The extending direction of two adjacent spacers 11 may be set to have an included angle α, which may be, for example, 30 °, α may be 45 °, α may also be 90 °, and this is not further limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, an included angle between the extending directions of two adjacent spacers 11 is limited, and on one hand, the limited included angle needs to be larger than 0 degree, so that the extending directions of two adjacent spacers 11 can be ensured to have the included angle; on the other hand, the included angle is limited to be less than or equal to 90 degrees, so that the partition pieces 11 are distributed on the panel 10 in different directions to the maximum extent, and the cookware is separated from the panel 10 in different directions.
In an achievable manner, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, any one of the spacers 11 may include a plurality of spacer segments 113, and the plurality of spacer segments 113 extend from the heating center 12 to the edge of the panel 10, wherein the spacer segments 113 may be any one or more of a straight line, a curved line and a folded line, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment.
By arranging the partition 11 into the plurality of partition sections 113 and extending the plurality of partition sections 113 from the heating center 12 to the edge of the panel 10, the maximum coverage area of the partition 11 on the panel 10 can be satisfied, and the number of settable modes and arrangement modes is large, on one hand, when the cookware moves on the panel 10 at will in the use process, the partition sections 113 in the corresponding direction can lift the whole cookware away from the surface of the panel 10; on the other hand, the cooker cover can be suitable for cookers with different diameters, and the bottom of the cooker is provided with the partition 11 in the using process, so that the cooker cover does not directly contact the surface of the panel 10, and the panel 10 is prevented from being scratched.
In an achievable manner, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the panel 10 may include at least two annular regions 13, for example, two annular regions 13, and may include three annular regions 13, which is not further limited in this embodiment, and may be specifically set according to the actual size of the panel 10, wherein at least one isolation segment 113 is distributed in each annular region 13; one end of the isolation segment 113 abuts the inner edge of the annular region 13 and the other end of the isolation segment 113 abuts the outer edge of the annular region 13.
Through setting up two at least ring sectors 13, and it is many that every ring sector 13 is interior to have at least one isolation segment 113 of having distributed, wherein, isolation segment 113 can set up the mode and arrange the mode in ring sector 13, like this, when satisfying isolation 11 and playing the isolation effect to pan and panel 10, can also be with the 113 dislocation sets of isolation segment in the different ring sectors 13, thereby guarantee that panel 10 is not by under the prerequisite of fish tail, can also avoid the repetition of isolation 11, reduce the coverage area of isolation 11. In this embodiment, the arrangement and arrangement of the isolation segments 113 in different annular zones 13 are not limited, for example, the isolation segments 113 in different annular zones 13 may be arranged at intervals, or the isolation segments 113 in different annular zones 13 may be connected in an abutting manner, or the isolation segments 113 in different annular zones 13 may also be arranged in a staggered manner.
Example one
In the first embodiment of the present application, it is specifically described that different annular regions 13 are disposed at intervals, or different annular regions 13 are connected in an abutting manner, so that the isolation segments 113 in different annular regions 13 are disposed at intervals, or the isolation segments 113 in different annular regions 13 are connected in an abutting manner.
The first way that can be realized is: as shown in fig. 1, different ring zones 13 are arranged at intervals, the isolation section 113 is located in different ring zones 13, and the isolation section 113 of the same isolation member 11 is arranged along the radial direction of different ring zones 13, so that when the cookware moves in different directions, it can be ensured that the cookware is not in direct contact with the panel 10, in addition, by arranging different ring zones 13 at intervals, the coverage area of the isolation member 11 can be effectively reduced while the panel 10 is prevented from being scratched, thereby reducing the use cost, and specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the description is given by taking the arrangement of three ring zones 13 as an example.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the spacing distance between adjacent spacer segments 113 is between 10-30 mm. The distance may be set to d3, for example, d3 may be 10mm, d3 may be 20mm, and d3 may also be 30mm, which is not further limited in this embodiment.
In this way, the spacing distance between the adjacent isolation sections 113 is defined, and on one hand, the minimum spacing distance between the adjacent isolation sections 113 is defined, so that the coverage area of the isolator 11 can be effectively reduced while the panel 10 is prevented from being scratched; on the other hand, the spacing distance between adjacent partitions 113 is limited to be the maximum, so that the problem that the pot falls between adjacent partitions 11 to contact with the panel 10 when the spacing distance is too large can be avoided.
The second implementation manner is as follows: as shown in fig. 2, the different annular regions 13 are connected in an abutting manner, specifically, the isolation segments 113 of the same isolation member 11 are located in the different annular regions 13 and are abutted to form a strip shape, the isolation member 11 includes a first end and a second end, the first end 111 of the isolation member is close to the heating center 12 and is arranged at a distance from the heating center 12, and the second end 112 of the isolation member is far away from the heating center 12 and is abutted to the outer edge of the outermost annular region 13.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the two implementation manners described above are included, but not limited.
By arranging the long-strip-shaped spacers 11, and enabling two ends of the spacers 11 to be close to the heating center 12 and far away from the heating center 12 respectively, the spacers 11 are distributed on the panel 10 in a radial array manner, so that the covering area of the spacers 11 on the panel 10 is large, and on one hand, when the cookware moves on the panel 10 randomly in the using process, the spacers 11 in the corresponding direction can lift the whole cookware away from the surface of the panel 10; on the other hand, the cooker cover can be suitable for cookers with different diameters, and the bottom of the cooker is provided with the partition 11 in the using process, so that the cooker cover does not directly contact the surface of the panel 10, and the panel 10 is prevented from being scratched.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the distance between the first end 111 of the spacer and the heating center 12 may be between 10 and 25mm, that is, the distance between the first ends 111 of two oppositely disposed spacers may be between 20 and 50mm with the heating center 12 as a symmetry point, wherein the distance between the first end 111 of the spacer and the heating center 12 may be d1, for example, d1 may be 10mm, d1 may be 20mm, and d1 may also be 25mm, which is not further limited in this embodiment,
in addition, the distance between the second end 112 of the spacer and the heating center 12 may be 125mm, that is, the distance between the second ends 112 of two oppositely disposed spacers may be 250mm and 200 mm with the heating center 12 as a symmetry point, wherein the distance between the second end 112 of the spacer and the heating center 12 may be d2, for example, d2 may be 100mm, d1 may be 110mm, and d1 may also be 125 mm.
By limiting the distance between the two ends of the partition 11 and the heating center 12, the cost of the partition 11 is considered on the premise of ensuring that the cookware is isolated from the panel 10 from different directions, so that the coverage area of the partition 11 can be effectively reduced, and the use cost is reduced.
Example two
In the second embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 to fig. 7, the isolation segments 113 in different annular regions 13 are specifically disposed in a staggered manner for example. Specifically, the isolation segments 113 are located in different annular regions 13, and at least two isolation segments 113 of the same isolator 11 are arranged along radial direction of different annular regions 13 in a staggered manner and are distributed in different annular regions 13 according to a preset angle.
Like this, two at least spacing segments 113 dislocation sets of same separator 11 are in different annular region 13, stagger spacing segments 113 each other in footpath promptly to guaranteeing under the prerequisite that panel 10 is not by the fish tail, can also avoid the repetition of separator 11, reduce the area covered of separator 11.
The first way that can be realized is: as shown in fig. 5, the different annular areas 13 are alternately arranged on the panel 10, specifically, in this embodiment, two annular areas 13 are taken as an example for illustration, wherein the two annular areas 13 have an overlapping area, which can be shown as an area a in fig. 5, so that the different annular areas 13 have an overlapping area therebetween, and no matter which direction the pot is moved from, it can be always ensured that the pot is located in the annular areas 13 or in the overlapping area, and further ensured that the pot is not directly contacted with the panel 10.
The second implementation manner is as follows: as shown in fig. 6, different annular regions 13 are disposed on the panel 10 at intervals, specifically, in this embodiment, two annular regions 13 are taken as an example for illustration, and the distance between two annular regions 13 is not limited, so that on one hand, the annular regions 13 are disposed at intervals, and on the other hand, at least two isolation segments 113 of the same isolator 11 are disposed at different positions, so as to prevent the panel 10 from being scratched, and further reduce the coverage area of the isolator 11, thereby reducing the use cost.
Wherein, the third achievable way is: as shown in fig. 7, the different ring-shaped areas 13 are connected in an abutting manner, so that when the cookware moves in different directions, the cookware can be ensured not to be in direct contact with the panel 10 to the maximum extent, and the coverage area of the partition 11 can be reduced.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the three implementation manners described above are included, but not limited to.
In an implementation manner, as shown in fig. 1, a central isolation member 11 may be further included, the central isolation member 11 is located at the heating center 12 of the panel 10, and by further including the central isolation member 11, the central isolation member 11 isolates the heating part of the pan bottom from the panel 10 during heating, thereby further avoiding the problem that the pan contacts with the panel 10.
In addition, the central partition 11 is provided at the same height as the partition 113, so that the pot can be smoothly placed on the panel 10.
In an implementable manner, the central partition 11 is any one of square, circular and oval, which facilitates adaptation to cookware of different shapes, thereby improving the wide applicability of the cooker.
In an implementable manner, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the height of the spacer 11 may be in the range of 0.1-0.25mm, wherein the height of the spacer 11 may be set to H, specifically, H may be 0.1mm, H may be 0.2mm, and H may be 0.25mm, so that by defining the height range of the spacer 11, on the one hand, it is possible to avoid that the function of isolation cannot be ensured when the height of the spacer 11 is too low; on the other hand, the problem that the pot is not stably placed enough in the using process easily caused by the fact that the height of the isolating piece 11 is too high can be avoided.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7, the width range of the isolation section 113 may be between 5mm and 15mm, wherein the width of the isolation section 113 may be set as d4, specifically, d4 may be 5mm, d4 may be 10mm, and d4 may be 15mm, so that by limiting the width range of the isolation section 113, on the one hand, the width of the isolation section 113 cannot be set too small, which is beneficial to ensure that the pot is always located above the isolation section 113, thereby being effectively lifted off the surface of the panel 10; on the other hand, the width of the isolation section 113 cannot be set too large, so that the heat transfer between the pot and the cooker can be prevented from being influenced when the setting width of the isolation section 113 is too large.
In a realisable manner, the height of the partitions 113 in any one of the annular zones 13 is the same, so that the pot can be placed on the partition 11 smoothly, thus ensuring flatness and stability during operation.
In an achievable manner, one possible way to achieve this is that the spacers 11 can be provided on the panel 10 by means of silk-screening; another possible implementation is that the spacer 11 can be adhered to the panel 10, and it should be noted that the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the above two implementations. By the above implementation, the assembling stability of the partition 11 can be ensured, thereby forming a gap between the panel 10 and the bottom of the cooker and achieving a better partition effect.
In an implementation manner, the spacer 11 may be any one of an ink member, a rubber member, and a silicone member, or the spacer 11 may be made of other heat-resistant and wear-resistant materials, specifically, the ink member has good heat resistance, so that the panel 10 is ensured not to deform when contacting with the bottom of the cooking device by using the heat resistance of the ink; secondly, rubber spare, silica gel spare have good wearability, utilize the wearability of rubber spare, silica gel spare like this, can improve the life of isolation 11 to avoid under the long-time condition of using, isolation 11 receives wearing and tearing, and lead to the problem of panel 10 and the bottom contact of cooking ware.
