Description

Through-passage roof plate assembly, through-passage and vehicle comprising same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a through passage for connecting adjacent compartments of a vehicle, and in particular to a roof assembly for a through passage and vehicle comprising a roof assembly.
Background
Vehicles such as passenger rail cars and the like typically have two or more cars. A through passage is usually arranged between the bodies of two adjacent carriages so that people can safely pass between the two carriages. The through passage typically includes a fixed frame (often a screw frame) for connecting the through passage to an end wall of the vehicle compartment, an intermediate frame (also called a hinge frame) for connecting the through passage to another adjacent through passage, and a corrugated portion disposed between the fixed frame and the intermediate frame. During the movement of the vehicle, for example, when the vehicle passes through various curved paths, the intermediate frame or the hinge frame is supported by the bottom support base and can move following the movement of the bellows portion of the through passage, so as to adapt to various curved movements such as turning of the vehicle.
Currently, a through passage roof trim (especially a type a through passage roof trim of railway passenger transport equipment) usually adopts a two-piece roof structure, i.e. a roof structure comprising two parts capable of moving relatively. In the moving process of the passenger car, the roof structures of the two parts need to meet various curves in the moving process of the passenger car through mutual movement. However, since the position of the roof plate structure cannot be restored to the initial state after the relative movement is finished, the seam between the two roof plate structures is opened and the appearance is affected, and the safety factor is reduced.
In addition, in the conventional two-piece roof structure or roof assembly, a portion of the roof structure is connected to the fixed frame of the through passage, and another portion of the roof structure is connected to the middle frame of the through passage. And the mounting height of the top plate component can be adjusted according to different mounting environments. Therefore, how to meet the installation height adjustment requirement to improve the adaptability of the through passage is also a problem to be solved.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve at least one of the above problems and disadvantages in the related art and other technical problems.
