The hoisting device of claim 1, wherein the micro-trolley comprises a first micro-trolley, a second micro-trolley, a third micro-trolley and a fourth micro-trolley, the first micro-trolley is positioned on the first track near the first winding drum, the second micro-trolley is positioned on the second track near the first winding drum, the third micro-trolley is positioned on the first track near the second winding drum, the fourth micro-trolley is positioned on the second track near the second winding drum, and the first wire rope, the second wire rope, the third wire rope and the fourth wire rope are respectively connected to the first micro-trolley, the second micro-trolley, the third micro-trolley and the fourth micro-trolley.

The hoisting device according to claim 6, further comprising six driving push rods, wherein the telescopic ends of two driving push rods are respectively connected to the two movable pulley frames, the other ends of the two driving push rods are fixed to the body, the telescopic ends of the other four driving push rods are respectively connected to the four micro-motion trolleys, and the other ends of the other four driving push rods are fixed to the frame.
8. The hoisting device of claim 1 wherein said two movable pulleys on said movable pulley frame are self-locked by an even number of open gears, said open gears on said first movable pulley frame having the same number of teeth as said open gears on said second movable pulley frame.
9. The hoisting device of claim 1 wherein the first drum and the second drum have grooves formed in their surfaces, the wire rope being wound in the grooves.
10. A crane comprising a lifting apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
