8. A paint bucket flatting mill as defined in claim 1 wherein the oil delivery tube is arranged to be connected to the hydraulic ram within the frame to prevent exposure of the oil delivery tube to the work environment.
9. A paint bucket flattening mill as claimed in claim 1 wherein a loading and unloading mechanism is provided at the circular pressing base to effect continuous flattening of the paint bucket.
10. A paint bucket flatting mill as defined in claim 1 wherein the loading and unloading means is a conveyor belt engaging the holding means.
