As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the push rod 117 is driven by a driving device to perform reciprocating push-pull movement on the movable part 1172 of the push rod 117 relative to the fixed part 1171 of the push rod 117, so that the length of the push rod 117 is adjustable, and when the movable part 1172 of the push rod 117 extends outwards relative to the fixed part 1171, the included angle between the movable wall plate 1 and the corner post is increased, so that the movable wall plate 1 is pushed to turn downwards and open; when the movable portion 1172 of the push rod 117 is retracted inward relative to the fixed portion 1171, the included angle between the movable wall plate 1 and the corner post is reduced, so as to drive the movable wall plate 1 to turn upwards and close. The driving device of the push rod 117 comprises any one of hydraulic, electric, electrohydraulic, pneumatic, rack and pinion, lead screw, manual and the like and corresponding parts.
The container provided by this embodiment further includes a push rod fixed end connector 1191 and a push rod movable end connector 1192; the push rod fixed end connecting piece 1191 is fixed on the first corner column and/or the second corner column, and the push rod movable end connecting piece 1192 is fixed on the first beam body 101 and/or the second beam body 102; the end of the fixing part 1171 of the push rod 117 is hinged to the push rod fixing end connector 1191; the end of the movable portion 1172 of the push rod 117 is hinged to the push rod movable end connector 1192.
The container provided in this embodiment further includes a first pushrod support 1151 and a second pushrod support 1152; the first and second pushrod supports 1151 and 1152 are fixed to the surface of the first and/or second corner post facing the movable wall plate 1, extending in the height direction of the container along the length direction of the first and/or second corner post; a first mounting groove is left between the first and second pushrod supports 1151 and 1152; the push rod fixed end connecting piece 1191 is fixed in the first mounting groove on the first corner column and/or the second corner column; preferably, the first and second pushrod supports 1151 and 1152 are square pipes or angle irons. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the push rod 117 can be fixed between the corner posts and the movable wall plate 1 by the push rod fixed end connector 1191 and the push rod movable end connector 1192, thereby controlling the turnover of the movable wall plate 1. Those skilled in the art can understand that, on the one hand, the push rod fixing end connecting piece 1191 can be conveniently fixed on the corner post and can be prevented from protruding out of the corner post, so that the structure is more stable, and meanwhile, collision and damage are avoided.
The push rod fixed end connector 1191 comprises a first base 11915, a first connecting piece 11911 and the second connecting piece 11912; the first base 11915 is a rectangular block structure; the first connecting tab 11911 and the second connecting tab 11912 are disposed in parallel on top of the first base 11915; a first connecting shaft assembling hole 11913 is formed in the first connecting piece 11911; a second connecting shaft assembling hole 11914 is formed in the second connecting sheet 11912; the end of the fixing portion 1171 of the push rod 117 is provided with the first connecting shaft 11711 and a second connecting shaft 11712; the first connecting shaft 11711 is arranged in the first connecting shaft assembling hole 11913 in a penetrating way; the second connecting shaft 11712 is inserted into the second connecting shaft fitting hole 11914. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that during the turning of the movable wall panel 1, the angle between the push rod 117 and the corner post and between the push rod 117 and the movable wall panel 1 will change, facilitating the rotation of the fixing portion 1171 of the push rod 117 relative to the corner post by way of the shaft connection.
The push rod movable end connecting piece 1192 comprises a second base 11925, a third connecting piece 11921 and a fourth connecting piece 11922; the third connecting piece 11921 and the fourth connecting piece 11922 are arranged on the top of the second base 11925 in parallel; a third connecting shaft assembling hole 11923 is formed in the third connecting sheet 11921; a fourth connecting shaft assembly hole 11924 is formed in the fourth connecting sheet 11922; the end of the movable portion 1172 of the push rod 117 is provided with the third connecting shaft 11721 and the fourth connecting shaft 11722; the third connecting shaft 11721 is arranged in the third connecting shaft assembling hole 11923 in a penetrating way; the fourth connecting shaft 11722 passes through the fourth connecting shaft assembly hole 11924. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that during the turning of the movable wall panel 1, the angle between the push rod 117 and the corner post and the angle between the push rod 117 and the movable wall panel 1 will change, facilitating the rotation of the movable portion 1172 of the push rod 117 relative to the first beam 101 and/or the second beam 102 by way of a shaft connection.
The second base 11925 of the movable end connector 1192 comprises a right-angled U-shaped plate structure formed by a first bending plate 119251, a second bending plate 119252 and a third bending plate 119253, and the second base 11925 is integrally formed by bending or splicing; the second bending plate 119252 of the push rod movable end connector 1192 is fixed on the top surface of the first beam body 101 and/or the second beam body 102 facing the box inner side surface of the movable wall plate 1; the first bending plate 119251 and the third bending plate 119253 of the push rod movable end connector 1192 are fixed on two side surfaces of the top surface of the first beam body 101 and/or the second beam body 102, respectively. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the second base 11925 is configured as a right-angled U-shaped plate, which can more firmly fix the second base 11925 to the first beam 101 and/or the second beam 102.
The container provided by this embodiment further has a sixth fixing element 119, which is a metal element with a C-shaped or L-shaped structure, preferably a C-shaped structure, and the sixth fixing element 119 is welded to the bottom of the top beam 3061 of the container and is fastened to the third fixing element 113 when the movable wall plate 1 is closed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the third fixing member 113 and the sixth fixing member 119 together form a waterproof and airtight structure when the movable wall panel 1 is closed, which effectively prevents water or dust from entering the container through the top gap of the movable wall panel 1.
The container provided by this embodiment further includes a seventh fixing member and an eighth fixing member, which are L-shaped or C-shaped metal members, preferably, L-shaped structures, where the seventh fixing member is fixed to a surface of the first corner column facing the side of the movable wall panel 1, and is fastened to the first fixing member 108 when the movable wall panel 1 is closed; the eighth fixing member is fixed to a surface of the second corner post facing the side of the movable wall plate 1, and is engaged with the second fixing member 109 when the movable wall plate 1 is closed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that when the movable wall panel 1 is closed, the sealing structure formed by the first fixing element 108 and the seventh fixing element being fastened together and the sealing structure formed by the second fixing element 109 and the eighth fixing element being fastened together can both play a role of sealing and preventing water, and can effectively prevent water or dust from entering the container through the side gap of the movable wall panel 1.
The side of the bottom beam 503 is provided with a fixed bottom plate 501. The side edge of the fixed base plate 501 is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the bottom beam 503, and the bottom edge of the movable wall plate 1 is hinged on the fixed base plate 501 through a hinge.
The bottom beam 503 is a channel steel, an I-steel or an H-shaped steel, at least one fixed reinforcing plate 502 is arranged between the fixed bottom plate 501 and the bottom beam 503, and the fixed reinforcing plate 502 is perpendicular to the fixed bottom plate 501. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, since the fixed base plate 501 is hinged with the movable wall plate 1, it is necessary to have a large structural strength and a large load-bearing capacity, and the fixed reinforcing plate 502 is provided to ensure the firmness and the load-bearing capacity of the fixed base plate 501, while avoiding the structural deformation of the bottom beam 503.
The fixed reinforcing plate 502 is provided with at least one through hole 504. Through-hole 504 is used for wearing to establish hydraulic pressure oil pipe, cable etc. reduces shared space. The container provided by the embodiment further comprises a plurality of floors 304 and a bottom beam 301 shaped like a Chinese character 'ji', wherein the bottom longitudinal beam of the container comprises a first bottom longitudinal beam 302 and a second bottom longitudinal beam 303; the bottom beam 301 in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji' extends along the length direction of the container and is arranged between the two bottom longitudinal beams; the n-shaped bottom beam 301 comprises a bottom beam bottom plate 3010, a first folded part 3011 and a second folded part 3012; the plurality of floor boards 304 are arranged in two rows, wherein one row of the floor boards 304 covers the tops of the first bottom longitudinal beams 302 and the first turnover part 3011; another row of the floor panels 304 covers the top of the second bottom longitudinal beam 303 and the second flap 3012. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the bottom sill 301 forms a channel between the floors 304 to act as a sink for the floors 304, thereby allowing water from the floors 304 to be drained from the tank.
The first bottom longitudinal beam 302 and the second bottom longitudinal beam 303 further comprise a heat preservation bottom plate 306, the heat preservation bottom plate 306 is arranged below the floor 304, and a heat preservation plate 305 is arranged between the heat preservation bottom plate 306 and the floor 304. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the heat insulation plate 305 is arranged on the bottom plate of the container, so that the heat insulation and heat insulation capability of the bottom plate of the container can be enhanced, and the bearing fixing effect of the bottom plate of the container can also be improved.
The container body is internally provided with a baffle plate 201 extending along the width direction of the container body, so that the container body can be divided into a first chamber and a second chamber, and the baffle plate 201 can also be provided with a door body. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, different manufacturing or selling, displaying and other equipment can be respectively placed in the first chamber and the second chamber, and the door body in the middle facilitates people to enter and exit the chambers on the two sides.
In the present invention, the longitudinal direction of the movable wall panel 1 is a direction extending along the fourth beam body 114 in parallel with the container; the width direction of the movable wall plate 1 is the direction perpendicular to the container and extending along the first beam body 101; the thickness direction of the movable wall plate 1 is a direction perpendicular to both the length direction and the width direction of the movable wall plate 1; the movable wall plate 1 is turned upwards to a vertical state and faces to a plane in the container, and the movable wall plate 1 is also turned downwards to a horizontal state and faces upwards, and the plane of the movable wall plate 1 is defined as the inner side surface of the movable wall plate 1; the movable wall plate 1 is a plane facing the outside of the container when turned upwards to a vertical state, and is a downward plane when the movable wall plate 1 is turned downwards to a horizontal state, and the plane of the movable wall plate 1 is defined as the outside surface of the container of the movable wall plate 1.

Claims (17)

1. A container, comprising a first corner post, a second corner post, a bottom beam (503) and a movable wall panel (1) disposed between said first corner post and said second corner post; the bottom edge of the movable wall plate (1) is hinged with the bottom beam (503).
2. A container as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the movable wall panel (1) comprises wall panel brackets and first panel bodies (112) disposed between the wall panel brackets; the panel frame includes an outer frame and an inner support structure; the external frame comprises a rectangular frame structure enclosed by a first beam body (101), a second beam body (102), a third beam body (103) and a fourth beam body (104); the internal supporting structure comprises a grid-shaped structure consisting of at least one transverse supporting pipe (106) extending along the length direction of the movable wall plate (1) and/or at least one longitudinal supporting pipe (107) extending along the width direction of the movable wall plate (1); the first beam body (101), the second beam body (102), the third beam body (103) and the fourth beam body (104) are all made of section steel or rectangular pipes; the height dimensions of the first beam body (101), the second beam body (102), the third beam body (103) and the fourth beam body (104) in the thickness direction of the movable wall plate (1) are the same.
3. A container as claimed in claim 2, wherein said wall (1) further comprises a stiffening beam (105), said stiffening beam (105) being secured to the side of said fourth beam body (104) facing said wall (1).
4. A container as claimed in claim 3, wherein the height dimension of said reinforcing beam (105) in the thickness direction of said floating wall panel (1) is less than or equal to the height dimension of said fourth beam body (104) in the thickness direction of said floating wall panel (1).
5. A container as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that said first panel (112) is of rectangular configuration, said first panel (112) being fixed between two of said first beam (101), said longitudinal support tube (107) and said second beam (102); the outer surface of the first plate body (112) is flush with the surfaces of the first beam body (101), the longitudinal support pipe (107) and the second beam body (102) facing the outer side surface of the movable wall plate (1) box; the transverse support tube (106) is fixed on the inner surface of the first plate body (112); or, the first plate body (112) is of a rectangular structure, the first plate body (112) is fixed between the first beam body (101) and the second beam body (102), the outer surface of the first plate body (112) is flush with the surfaces, facing the outer side surface of the movable wall plate (1), of the first beam body (101) and the second beam body (102), and the longitudinal support tube (107) and the transverse support tube (106) are fixed on the inner surface of the first plate body (112).
6. A container as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that it is provided with a plurality of second panels (114), said second panels (114) being laid between two of said first beam (101), said longitudinal support tube (107) and said second beam (102); the outer surface of the second plate body (114) is flush with the surfaces of the first beam body (101), the longitudinal support pipe (107) and the second beam body (102) facing the box inner side surface of the movable wall plate (1); the inner surface of the second plate body (114) is fixed on the upper surface of the transverse support pipe (106); the height dimension of the longitudinal support pipe (107) in the thickness direction of the movable wall plate (1) is equal to the height dimension of the first beam body (101) and the second beam body (102) in the thickness direction of the movable wall plate (1), and the height dimension of the transverse support pipe (106) in the thickness direction of the movable wall plate (1) is smaller than the height dimension of the longitudinal support pipe (107) in the thickness direction of the movable wall plate (1); or, the second plate (114) is laid between the first beam (101) and the second beam (102); the outer surface of the second plate body (114) is flush with the surfaces of the first beam body (101) and the second beam body (102) facing the box inner side surface of the movable wall plate (1); the longitudinal supporting pipe (107) and the transverse supporting pipe (106) are supported on the inner surface of the second plate body (114); the height dimension of the longitudinal support pipe (107) and the transverse support pipe (106) in the thickness direction of the movable wall plate (1) is smaller than the height dimension of the first beam body (101) and the second beam body (102) in the thickness direction of the movable wall plate (1).
7. A container as claimed in claim 6, characterised in that the sides of said third beam (103) and said fourth beam (104) facing said panel (1) are also welded with a fourth fixing element (110) and a fifth fixing element (111), respectively; the top surfaces of the fourth fixing member (110) and the fifth fixing member (111) are flush with the top surface of the transverse support pipe (106).
8. The container of claim 7, further comprising at least one push rod (117); the push rod (117) comprises a fixed part (1171) and a movable part (1172); the end of the fixing portion (1171) of the push rod (117) is hinged on the first and/or second corner post; the end of the movable portion (1172) of the push rod (117) is hinged on the first beam (101) and/or on the second beam (102); the push rod fixing end connecting piece (1191) and the push rod movable end connecting piece (1192) are also included; the push rod fixed end connecting piece (1191) is fixed on the first corner column and/or the second corner column, and the push rod movable end connecting piece (1192) is fixed on the first beam body (101) and/or the second beam body (102); the end of the fixed part (1171) of the push rod (117) is hinged with the push rod fixed end connector (1191); the end of the movable part (1172) of the push rod (117) is hinged to the push rod movable end connector (1192).
9. The container of claim 8, further comprising a first pushrod support (1151) and a second pushrod support (1152); the first push rod support (1151) and the second push rod support (1152) extend along the length direction of the first corner post and/or the second corner post and are fixed on the surface of the first corner post and/or the second corner post facing the movable wall plate (1); a first mounting groove is left between the first pushrod support (1151) and the second pushrod support (1152); the push rod fixed end connecting piece (1191) is fixed in the first mounting groove on the first corner column and/or the second corner column.
10. The container of claim 9, wherein the push rod fixed end connector (1191) comprises a first base (11915), a first tab (11911), and a second tab (11912); the first connecting piece (11911) and the second connecting piece (11912) are arranged in parallel on top of the first base (11915); a first connecting shaft assembling hole (11913) is formed in the first connecting sheet (11911); a second connecting shaft assembling hole (11914) is formed in the second connecting sheet (11912); the end of the fixed part (1171) of the push rod (117) is provided with a first connecting shaft (11711) and a second connecting shaft (11712); the first connecting shaft (11711) penetrates through the first connecting shaft assembling hole (11913); the second connecting shaft (11712) is arranged in the second connecting shaft assembling hole (11914) in a penetrating way; the first base (11915) is a rectangular block structure; the first base (11915) of the push rod fixed end connector (1191) is fixed in the first mounting groove on the first corner post and/or the second corner post; and/or the push rod movable end connecting piece (1192) comprises a second base (11925), a third connecting piece (11921) and a fourth connecting piece (11922); the third connecting sheet (11921) and the fourth connecting sheet (11922) are arranged in parallel on top of the second base (11925); a third connecting shaft assembling hole (11923) is formed in the third connecting sheet (11921); a fourth connecting shaft assembling hole (11924) is formed in the fourth connecting sheet (11922); the end of the movable part (1172) of the push rod (117) is provided with a third connecting shaft (11721) and a fourth connecting shaft (11722); the third connecting shaft (11721) is arranged in the third connecting shaft assembling hole (11923) in a penetrating way; the fourth connecting shaft (11722) is arranged in the fourth connecting shaft assembling hole (11924) in a penetrating way; the second base (11925) comprises a right angle U-shaped plate-like structure formed by a first bending plate (119251), a second bending plate (119252) and a third bending plate (119253); the second base (11925) is integrally bent or spliced; the second bending plate (119252) of the push rod movable end connecting piece (1192) is fixed on the top surface of the first beam body (101) and/or the second beam body (102) facing to the box inner side surface of the movable wall plate (1); the first bending plate (119251) and the third bending plate (119253) of the push rod movable end connecting piece (1192) are respectively fixed on two side surfaces of the top surface of the first beam body (101) and/or the second beam body (102).

A container as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the outer sides of said first beam body (101) and said second beam body (102) facing away from said movable wall panel (1) are further welded with a first fixing member (108) and a second fixing member (109), respectively; the first fixing piece (108) and the second fixing piece (109) are both L-shaped or C-shaped structural metal pieces; a seventh fixing piece and an eighth fixing piece are further arranged on the first corner post and the second corner post respectively, and the seventh fixing piece and the eighth fixing piece are both L-shaped or C-shaped structural metal pieces; the seventh fixing piece is fixed on the surface of the first corner column facing the side edge of the movable wall plate (1), and the eighth fixing piece is fixed on the surface of the second corner column facing the side edge of the movable wall plate (1); when the movable wall plate (1) is turned upwards and closed in a vertical state, the seventh fixing piece is buckled with the first fixing piece (108), and the eighth fixing piece is buckled with the second fixing piece (109).

The container according to claim 13, wherein the bottom beam (503) is a channel steel, an i-beam or an H-beam, at least one fixed reinforcing plate (502) is arranged between the fixed bottom plate (501) and the bottom beam (503), and the fixed reinforcing plate (502) is arranged perpendicular to the fixed bottom plate (501); the fixed reinforcing plate (502) is provided with at least one through hole (504).

The container of claim 14, further comprising a plurality of floors (304) and a bottom sill in a figure-of-several (301), said container bottom stringers comprising a first bottom stringer (302) and a second bottom stringer (303); the bottom beam (301) extends along the length direction of the container and is arranged between the first bottom longitudinal beam (302) and the second bottom longitudinal beam (303); the n-shaped bottom beam (301) comprises a bottom beam bottom plate (3010), a first folding part (3011) and a second folding part (3012); the plurality of floor boards (304) are arranged in two rows, wherein one row of the floor boards (304) covers the tops of the first bottom longitudinal beam (302) and the first turnover part (3011); and the other row of the floor boards (304) covers the tops of the second bottom longitudinal beam (303) and the second turnover part (3012).

The container according to claim 15, characterized in that a thermal insulation bottom plate (306) is further included between the first bottom longitudinal beam (302) and the second bottom longitudinal beam (303), the thermal insulation bottom plate (306) is disposed below the floor (304), and a thermal insulation plate (305) is disposed between the thermal insulation bottom plate (306) and the floor (304).
17. A container as claimed in claim 16, wherein a partition (201) extending in the width direction of the container is provided in the container, and the partition (201) is further provided with a door.
