本实用新型一种耐候性复合板材，包含有板材层（1），所述板材层（1）上复合有耐候层（2）；所述板材层（1）和耐候层（2）之间粘接有粘接剂层（3）；所述板材层（1）的上表面打磨设置有磨砂层，上述粘接剂层（3）复合于磨砂层上，所述耐候层（2）为三元乙丙橡胶层、或高分子材料层、或硅橡胶层。本实用新型一种耐候性复合板材，具有优良的防水防锈防火性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种耐候性复合板材，属于复合板材技术领域。
背景技术
目前，厂房等建筑的墙面、屋顶以及一些临时性建筑通常采用彩钢板等板材进行搭建，为了获得更好的耐腐蚀能力以延长其使用寿命，通常在彩钢板等板材的表面喷涂防锈油漆，但是实际应用中发现喷涂防锈油漆的方式无法达到客户所需的防水防锈防火性能要求。为此，亟需一种能够解决上述问题的板材结构；而在本企业所属的橡胶领域，除了现有的耐候型硅橡胶，近年来新推出的三元乙丙橡胶由于是由乙烯、丙烯和少量的非共轭二烯烃构成的共聚物，因而三元乙丙橡胶的主链由化学稳定的饱和烃组成，只在侧链中含有不饱和双键，所以三元乙丙橡胶的耐臭氧、耐热、耐候等耐老化性能优异；同时高分子领域的高分子材料也具有极高的防水防锈等耐候性能；由此本专利考虑将三元乙丙橡胶、硅橡胶以及高分子材料与常规建筑领域的板材进行复合构成一种全新的复合板材结构以实现防水防锈防火等耐候性能要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防水防锈防火型耐候性复合板材。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种耐候性复合板材，包含有板材层，所述板材层上复合有耐候层。
本实用新型一种耐候性复合板材，所述板材层和耐候层之间粘接有粘接剂层。
本实用新型一种耐候性复合板材，所述耐候层为三元乙丙橡胶层、或高分子材料层、或硅橡胶层。
本实用新型一种耐候性复合板材，所述板材层的的下表面设置有粘结层。
本实用新型一种耐候性复合板材，所述板材层的上表面打磨设置有磨砂层，上述粘接剂层复合于磨砂层上。
一种耐候性复合板材，包含有板材层，所述板材层上复合有耐候层；所述板材层上复合耐候层后压制成横截面为起伏状的支撑结构。
一种耐候性复合板材，包含有板材层，所述板材层的上表面为平面结构，且板材层的上表面复合有耐候层，所述板材层的下表面的横截面设置为起伏状的支撑结构。
本实用新型一种耐候性复合板材，上述起伏状的支撑结构为梯形瓦楞结构、或锯齿状波峰波谷结构、或弧形波浪状结构等屋面或墙面所需形状。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型通过耐候层复合在板材层上，利用三元乙丙橡胶的耐臭氧、耐热、耐候等优点，极大的提高了板材的防水防锈防火性能，能够保证利用本实用新型复合板材搭建的厂房等建筑具有更高的安全性能和更长的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
实施例一：
参见图1，本实用新型涉及的一种耐候性复合板材，包含有板材层1，所述板材层1上复合有耐候层2；
进一步的，所述耐候层2为三元乙丙橡胶层、或高分子材料层、或硅橡胶层；
进一步的，所述板材层1和耐候层2之间粘接有粘接剂层3。从而提高硫化后的粘接效果。
进一步的，所述板材层1的上表面打磨设置有磨砂层，上述粘接剂层3复合于磨砂层上。从而起到增加粘接的效果。
进一步的，所述板材层的1的下表面设置有粘结层，从而便于修复屋面时的自粘修复；优选的，所述粘结层上覆盖有离型纸进行保护，且粘结层设置为左右两条；
实施例二：
参加图2、图4和图6，一种耐候性复合板材，包含有板材层1，所述板材层1上复合有耐候层2；所述耐候层2为三元乙丙橡胶层、或高分子材料层、或硅橡胶层；所述板材层1上复合耐候层2后压制成横截面为起伏状的支撑结构，该起伏状的支撑结构为梯形瓦楞结构、或锯齿状波峰波谷结构、或弧形波浪状结构等屋面或墙面所需形状。
进一步的，所述板材层1和耐候层2之间粘接有粘接剂层3。从而提高硫化后的粘接效果。
进一步的，所述板材层1的上表面打磨设置有磨砂层，上述粘接剂层3复合于磨砂层上。从而起到增加粘接的效果。
实施例三：
参见图3、图5和图7，一种耐候性复合板材，包含有板材层1，所述板材层1的上表面为平面结构，且板材层1的上表面复合有耐候层2，所述板材层1的下表面的横截面设置为起伏状的支撑结构，该起伏状的支撑结构为梯形瓦楞结构、或锯齿状波峰波谷结构、或弧形波浪状结构等屋面或墙面所需形状。
进一步的，所述耐候层2为三元乙丙橡胶层、或高分子材料层、或硅橡胶层；
进一步的，所述板材层1和耐候层2之间粘接有粘接剂层3。从而提高硫化后的粘接效果。
进一步的，所述板材层1的上表面打磨设置有磨砂层，上述粘接剂层3复合于磨砂层上。从而起到增加粘接的效果。
另外：需要注意的是，上述具体实施方式仅为本专利的一个优化方案，本领域的技术人员根据上述构思所做的任何改动或改进，均在本专利的保护范围之内。

1.一种耐候性复合板材，其特征是：包含有板材层（1），所述板材层（1）上复合有耐候层（2）；所述板材层（1）上复合耐候层（2）后压制成横截面为起伏状的支撑结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性复合板材，其特征是：上述起伏状的支撑结构为梯形瓦楞结构、或锯齿状波峰波谷结构、或弧形波浪状结构。
3.一种耐候性复合板材，其特征是：包含有板材层（1），所述板材层（1）的上表面为平面结构，且板材层（1）的上表面复合有耐候层（2），所述板材层（1）的下表面的横截面设置为起伏状的支撑结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐候性复合板材，其特征是：上述起伏状的支撑结构为梯形瓦楞结构、或锯齿状波峰波谷结构、或弧形波浪状结构。
