Claims (9)

1. An automatic production line for a gas storage tank is characterized by comprising a gas storage tank assembly line (1), a circular seam welding line (2), a support welding line (3) and a gas storage tank test line (4); the assembly line (1) of the gas storage tank comprises a plurality of tank body discharging devices (11), a leveling and feeding device (12), an automatic punching device (13), a longitudinal seam welding device (14), an automatic rotary cutting device (15) and a necking assembly device (16), wherein the tank body discharging devices (11), the leveling and feeding device, the automatic punching device (13), the longitudinal seam welding device and the necking assembly device are arranged along the product conveying direction; the circular seam welding line (2) comprises a plurality of circular seam welding conveyer belts (21) and automatic circular seam welding equipment (22), the feeding ends of the circular seam welding conveyer belts (21) are respectively connected with the discharging ends of the necking assembly equipment (16) in the gas storage tank assembly line (1), and the automatic circular seam welding equipment (22) are respectively positioned at different circular seam welding stations on two sides of the circular seam welding conveyer belts (21); the support welding line (3) comprises a support welding conveyer belt (31) and automatic support welding equipment (32), the feeding end of the support welding conveyer belt (31) is connected with the discharging ends of the plurality of girth welding conveyer belts (21), and the plurality of automatic support welding equipment (32) are respectively positioned at support welding stations on two sides of the support welding conveyer belt (31); the gas storage tank test line (4) comprises a plurality of gas tightness test devices (41), and the gas tightness test devices (41) are respectively located at a plurality of test stations on two sides of the support welding conveying belt (31).
2. An automatic production line for gas storage tanks, as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of gas storage tank assembly lines (1) are distributed parallel to each other along the product conveying direction.
3. An automatic production line for gas storage tanks according to claim 1, characterized in that the widths of the plurality of girth welding conveyor belts (21) are respectively adapted to the widths of gas storage tanks of the same specification or different specifications.

The automatic production line of the gas storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the longitudinal seam welding equipment (14) comprises a longitudinal seam conveyer belt, two end correcting devices of the tank body, a middle correcting device of the tank body and an automatic longitudinal seam welding device; the feeding end and the discharging end of the longitudinal seam conveying belt are respectively connected with the discharging end of an automatic punching device (13) and the feeding end of an automatic rotary cutting device (15), and the correcting ends of the two-end correcting device and the middle correcting device of the tank body are respectively contacted with the opening ends of the two ends of the tank body of the gas storage tank and the middle of the tank body; the welding end of the automatic longitudinal seam welding device is in contact with the longitudinal seam of the tank body.

The automatic production line of the air storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the automatic rotary cutting device (15) comprises a rotary cutting workbench, a rotary cutting conveyer belt, a rotary cutting frame (152), a rotary cutting motor (153), a rotary cutting tool holder (154), a rotary cutting tool (155), a tool feeding cylinder (156) and a tool feeding ejector rod (157); two ends of the rotary cutting conveyer belt are respectively connected with the discharge end of the longitudinal seam welding equipment (14) and the feed end of the necking assembly equipment (16), a rotary cutting motor (153) is fixed on the rotary cutting rack (152), and the output end of the rotary cutting motor is connected with a rotary cutter (155); the rotary cutter frame (154) is in sliding fit with the rotary cutter frame (152), and the rotary cutter (155) is rotationally connected with the rotary cutter frame (154); the output end of the feed oil cylinder (156) is connected with one end of a feed ejector rod (157), and the other end of the feed ejector rod (157) is contacted with the rotary cutting tool holder (154) to drive the rotary cutting tool holder (154) to move.

The automatic production line of air storage tanks of claim 5, wherein the automatic rotary cutting device (15) further comprises a rack driving device (158) and a rack guide rail slider (159), the guide rails of the rack driving device (158) and the rack guide rail slider (159) are fixed on the rotary cutting worktable, and the output end of the rack driving device (158) and the slider of the rack guide rail slider (159) are respectively connected with the rotary cutting rack (152).
