Further, the bottom wall of the inner accommodating cavity is provided with an elastic member fixing portion 223 in a protruding manner, the rotating cover elastic member 26 is a return spring, and the lower end of the return spring is sleeved on the periphery of the elastic member fixing portion 223. By the arrangement, the connection stability of the return spring is improved, and the return spring is prevented from moving accidentally.
In another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the elastic member fixing portion 223 is provided with a fixing portion through hole 2231, the fixing portion through hole 2231 extends in a height direction of the vessel body 10, and the inner cap boss 233 is disposed in the fixing portion through hole 2231. In this manner, the tea water can be prevented from leaking to the outside of the liquid container through the spin cover 20 by the inner lid sealing ring 24 being pressed between the inner lid ring groove 234 and the fixing portion through hole 2231.
Specifically, one of the inner lid body 231 and the internal receiving cavity is provided with a slide rail, and the other is provided with a slide groove matching the slide rail, the slide groove and the slide rail extending in the height direction of the container body 10. Through spout and slide rail cooperation to the rotatory inner cup 23 of actuation slides, has improved the reliability that rotatory inner cup 23 removed, avoids removing the rotatory or deflection of in-process.

The container body 10 is substantially cylindrical, the tea filter assembly 30 can be disposed in the container body 10, one side of the tea filter assembly 30 can be a tea making area, and the other side of the tea filter assembly 30 can be a separation area, that is, the tea filter assembly 30 is disposed to divide the container body 10 into the tea making area and the separation area.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the tea filter assembly 30 may include a tea filter upper cover 31 and a tea filter lower cover 32, and the tea filter upper cover 31 may be movable with respect to a height direction along the container body 10, that is, the tea filter upper cover 31 may be moved closer to or farther from the tea filter lower cover 32. As an example, a body locking rib 111 is protrudingly provided on an inner wall of the container body 10, and the tea filter lower cover 32 may be locked at the body locking rib 111.
The upper cover through hole 311 may be formed on the upper tea filter cover 31, the lower cover through hole 321 may be formed on the lower tea filter cover 32, and the upper cover through hole 311 and the lower cover through hole 321 are alternately arranged in the height direction of the container body 10.
When the upper tea filter cover 31 and the lower tea filter cover 32 are close to each other to be attached, the non-porous area of the upper tea filter cover 31 is sealed above the through hole 321 of the lower cover, and the non-porous area of the lower tea filter cover 32 is sealed below the through hole 311 of the upper cover, i.e. the through hole 311 of the upper cover and the through hole 321 of the lower cover are both sealed, so that the tea making area and the separation area are isolated, as shown in fig. 1. At the moment, tea leaves and water are placed in the tea making area, and tea making can be carried out.
When the tea filter upper cover 31 and the tea filter lower cover 32 are far away from each other, a gap is generated between the two, namely, the non-porous area of the tea filter upper cover 31 and the non-porous area of the tea filter lower cover 32 no longer block the lower cover through hole 321 and the upper cover through hole 311, and the lower cover through hole 321 and the upper cover through hole 311 are both opened, so that the tea making area and the separation area are communicated, as shown in fig. 2. In this case, the liquid container may be arranged as shown in fig. 2, that is, the tea making region may be located physically above the separation region, and water in the tea making region may flow into the separation region under the action of gravity to be separated from the tea leaves. When the water in the tea making area all gets into the separation region, can remove tea once more and strain upper cover 31 or tea and strain lower cover 32 and make tea strain upper cover 31 and be close to tea and strain lower cover 32, all be the shutoff once more to upper cover through-hole 311 and lower cover through-hole 321 to can avoid the problem that tealeaves was steeped for a long time. The liquid container provided by the present disclosure may include a tea filter assembly 30, the tea filter assembly 30 may include a tea filter upper cover 31 and a tea filter lower cover 32, and an upper cover through hole 311 and a lower cover through hole 321 are respectively provided on the tea filter upper cover 31 and the tea filter lower cover 32, the upper cover through hole 311 and the lower cover through hole 321 are alternately provided, when the tea filter upper cover 31 and the tea filter lower cover 32 are attached to each other, the upper cover through hole 311 and the lower cover through hole 321 are respectively blocked, thereby isolating a tea making region and a separation region; when lid 32 interval sets up under lid is strained to tea 31 and tea, lower cover through-hole 321 and upper cover through-hole 311 are all opened to make tea brewing district and disengagement zone intercommunication, strain lid 31 and tea through tea promptly and strain lid 32 and laminate each other or the interval sets up and can make tea brewing district and disengagement zone keep apart or the intercommunication.
As an example, the upper cover through hole 311 may be provided on a first region of the tea filter upper cover 31, and the lower cover through hole 321 may be provided on a second region of the tea filter lower cover 32, the orthographic projection of the first region onto the tea filter lower cover 32 not overlapping the second region. The second area can be a circular area with the radius of R and the intersection point of the axis of the container body 10 and the lower tea filter cover 32 as the center of a circle, and the first area can be a circular area with the radius of R and the intersection point of the axis of the container body 10 and the upper tea filter cover 31 as the center of a circle and the inner ring.
In order to further improve the sealing performance of the tea making region and the separation region and prevent water from overflowing through the gap between the upper tea filter cover 31 and the lower tea filter cover 32 when the upper tea filter cover 31 and the lower tea filter cover 32 are attached to each other, the tea filter assembly 30 may further include a tea filter sealing member 33.
Alternatively, the tea filter seal 33 may be circular and attached to the bottom wall of the non-porous area of the tea filter cover 31. Further, the bottom wall of the tea filter sealing member 33 is provided with an annular sealing ring 331 protruding outwards, and the radius of the annular sealing ring 331 is R. As an example, the tea filter sealing member 33 may have an abutting surface, and the abutting surface abuts on the bottom wall of the tea filter upper cover 31.
Alternatively, the tea filter seal 33 may be annular and attached to the top wall of the non-porous area of the tea filter lid 32 (not shown). Further, the top wall of the tea strainer sealing member 33 is provided with an annular sealing ring (not shown) protruding outwards, and the radius of the annular sealing ring is R. As an example, the tea filter seal 33 may have an abutment surface which abuts against the top wall of the tea filter lower lid 32.
It is understood that the connection between the tea filter sealing member 33 and the upper tea filter cover 31 or the lower tea filter cover 32 may be an adhesive, but not limited thereto, the abutting surface of the tea filter sealing member 33 is protrusively provided with a connecting protrusion 332, for example, but not limited thereto, the connecting protrusion 332 is T-shaped, and the small end of the connecting protrusion 332 is connected to the tea filter sealing member 33. The tea filter upper cover 31 or the tea filter lower cover 32 is provided with a mounting hole matched with the connecting convex part 332, and the big end of the connecting convex part 332 can be clamped at one end of the mounting hole, which is opposite to the binding surface, so that the tea filter sealing member 33 is firmly connected to the tea filter upper cover 31 or the tea filter lower cover 32.
By way of example, the upper tea filter cover 31 may be in the form of a circular disk, the lower tea filter cover 32 may be substantially cylindrical, and the lower cover through hole 321 may include a top wall of the cartridge body and a side wall of the cartridge body, and the lower cover through hole 321 may be provided on the top wall of the cartridge body, but not limited thereto.
In order to further improve the moving precision of the tea filter assembly 30, the tea filter assembly 30 may further include a push rod 34, the push rod 34 is extended along the height direction of the container body 10, and the tea filter upper cover 31 may be connected to the push rod 34 and moved together with the push rod 34. Alternatively, the tea filter cover 31 may be snapped onto the push rod 34 or fixedly attached to the push rod 34.
The lower tea filter cover 32 is provided with a through hole for the push rod 34 to pass through, and the push rod 34 is connected to the lower tea filter cover 32 in a sliding way. In this way, when the push rod 34 moves along the height direction of the container body 10, the tea filter upper cover 32 can move along with the push rod 34 along the height direction of the container body 10 to be close to or far from the tea filter lower cover 32.
In order to prevent the push rod 34 from being accidentally separated from the tea filter lower cap 32, a fixed plug 36 may be connected to the lower end of the push rod 34, the fixed plug 36 may be clamped on the lower side of the top wall of the cylinder body of the tea filter lower cap 32, for example, but not limited to, the fixed plug 36 may be a nut.
In order to enable the automatic resetting of the tea filter cover 31, the tea filter assembly 30 may further include a tea filter elastic member 35, for example, but not limited to, the tea filter elastic member 35 may be a return spring.
The both ends that the elastic component 35 was strained to tea can support respectively and press on the barrel roof that sealing member 33 and tea strained lower cover 32 was strained to tea, strain elastic component 35 and tea contact for reducing tea, improve liquid container's safety in utilization, the subassembly 30 is strained to tea can also include that the sleeve 37 is strained to tea, the sleeve 37 is strained to tea sets up and strains sealing member 33 and tea and strain between the lower cover 32, and the sleeve 37 is strained to tea has the sleeve roof, this sleeve roof cover is established on push rod 34. By way of example, the tea filter sleeve 37 may be a circular sleeve.
The sunken elastic component holding tank that is provided with of the barrel roof orientation that the lid 32 was strained to tea deviates from the tea direction of straining upper cover 31, and the elastic component holding tank can be circular. The outer diameter of the tea filter sleeve 37 can be equal to the inner diameter of the elastic piece accommodating groove, and the tea filter sleeve 37 is at least partially inserted into the elastic piece accommodating groove, so that the tea filter sleeve 37 and the top wall of the tea filter lower cover 32 enclose a closed space for accommodating the tea filter elastic piece 35, and the contact of tea water and the tea filter elastic piece 35 can be reduced. The ends of the tea filter spring 35 are compressed against the top wall of the tea filter sleeve 37 and the bottom of the spring receiving groove, respectively.
In the present disclosure, the push rod 34 may be a stepped rod, and the cross-sectional area of the upper portion of the push rod 34 may be greater than the cross-sectional area of the lower portion of the push rod 34. A step may be provided between the upper and lower portions of the push rod 34, and the tea filter upper cover 32 may be provided at the step. The tea is strained the below of upper cover 32 and is provided with tea and strain elastic component 35, and tea is strained elastic component 35 and is in compression state, and under the elastic force effect that elastic component 35 was strained to tea, tea is strained upper cover 32 and can be stably blocked and establish in step department and not break away from with push rod 34.
The tea filter assembly 30 may further include a lower cover sealing ring 38, the lower cover sealing ring 38 may be sleeved on the sidewall of the barrel on the outer circumferential surface, when the tea filter lower cover 32 is clamped on the body clamping rib 111, the lower cover sealing ring 38 may be compressed between the body clamping rib 111 and the tea filter lower cover 32, so as to prevent water from flowing through the gap between the body clamping rib 111 and the tea filter lower cover 32.
Specifically, the container body 10 may have two end openings, which may be a first opening and a second opening, respectively, and the first opening may be provided with a container cover (not shown) to facilitate drinking of tea by a user. The second opening may facilitate access to the tea leaves or the tea filter assembly 30.
Referring to fig. 1-2 and 6-7, the rotary cap 20 may be used to drive the tea filter upper cap 31 toward or away from the tea filter lower cap 32. The rotary cap 20 may include a rotary outer cap 22, a rotary top cap 21 and a rotary inner cap 23, the rotary outer cap 22 may be connected to the second opening of the container body 10, for example, but not limited to, the rotary outer cap 22 and the container body 10 may be screwed or snapped. The rotary outer cover 22 is fixed at the opening of one end of the container body 10, so that the rotary cover 20 is positioned at one side of the tea filtering upper cover 31 departing from the tea filtering lower cover 32, the rotary outer cover 22 is provided with an inner accommodating cavity, the rotary inner cover 23 is slidably arranged in the inner accommodating cavity along the height direction of the container body 10, the bottom end of the rotary inner cover 23 is pressed on the tea filtering upper cover 31, and the tea filtering upper cover 31 is driven to move through the movement of the rotary inner cover 23. With this arrangement, the tea filter upper lid 31 is pushed to move in the height direction of the container body 10 by sliding the rotary inner lid 23 in the height direction of the container body 10 in the inner housing chamber.
Further, the rotating cover 20 further includes a rotating top cover 21, the rotating top cover 21 is rotatably disposed on the top of the rotating outer cover 22, the rotating top cover 21 includes a top cover protrusion 214, a bottom surface of the top cover protrusion 214 abuts against a top surface of the rotating inner cover 23, the top surface of the rotating inner cover 23 includes an inclined surface, and the rotating top cover 21 is rotated to make the top cover protrusion 214 abut against different portions of the inclined surface. With such an arrangement, the top cover convex part 214 on the rotary top cover 21 abuts against the inclined surface of the rotary inner cover 23, and along with the rotation of the rotary top cover 21, the top cover convex part 214 abuts against different parts of the inclined surface, so that the rotary inner cover 23 can be pushed to move along the height direction of the container body 10.
As an example, the rotating cap 21 may also be provided with a slope, for example, but not limited to, the rotating cap 21 may be rotatably connected to the rotating outer cap 22, the bottom surface of the rotating cap 21 is provided with a cap protrusion 214 protruding outwards, and the cap protrusion 214 is provided with a first slope forming a predetermined angle with the axis of the container body 10.
The rotating outer cap 22 has an inner receiving cavity communicating with the separation region, the rotating inner cap 23 is slidably disposed in the inner receiving cavity in a height direction of the vessel body 10, a top surface of the rotating inner cap 23 is provided with a second inclined surface forming a predetermined angle with an axis of the vessel body 10, and the first inclined surface at least partially abuts against the second inclined surface. The bottom of the rotary inner cover 23 abuts against the upper end of the push rod 34.
As such, the first slope of the overcap convex portion 214 and the second slope of the rotary inner cap 23 may be engaged at different positions by rotating the overcap 21, thereby pushing the rotary inner cap 23 to slide in the height direction of the container body 10 to drive the push rod 34 to slide in the height direction of the container body 10.
The rotating outer cover 22 may include an outer cover body 222 and an outer cover outer cylinder 221, the outer cover outer cylinder 221 is disposed at the outer periphery of the outer cover body 222, and an annular groove is disposed between the outer cover outer cylinder 221 and the outer cover body 222, and the annular groove may be used to accommodate the second opening. The inner wall of the outer cover outer cylinder 221 is provided with a thread or a buckle to be connected with the second opening of the container body 10.
In order to prevent water from flowing out through the gap between the second opening and the rotating outer cover 22, the rotating cover 20 may further include an outer cover sealing ring 25, the outer cover sealing ring 25 may be sleeved on the outer circumferential wall of the outer cover body 222, so that the outer cover sealing ring 25 is located in the annular groove, and when the rotating cover 20 is installed at the second opening, the outer cover sealing ring 25 may be compressed between the annular groove and the second opening.
In order to facilitate the automatic resetting of the rotating inner cover 23, the rotating cover 20 may further include a rotating cover elastic member 26, the rotating cover elastic member 26 may be disposed in the inner accommodating chamber, and both ends of the rotating cover elastic member 26 are respectively compressed between the bottom wall of the inner accommodating chamber and the rotating cover 20. In order to facilitate the positioning of the elastic member 26 of the rotary cover and prevent the elastic member 26 of the rotary cover from moving, the bottom wall of the inner accommodating cavity is provided with an elastic member fixing portion 223 protruding outwards, and the bottom end of the elastic member 26 of the rotary cover is sleeved on the periphery of the elastic member fixing portion 223. Alternatively, the rotating cover elastic member 26 may be a return spring, but is not limited thereto. As an example, the elastic member fixing portion 223 is provided at a middle portion thereof with a fixing portion through hole 2231, through which the internal receiving chamber can communicate with the separation region.
The top of rotatory enclosing cover 22 is provided with enclosing cover joint portion 225, and this enclosing cover joint portion 225 can be used for cooperating with the top cap joint portion 211 of rotatory top cap 21 to can make rotatory top cap 21 joint on rotatory enclosing cover 22. Alternatively, the outer cover snap-in portion 225 may extend in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the rotating outer cover 22, for example, but not limited to, the outer cover snap-in portion 225 may be a convex ring.
With continued reference to the drawings, in particular, the rotary top cover 21 may include a circular sheet-shaped top cover body 213 and a top cover side wall 212 connected to an outer peripheral edge of the top cover body 213, and the top cover side wall 212 may be cylindrical. The top cover protrusions 214 may be protrudingly provided from the bottom surface of the top cover body 213, and the top cover protrusions 214 are provided at intervals inside the top cover sidewall 212. The bottom end of the top cover sidewall 212 is provided with a top cover clamping portion 211, for example, but not limited to, the top cover clamping portion 211 may be a hook, the hook may continuously extend in a ring shape along the circumference of the rotating top cover 21, or a plurality of hooks may be provided at intervals along the circumference of the rotating top cover 21.
In order to facilitate the rotatory top cap 21 of equipment and rotatory enclosing cover 22, the top of rotatory enclosing cover 22 is provided with enclosing cover top annular 227, and enclosing cover top annular 227 sets up in enclosing cover joint portion 225's radial inboard, so sets up, and enclosing cover joint portion 225 can have certain elasticity, has reduced the equipment degree of difficulty, is convenient for enclosing cover joint portion 225 and top cap joint portion 211 joint equipment.

The rotary inner cap 23 may be substantially T-shaped, the rotary inner cap 23 may include an inner cap body 231 and an inner cap boss 233, the inner cap body 231 may be substantially a circular cake, the second inclined surface may be a top surface of the inner cap body 231, the inner cap boss 233 may be protrudingly disposed on a bottom surface of the inner cap body 231, and a cross-sectional area of the inner cap boss 233 is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the inner cap body 231. Alternatively, the inner cap boss 233 may be a cylinder, and the inner cap boss 233 may be disposed coaxially with the inner cap body 231, but not limited thereto. As an example, the top end of the outer cap bead 226 may be pressed against the bottom surface of the inner cap body 231.
The inner cap boss 233 is slidably disposed in the fixing portion through hole along the height direction of the container body 10, and the bottom end of the inner cap boss 233 may abut against the top end of the push rod 34. In order to prevent water from leaking from a gap between the inner rotary cap 23 and the outer rotary cap 22, the inner rotary cap 20 may further include an inner cap sealing ring 24, an inner cap ring groove 234 is formed by recessing the outer surface of the inner cap boss 233, and the inner cap sealing ring 24 is disposed in the inner cap ring groove 234 to be compressed between the inner cap boss 233 and the fixing portion through hole.
In the present disclosure, the outer diameter of the rotating outer cap 22 may be the same as that of the rotating top cap 21, so that the appearance of the rotating cap 20 is more aesthetic.

Claims (15)

1. A liquid container, comprising:
the tea filter comprises a container body (10), wherein a tea filter connecting part is arranged on the inner wall of the container body (10);

The liquid container according to claim 2, wherein the rotary cap (20) further comprises a rotary cap (21), the rotary cap (21) is rotatably disposed on top of the rotary outer cap (22), the rotary cap (21) comprises a cap protrusion (214), a bottom surface of the cap protrusion (214) abuts against a top surface of the rotary inner cap (23), the top surface of the rotary inner cap (23) comprises an inclined surface, and the rotary cap (21) is rotated to abut against the cap protrusion (214) at different portions of the inclined surface.
4. The liquid container as claimed in claim 2, wherein the tea filter assembly (30) further comprises a push rod (34), the top end of the push rod (34) abuts against the bottom end of the rotating inner cover (23), the upper tea filter cover (31) and the lower tea filter cover (32) are respectively arranged on the push rod (34) in a penetrating manner, the upper tea filter cover (31) can move along with the push rod (34), and the push rod (34) is movably connected to the lower tea filter cover (32) along the height direction of the container body (10).

The liquid container as claimed in claim 4, wherein the push rod (34) comprises a push rod upper section and a push rod lower section, the diameter of the push rod lower section is smaller than that of the push rod upper section, a step is arranged between the push rod upper section and the push rod lower section, the free end of the push rod lower section is connected to the tea filtering lower cover (32), the tea filtering assembly (30) further comprises a tea filtering elastic member (35), and the tea filtering elastic member (35) is sleeved on the periphery of the push rod lower section and is tightly pressed between the tea filtering upper cover (31) and the tea filtering lower cover (32) so that the tea filtering upper cover (31) is abutted against the step.

The liquid container as claimed in claim 5, wherein the tea filter assembly (30) further comprises a tea filter sleeve (37), the tea filter sleeve (37) is connected to the lower section of the push rod, the tea filter cover (32) comprises a top surface of the tea filter cover (32) which is provided with an elastic piece accommodating groove (322) in a downward concave manner, the elastic piece accommodating groove (322) and the tea filter sleeve (37) enclose to form a closed space, the tea filter elastic piece (35) is arranged in the closed space, and two ends of the tea filter elastic piece (35) are respectively pressed between the tea filter sleeve (37) and the elastic piece accommodating groove (322) so that the tea filter sleeve (37) abuts against the tea filter cover (31).

The fluid container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower tea filter cover (32) is substantially cylindrical, the lower tea filter cover (32) includes a top wall and a side wall connected to an outer periphery of the top wall, the assembly (30) further includes a lower cover sealing ring (38), the lower cover sealing ring (38) is sleeved outside the side wall, and when the lower tea filter cover (32) is engaged with the tea filter connecting portion, the lower cover sealing ring (38) is compressed between the side wall and the tea filter connecting portion.

The liquid container as claimed in claim 3, wherein the rotary inner cap (23) is substantially T-shaped, the rotary inner cap (23) includes an inner cap body (231) and an inner cap boss (233), the inner cap boss (233) is protrudingly provided from a bottom surface of the inner cap body (231), a cross-sectional area of the inner cap boss (233) is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the inner cap body (231), the rotary cap (20) further includes a rotary cap elastic member (26), the rotary cap elastic member (26) is compressed between the inner cap body (231) and a bottom wall of the inner receiving chamber; and/or the like, and/or,

The liquid container as claimed in claim 14, wherein said slide rail is provided to protrude radially from a side wall of said inner receiving chamber, said slide grooves are provided on said inner cap body (231), and said slide grooves are at least two, so that said inner cap body (231) is divided into at least two inner cap body units by said slide grooves, each of said inner cap body units being provided with said inclined surface.
