The electro-optical switch state monitoring device of an on-off type manual ball valve according to claim 1, wherein when the valve handle is rotated to the valve opening stopper, the light blocking block blocks the valve opening electro-optical proximity switch to trigger a valve opening signal, and the valve opening signal is transmitted to a control room through the signal line and the signal generator.
