4. A valve position indicating device for a modulating manual ball valve as in claim 3 wherein the rotational travel of the multi-turn potentiometer is greater than the rotational travel of the rotating handle shaft from the open valve limit to the closed valve limit.
5. The valve position indicating device of a modulating manual ball valve according to claim 1, further comprising a bracket disposed on the valve body of the modulating manual ball valve by a fastener.
6. A valve position indicator assembly for a modulating manual ball valve as in claim 5 wherein said signal generator is disposed on said bracket.
