

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的目的及功效,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
请参阅图2,本实用新型揭示一种母端连接器100,包含一绝缘本体10、一组装于所述绝缘本体10中的端子模组30、至少一设置且组装于所述绝缘本体10一端面的弹性壳体40a、40b、至少一设置且组装于所述绝缘本体10一侧面的侧壳50,以及一包覆所述弹性壳体40a 、40b与所述侧壳50外周侧的铁壳60。为方便说明,在说明书中定义前端为与一公端连接器(图未标示)对接的一端,后端为与线缆(图未标示)焊接的一端;请再参阅图6,左侧为俯视所述绝缘本体的左边,右侧为俯视所述绝缘本体的右边。
请参阅图6,所述绝缘本体10中设有一容置空间11,且所述容置空间11中包含一舌部20,所述舌部20与所述绝缘本体10一体成型并包含复数个设于所述舌部20上下表面的接触孔21。且所述舌部20与所述绝缘本体10的前端包围界定出一接口12,所述接口12连通所述容置空间11与外部空间。
请一并参阅图2、图6和图8,在本实施例中,所述端子模组30组装固定于所述容置空间11中,且所述端子模组30包含复数横向排列于所述绝缘本体中的端子31,且所述端子设置于所述端子模组30上下端面,以及复数个组装固定于所述接触孔21中的端子接触部31a。进一步地,与所述端子31排列方式平行的两个端面上分别设有一所述弹性壳体40a、40b,而与所述端子31排列方式垂直的两个侧面分别设有一所述侧壳50。
请一并参阅图1至图4,和图6为保持插拔力的稳定性,在这一较佳实施例中,所述绝缘本体10包含一设置于所述绝缘本体10上表面的前端并向所述接口12方向倾斜的上斜面13以及一设置于所述绝缘本体10下表面的前端并向所述接口12方向倾斜下斜面14。所述上斜面13及所述下斜面14的宽度与所述绝缘本体10两侧面之间的距离相等。同时,设置于所述绝缘本体10上端面的所述弹性壳体40a包含一向所述绝缘本体10前端延伸夹持部41a,且所述夹持部41a的宽度与所述绝缘本体10两侧面之间的距离相等。所述夹持部41a顺着所述上斜面13方向倾斜并覆盖整个所述上斜面13,且所述夹持部41a的自由端设置为一凸面朝下的钩形结构并凸出所述上斜面13。设置于所述绝缘本体10下端面的所述弹性壳体40b包含一向所述绝缘本体10前端延伸夹持部41b,所述夹持部41b的宽度与所述绝缘本体10两侧面之间的距离相等。且所述夹持部41b对应所述夹持部41a设置并顺着所述下斜面14方向倾斜。所述夹持部41b覆盖整个所述下斜面14,且所述夹持部41b的自由端设置为一凸面朝上的钩形结构并凸出所述下斜面14。透过所述夹持部41a、41b的宽度设计与所述绝缘本体10两侧面之间的距离相等,以增加所述夹持部41a、41b的接触面。且所述夹持部41a、41b对所述接口12上下端面施予夹持力,以稳定连接。且所述绝缘本体10前端左右两侧面与所述夹持部41a、41b前端齐平,以保护所述夹持部41a、41b不因意外碰撞而变形。
请再参阅图1至图3,为增强所述母端连接器100两侧的插拔力,所述绝缘本体10左右两侧分别设有至少一开孔15。所述侧壳50分别包含一对应所述开孔15设置的弹臂51a、51b,以及设置于所述弹臂51a、51b末端的弧形结构52。所述开孔15设置于所述绝缘本体10的前端两侧,所述弧形结构52由所述开孔15延伸进入所述接口12中。在所述公端连接器插入时,所述弧形结构52与所述公端连接器相抵顶以增加所述母端连接器100两侧的插拔力。同时,为进一步避免所述弹臂51a、51b折断或者变形,在此一实施例中,靠近所述绝缘本体10左侧面的所述弹臂51a由所述侧壳50前端向所述侧壳50后端延伸,并向所述绝缘本体10左侧面方向倾斜。靠近所述绝缘本体10右侧面的所述弹臂51b由所述侧壳50前端向所述侧壳50后端延伸,并向所述绝缘本体10右侧面方向倾斜。使所述弹臂51b的延展方向与所述公端电连接器的插入方向保持一致,进而让所述公端电连接器更易于插入所述接口12中。
请再一并参阅图4和图5,在此一实施例中,所述铁壳60遮蔽所述弹性壳体40与所述侧壳50之间的缝隙以防外界信号干扰,进而使所述母端连接器100的信号更稳定。
请再参阅图7,在本实施例中,为增加所述母端连接器100被模仿的难度,所述绝缘本体10上表面和下表面相对称平行并呈一不规则的图形,而所述绝缘本体10的两侧面分别垂直所述绝缘本体10上下表面,进而使所述绝缘本体10呈一不规则的立体图形而增加所述母端连接器100被模仿的难度。
Claims (5)
1.一种母端连接器,与一公端连接器对接,其特征在于,包含一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体的两侧分别设有一开孔,且所述绝缘本体中形成一容置空间;一组装固定于所述容置空间中的端子模组,且所述端子模组设有复数个横向排列于所述绝缘本体中的端子;至少一设于并组装于所述绝缘本体表面上的弹性壳体,且所述弹性壳体设置在与所述端子排列方式平行的一端面上,所述弹性壳体包含一向所述绝缘本体前端延伸的一夹持部,且所述夹持部的宽度与所述绝缘本体两侧面之间的距离相等;以及至少一设于并组装于所述绝缘本体表面上的侧壳,且所述侧壳设置在与所述端子排列方向垂直的一端面上,且所述侧壳包含一对应所述开孔的弹臂,以及一设于所述弹臂末端的弧形结构;其中,所述弹臂由所述侧壳前端向所述侧壳后端延伸,并向所述绝缘本体方向倾斜,使所述弹臂的延展方向与所述公端连接器插入方向一致以防止所述弹臂折断或者变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的母端连接器,其特征在于,所述容置空间中设有一舌部,所述舌部与所述绝缘本体一体成型并包含复数个设于所述舌部上下表面的接触孔;且所述舌部与所述绝缘本体的前端包围界定出一接口,所述接口连通所述容置空间与外部空间;所述端子模组包含复数个组装固定于所述接触孔中的端子接触部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的母端连接器,其特征在于,所述绝缘本体包含一设置于所述绝缘本体上表面的前端并向所述接口方向倾斜的上斜面以及一设置于所述绝缘本体下表面的前端并向所述接口方向倾斜的下斜面;且所述上斜面及所述下斜面的宽度与所述绝缘本体两侧面之间的距离相等;进一步地,与所述端子排列方式平行的两个端面上分别设有一所述弹性壳体,所述弹性壳体分别组装于所述绝缘本体的上下端面;且所述夹持部分别顺着所述上斜面与所述下斜面的方向倾斜并覆盖整个所述上斜面与所述下斜面,所述夹持部自由端设置为一凸面朝下的钩形结构并分别凸出于所述上斜面与所述下斜面;且所述绝缘本体前端左右两侧面与所述夹持部前端齐平。
4.根据权利要求1所述的母端连接器,其特征在于,与所述端子排列方式垂直的两个侧面分别设有一所述侧壳,且所述侧壳分别组装于所述绝缘本体的两侧面;所述弹臂分别从由所述侧壳前端向所述侧壳后端延伸,并分别向所述绝缘本体侧面方向倾斜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的母端连接器,其特征在于,包含一包覆所述于所述弹性壳体与所述侧壳外周侧的铁壳,所述铁壳遮蔽所述弹性壳体与所述侧壳之间的缝隙。
