However, the embodiments of the present disclosure should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of a container provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 2 is a partial enlarged view of the I-ring portion in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one aspect of the present disclosure, a container is provided, which may include a container body 10 and a container cover capable of being closed at an opening of the container body 10. As an example, the container cover may be screwed onto the container body 10, but is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the container may be a cup, such as, but not limited to, a thermos cup.
With continued reference to the figures, the container cover may include a cover body 20 and a valve body assembly 25, an inner cavity may be provided on the cover body 20, a cover opening capable of communicating with the outside may be provided at a lower portion of the cover body 20, and a supporting rib 223 is provided protruding from an inner wall of the inner cavity. The valve body assembly 25 may be used to seal the interior cavity, the valve body assembly 25 including a valve body 253, the valve body 253 slidably supported on the support rib 223 to be able to selectively block the cap opening.
The container lid that this disclosure provided includes lid 20 and valve body subassembly 25, and lid 20 is provided with inside cavity, and inside cavity can be used for placing the object, and valve body subassembly 25 can open the lid opening as required, and the object in the inside cavity can be in the automatic container that enters into under the action of gravity, has improved the convenience that the container used.
As an example, the container cover may further include a button 26 provided on a sidewall of the inner cavity of the cover body 20 with a button mounting hole 222, and the button 26 is slidably disposed in the button mounting hole 222 in a radial direction of the cover body 20. The present disclosure drives the valve body 253 to move by providing the button 26 slidably disposed in the radial direction of the cap body 20, and moves with respect to the cap body 20 to block the cap opening when necessary, isolating the inner cavity from the outside, so that the object placed in the inner cavity can be prevented from falling or leaking to the outside of the container cap.
Specifically, the button 26 is provided with a button slope extending obliquely upward toward the center of the cover 20, the valve body 253 is provided with a valve body protrusion 2531, and the valve body protrusion 2531 is provided with a valve body slope matching the button slope so as to be able to drive the valve body 253 to move downward along the axis of the cover 20 when the button 26 moves toward the center of the cover 20, so that the cover opening is opened.
In particular, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the valve body assembly 25 may include a valve body 253, a bottom of the valve body 253 is provided with a valve body bottom plate 2532, and a diameter of the valve body bottom plate 2532 may be equal to a diameter of the cap opening to be able to block the cap opening. So configured, by providing the valve body bottom plate 2532 at the bottom of the valve body 253, the valve body bottom plate 2532 can be plugged at the cap opening.
In order to limit the axial movement of the valve body 253, the lower surface of the supporting rib 223 is provided with a lower limit protrusion 221 protruding downwards along the axial direction of the cover body 20, the lower limit protrusion 221 is located above the valve body bottom plate 2532, and when the valve body bottom plate 2532 seals the cover opening, the lower limit protrusion 221 can be supported on the valve body bottom plate 2532.
To reduce the weight of the valve body assembly 25, the valve body 253 may be configured to have a diameter smaller than the diameter of the valve body bottom plate 2532. In this embodiment, the valve body 253 may be substantially cylindrical, and the valve body bottom plate 2532 may be fixed to the bottom end of the valve body 253, for example, but not limited to, the valve body 253 may be integrally formed with the valve body bottom plate 2532.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the valve body protrusion 2531 may be a reinforcing plate, and the valve body protrusion 2531 is connected between the valve body 253 and the valve body bottom plate 2532, so that the connection strength between the valve body 253 and the valve body bottom plate 2532 can be improved. Further, in order that the object in the internal cavity can smoothly fall under the dead weight and pass through the cover opening, the valve body protrusion 2531 is provided to radially extend in the radial direction of the valve body bottom plate 2532.
As an example, in order to convert the radial movement of the button 26 along the cover 20 into the axial movement of the valve body 253 along the cover 20, a valve body slope may be provided on the valve body protrusion 2531, and the valve body slope may be provided to extend obliquely downward radially outward, and a button slope extending obliquely upward radially inward may be provided on the button 26.
In an initial state, the valve body bottom plate 2532 may be blocked at the cap opening, at which time the radially outer end of the button 26 may be substantially flush with the outer peripheral wall of the cap 20, or the outer end of the button 26 may protrude radially from the outer peripheral wall of the cap 20 to facilitate the user's touching and radially pressing the button 26. When the user presses the button 26 radially, the button 26 slides radially inwardly, the button ramp will press the valve body protrusion 2531 downwardly, the valve body 253 will move downwardly to move the valve body floor 2532 away from the lid opening to open the lid opening, and under the force of gravity, the object placed in the content cavity will roll down and away from the container lid.
To further increase the rolling speed of objects within the interior cavity, the top surface of valve body floor 2532 may be configured to extend obliquely downward radially outward of cover 20.
In order to enable the valve body 253 to automatically reset, the valve body assembly 25 may further include a valve cap 251 and a reset spring 252, wherein the valve cap 251 is fixed to the top of the valve body 253, and the reset spring 252 is sleeved on the periphery of the valve body 253 and is compressed between the valve cap 251 and the support rib 223, and the diameter of the valve cap 251 is not smaller than the diameter of the valve body mounting hole 224.
So configured, in the initial state described above, the return spring 252 is in a compressed state, and can provide an upward pushing force to the valve body 253 so that the valve body slope can firmly fit on the button slope. When the push button 26 is radially pressed and moved toward the radial center, the valve body 253 moves downward in the axial direction of the cover 20 by the pressing force, and the return spring 252 is further compressed. When the pressing force is removed, the valve body 253 is restored by the restoring spring 252.
As an example, the valve cover 251 may be provided as a cylinder with an opening facing downward, and a valve body through hole through which the top of the valve body 253 passes is provided on the top wall of the cylinder, for example, but not limited to, the valve body through hole may be provided in a butterfly shape, and the top of the valve body 253 may be matched with the valve body through hole to be able to pass through. When the valve body through hole is aligned with the valve body top, the valve body 253 can be inserted into the valve body through hole; after the top of the valve body 253 penetrates into the valve body through hole, the valve body 253 can be rotated for a certain angle, so that the valve body through hole and the valve body top are misplaced, and under the pressure action of the return spring 252, the valve body top can be clamped in the valve body through hole, so that the valve body through hole and the valve body top can be prevented from relative rotation. The valve body assembly 25 provided by the present disclosure is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, and reliable in connection between the components. In order to enable the valve cover 251 to be stably supported above the support rib 223, the outer diameter of the valve cover 251 may be greater than the diameter of the valve body mounting hole 224.
Further, the top surface of the support rib 223 is provided with an upper limit protrusion 225 protruding outward, and the valve body mounting hole 224 may be provided at the middle of the upper limit protrusion 225. Alternatively, the upper limit protrusion 225 may have a hollow cylindrical shape, and the outer diameter of the upper limit protrusion 225 may be equal to the diameter of the return spring 252, so that the bottom end of the return spring 252 may be sleeved on the upper limit protrusion 225. So set up, when the equipment valve body subassembly 25, reset spring 252 can pinpoint, has improved the packaging efficiency of valve body subassembly 25. Further, the return spring 252 can be firmly sleeved on the outer periphery of the upper limit protrusion 225, so as to prevent the valve body 253 from shaking radially in the up-and-down movement process, thereby improving the reliability of the valve body 253.
More specifically, the radial middle portion of the support rib 223 may be provided with a valve body mounting hole 224, and the valve body 253 is penetrated in the valve body mounting hole 224. By arranging the support ribs 223 on the inner wall of the inner cavity, the upper space of the support ribs 223 is communicated with the lower space of the support ribs 223, so that objects in the inner cavity can smoothly flow, and blockage is avoided.
To further enhance the tightness of the internal cavity, the valve body assembly 25 further includes a valve body seal 254, the outer peripheral wall of the valve body bottom plate 2532 is provided with a seal ring accommodation groove extending in the circumferential direction of the valve body bottom plate 2532, and the valve body seal 254 is accommodated and compressed between the side wall of the internal cavity and the seal ring accommodation groove.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in order to reduce the difficulty in manufacturing the cover 20 and thus reduce the manufacturing cost of the cover 20, the cover 20 may include a lower cover 22 and a lower cover 24 that are sleeved with each other, the lower cover 22 may include a lower cover outer cylinder 226, and the lower cover 24 may be sleeved in the lower cover outer cylinder 226. So set up, lower lid 22 and lower apron 24 can assemble the connection after the shaping of mould respectively, low cost. In order to prevent the button 26 from being separated from the cover 20, the lower cover 24 may be provided with a lower cover protrusion 241 extending toward the button mounting hole 222, the button 26 may be provided with a button groove 261, and the lower cover protrusion 241 may be stopped on both sidewalls of the button groove 261 in the radial direction of the cover 20. The button recess 264 may be used to limit the radial movement of the lower cover plate protrusion 241 so that the button 26 may be accurately moved to a predetermined position, further improving the operational stability of the valve body assembly 25.
More specifically, as an example, the lower cover 22 may further include a lower cover inner cylinder 227 and a connection portion 228 connected between the lower cover inner cylinder 227 and the lower cover outer cylinder 226, the lower cover 24 may be generally cylindrical and disposed between the lower cover inner cylinder 227 and the lower cover outer cylinder 226 to be stably connected with the lower cover 22, the lower cover convex portion 241 is located below the button 26, and the button groove 261 is recessed from the bottom wall of the button 26.
In order to further improve the convenience of use of the container, the container cover may further include a filter screen 23, and the filter screen 23 may be detachably coupled to the lower end of the cover body 20. So set up, after the object of placing in the internal cavity leaves the internal cavity, can fall into filter screen 23, be convenient for clean. As an example, the container may be a cup, the object placed in the inner cavity may be tea, when the user needs to drink tea, the button 26 may be pressed radially, the valve body 253 will move downward under the action of the pressing force to open the lid opening, and the tea in the inner cavity may fall into the filter screen 23 under the action of gravity. When the pressing force is removed, the valve body 253 is restored under the action of the restoring spring 252 to close the cap opening again.
