The limit stop shoulder can be a stop shoulder ring 71 extending outwards from the front end of the pull rod 7. In order to be suitable for replacing the expansion rubber rings 15 with different outer diameter sizes due to different sizes of air holes of a measured piece, a shoulder blocking backing ring 72 sleeved on the pull rod 7 can be additionally arranged between the shoulder blocking ring 71 and the expansion rubber ring 15, and the shoulder blocking backing ring 72 can be replaced according to different expansion rubber rings 15 without replacing the whole pull rod 7.
The plugging rubber ring 13 is sleeved on the rear part of the expansion rubber ring 15, and the plugging rubber ring 13 and the expansion rubber ring 15 are in interference fit, namely the plugging rubber ring 13 clamps the rear part of the expansion rubber ring 15 by elastic hooping of the plugging rubber ring 13, and the plugging rubber ring 13 abuts against the front end face of the inflatable block 5.
The length of the expansion rubber ring 15 is at least more than three times of the thickness of the hole wall of the measured piece, so that the part of the expansion rubber ring in the measured piece has enough length for being compressed and deformed to clamp a limiting part on the inner wall of the air hole of the measured piece, the plugging rubber ring 13 attached to the outer wall of the air hole and the front end face of the inflating block 5 jointly form an external clamping limiting part, and the internal and external clamping limiting parts are matched with the clamping hole wall jointly, so that the relative fixation of the whole plugging unit and the measured piece 6 is ensured in the inflating process.
The rear part of the shaft body of the connecting shaft 9 is exposed out of the rear end of the inflatable block 5, the rear end of the shaft body is hinged with a corresponding eccentric wheel part on the eccentric handle 4 through a pin shaft 10, and the eccentric wheel part is abutted against the end surface of the rear end of the inflatable block 5.
Since the hole diameter of the large-diameter hole section 52 is larger than the rod diameter of the pull rod 7, and the rear part of the pull rod 7 from the fixed connection part with the connecting shaft 9 is positioned in the large-diameter hole section 52, an annular cavity is formed between the pull rod 7 and the large-diameter hole section 52.
The pull rod 7 is provided with an inflation channel 14, one end opening of the inflation channel 14 is positioned on the front end face of the pull rod 7, and the other end opening of the inflation channel 14 is arranged on the rod body of the large-diameter hole section 52 of the inflation block 5, namely the inflation channel 14 is communicated with the annular cavity in the large-diameter hole section 52; the side wall of the inflation block 5 is further provided with an inflation connection hole 53 for connecting an inflation pipeline connector and communicated with the annular cavity in the large-diameter hole section 52, namely, the inflation connection hole 53 is also communicated with the inflation channel 14 through the annular cavity.
In order to adjust the compression amount of the expansion rubber ring 15, the rear end of the inflation block 5 is in threaded connection with a rear end cover 55 and a locking ring 54, and the end surface of the rear end cover 55 serves as the rear end surface of the inflation block 5 to abut against the corresponding eccentric wheel part on the eccentric handle 4. The rear end cover 55 and the locking ring 54 form a double-spiral structure, so that the effective length of the central through hole of the inflation block 5 is adjusted and locked, and the compression amount of the expansion rubber ring 15 is adjusted.

The working principle is as follows: during connection, firstly, an inflation head 11 of the plugging device is inserted into an air hole corresponding to a tested piece 16, and two proximity switches 2 simultaneously detect signals in place to allow testing; fastening, pulling the eccentric handle 4 to drive the connecting shaft 9 and the pull rod 7 to move towards the tensioning direction, expanding the expansion rubber ring 15 to expand the thin-walled part, compressing the plugging sealing ring 13 to be tightly attached to the outer surface of the measured part 16 to form sealing connection, and keeping the locking of the inflation head and the measured part; inflating and testing, namely, a testing pressure medium enters the thin-wall part from the inflating block 5 through the inflating channel 14, and the leakage test is carried out after the inflation reaches a set balance state; and (5) after data is recorded, exhausting the leak detector, dismantling the tool and finishing the test.
Compared with the structure disclosed in the Chinese patent CN110735923A, the structure of the plugging device is greatly simplified: in the aspect of the inflation head 11, the original core pulling and claw form is changed into an internal expansion rubber ring form which mainly comprises a pull rod 7, an inflation channel 14, an expansion rubber ring 15 and a plugging rubber ring 13; in the cavity, the original spring reset structure is deleted and simplified into a simple pull rod structure, and meanwhile, the sealing structure at each position is greatly simplified; the added proximity switch is used as a tool to be connected in place for detection, so that the abnormal detection data caused by poor connection can be effectively avoided, and the occurrence of false detection and false detection is prevented; the plugging device is particularly suitable for airtight detection of large-volume (below 200L), small-hole and double-hole sealing elements, wherein the double-plugging unit is designed to adapt to the double-hole structure of a detected piece. The double inflation channels brought by the double plugging units adapt to the structure of the detected piece, and simultaneously, the inflation flow is increased, the inflation time can be greatly shortened, and the detection efficiency is improved; the inflation connecting hole 53 is arranged on the side surface of the inflation block, so that the connection is convenient and the interference with the eccentric handle is avoided.
