As the size of semiconductor devices is reduced, the control and monitoring of gaseous molecular contaminants (AMC) is also becoming increasingly important. the sprinkling device is arranged in the accommodating space and is arranged above the sprinkling assembly at intervals;

6. The structure of a water spraying device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the adhesive layers are provided with a plurality of through holes, the through holes are communicated with the channels, and the first fluid flows through the through holes.
7. The structure of water spraying device of claim 1, wherein the adhesive layers have a thickness greater than 0.1cm and less than 5 cm.
8. The structure of the water spraying device as claimed in claim 4, further comprising an air supply device disposed at the air inlet.
9. The structure of the water spraying device of claim 1, wherein the adhesive layers correspondingly cover the surfaces of the water spraying layers.
