Description

本实用新型涉及一种除去水垢、防止水垢生长的装置,特别是一种除垢防垢器。
锅炉等盛水容器在受热的情况下,受热面容易结上一层水垢,危害锅炉等容器的正常运行。目前,除垢的方法主要有手工机械法和化学清洗法两种;防垢的方法主要有物理法和化学法两种。但是,这些方法均存在一定的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种新型除垢防垢器,它结构简单,安装方便,除垢防垢效果显著。
其解决方案是:在一保护套内填充一种除垢防垢合金,然后再连接上一根连接杆。
附图描述了本实用新型的一个实施例。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
本实用新型由连接杆(1)、保护套(2)和除垢防垢合金(3)组成,除垢防垢合金(3)填充于保护套(2)内,其中间有一根连接杆(1)。
使用时,将保护套浸泡于水中,连接杆固定在锅炉等容器的内壁上,通过除垢防垢合金的作用,即可达到除垢防垢的目的。
保护套的材料为陶瓷、塑料等绝缘材料,除垢防垢合金是由锰、银、铝、锌、铅、锡等金属按一定比例组成的合金和合金混合物。

1、一种除垢防垢器,其特征在于由连接杆(1)、保护套(2)和除垢防垢合金(3)组成,除垢防垢合金(3)填充于保护套(2)内,其中间有一根连接杆(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的除垢防垢器,其特征在于保护套(2)的材料为陶瓷、塑料等绝缘材料。
3、根据权利要求1所述的除垢防垢器,其特征在于除垢防垢合金(3)是由锰、银、铝、锌、铅、锡等金属按一定比例组成的合金和合金混合物。
