Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning base according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the cleaning base of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the cleaning base of fig. 1. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a portion a in fig. 3. Fig. 5 is a first structural schematic diagram of the water feeding piece in fig. 1. Fig. 6 is a second structural schematic diagram of the water feeding piece in fig. 1.
The present embodiment provides a washing base for washing a cleaning member of a cleaning apparatus (not shown). Wherein, the cleaning device can be a mop, a dust collector, a sweeping robot and the like. The cleaning member is generally provided on a floor brush of the cleaning device, and the cleaning member may be a flexible cloth or the like for cleaning the floor. The present embodiment does not limit the kind of the cleaning device.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the cleaning base includes a cleaning tray 10 and a first water container 20, and the cleaning tray 10 is a container-shaped structure. The washing tray 10 includes a support portion 17 and a surrounding portion 18, and the surrounding portion 18 protrudes from an edge of the support portion 17 to surround the washing tub 11 accommodating the cleaning member.
When the cleaning base is used for cleaning the cleaning piece, the supporting part 17 can be used for supporting the cleaning piece, and the surrounding blocking part 18 is used for preventing sewage on the cleaning piece from splashing when the cleaning piece rotates.
The first water container 20 is also a container-like structure, and the first water container 20 has a cleaning liquid tank 21 for containing cleaning liquid for cleaning the cleaning member. The cleaning liquid may be water, or a liquid in which a cleaning agent is dissolved. The opening of the cleaning bath 11 is located at the top of the first water containing member 20, and the cleaning tray 10 is covered at the opening position of the cleaning bath 11.
That is, the cleaning disc 10 is connected to the first water containing member 20 and covers the cleaning liquid tank 21 so that the cleaning disc 10 and the first water containing member 20 are connected as a single body. The cleaning disc 10 and the first water containing member 20 may be integrally formed, for example, the cleaning disc 10 and the first water containing member 20 are welded together or integrally formed. In some embodiments, the cleaning disc 10 and the first water containing member 20 may be detachably connected, for example, the cleaning disc 10 and the first water containing member 20 are connected by a threaded fastener, so as to easily clean the first water containing member 20.
The washing tray 10 has a water inlet 12, and the water inlet 12 may be a through-hole structure penetrating the support portion 17. The water inlet 12 is arranged corresponding to the cleaning liquid tank 21, i.e. the water inlet 12 is arranged at the position of the support part 17 corresponding to the opening of the first water containing part 20.
The washing base comprises a water feeding assembly arranged at the position of the water inlet 12. Illustratively, the water feeding assembly may comprise a water pump, the water outlet of which is located at the water inlet 12. Thus, after the water supply assembly is started, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 21 can be supplied into the cleaning tank 11 through the water inlet 12.
In some embodiments, the water containing assembly further comprises a second water containing member 30, the second water containing member 30 has a drain groove 31, the wash tray 10 has a drain opening 13, and the drain opening 13 communicates with the drain groove 31. Thus, the sewage after cleaning the cleaning members can be drained into the second water containing member 30 through the water outlet 13.
The cleaning disc 10, the first water containing part 20, the second water containing part 30 and the water feeding assembly can be made of plastics, so that the cleaning disc is light in weight and easy to move by a user.
The second water containing member 30 may be a transparent member, so that the user can easily obtain the liquid level of the sewage in the second water containing member 30 to discharge the sewage out of the second water containing member 30 in time.
The first water containing member 20 and the second water containing member 30 are two containers independent of each other, and the cleaning solution and the contaminated water can be isolated from each other to prevent the contaminated water from contaminating the cleaning solution.
The second water containing member 30 may be fixedly connected to the cleaning disc 10. At this time, the second water containing member 30 is provided with an openable and closable drain hole, and sewage is discharged by opening the drain hole. In some embodiments, the second water container 30 is detachably connected to the cleaning tray 10, for example, the second water container 30 is connected to the cleaning tray 10 in a snap-fit manner, so that the second water container 30 is separated from the cleaning tray 10 by detaching the second water container 30. At this moment, the second water containing part 30 is separated from the first water containing part 20, and when sewage in the second water containing part 30 is dumped, the cleaning liquid in the first water containing part 20 and the first water containing part 20 is not influenced, so that the waste of the cleaning liquid caused by the sewage discharge can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the wash tray 10 covers the waste tray 31 and overlaps the edge of the waste tray 31. Thus, the washing tray 10 and the first water receiving member 20 as a whole can overlap the second water receiving member 30 by its gravity. When sewage needs to be poured, a user can hold and lift the cleaning disc 10 to separate the cleaning disc 10 from the second water containing piece 30, and the cleaning device is simple in structure and easy to operate.
Wherein, the first water holding member 20 and the second water holding member 30 can be arranged in parallel, and at this time, the cleaning disc 10 is simultaneously covered with the cleaning liquid tank 21 and the pollution discharging tank 31. In some embodiments, the first water container 20 is disposed in the dirt discharge groove 31 and connected to the bottom wall of the cleaning groove 11, and the cleaning liquid groove 21 and the dirt discharge groove 31 are not communicated with each other.
Thus, the second water receiving member 30 constitutes a part of the outer wall surface of the washing base in view of appearance, and is used for being supported on a supporting surface such as a floor. The first water containing part 20 is positioned in the second water containing part 30, and the appearance of the cleaning base is simple.
In some embodiments, the height of the inlet 12 is higher than the height of the drain 13. Thus, when the wash water cannot be discharged out of the wash tank 11 through the drain port 13, a part of the wash water is accumulated in the wash tank 11, and by configuring the height of the water inlet port 12 to be greater than that of the drain port 13, it is possible to prevent the wash water from entering the first water containing member 20 through the water inlet port 12, and thus prevent the cleaning solution from being contaminated by the wash water.
Wherein, the bottom wall of the cleaning tank 11 can be arranged obliquely, that is, the supporting part 17 is arranged obliquely, the water inlet 12 is arranged at the position where the height of the supporting part 17 is larger, and the water outlet 13 is arranged at the position where the height of the supporting part 17 is smaller. In this case, the bottom wall of the cleaning tank 11 may also serve as a drain for guiding the sewage to flow toward the drain opening 13.
In some embodiments, the drain opening 13 is provided on the bottom wall of the wash tray 10; the washing tray 10 is provided with a first boss 14 protruding from the bottom wall surface of the washing tray 10, and the water inlet 12 is formed on the wall surface of the first boss 14.
Wherein the first elevation 14 protrudes beyond the bottom wall of the washing tray 10, such that the first elevation 14 has a larger height with respect to the bottom wall of the washing tray 10. At this time, the water inlet 12 is formed on the side wall surface of the first boss 14, that is, the height of the water inlet 12 may be higher than that of the drain opening 13.
In some embodiments, the first boss 14 is a prismatic protrusion, and the water inlet 12 is formed on a top wall surface of the first boss 14.
Of course, when the first bosses 14 are provided on the cleaning tray 10, the bottom wall of the cleaning tank 11 may be inclined at the same time.
In some embodiments, the water supply assembly includes a water guide wheel 40 which can rotate to guide water; the water guide wheel 40 is rotatably provided at the water inlet 12. There may be relative movement between the scoop wheel 40 and the cleaning members. For example, the water guide wheel 40 is driven to rotate relative to the cleaning member by the rotation of the cleaning disk, and at this time, the water guide wheel 40 can rotate around its axis by the friction force between the water guide wheel 40 and the cleaning member.
In some embodiments, to simplify the structure of the washing base, the water guide wheel 40 is configured to be rotatable by the rotation of the cleaning member to carry the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 21 out into the washed tank 11. At this time, the cleaning member rotates to drive the water guide wheel 40 to rotate, so as to bring the cleaning liquid out of the first water containing member 20 into the cleaning tank 11. The mop is suitable for an electric mop or a manual mop which manually drives the cleaning piece to rotate.
To facilitate introduction of the cleaning liquid into the cleaning bath 11, a water guide wheel 40 is provided in the cleaning liquid tank 21 at a position corresponding to the water inlet 12.
It can be understood that, when the cleaning element is accommodated in the cleaning tank 11, the cleaning element can rotate around the vertical direction, and correspondingly, the water guide wheel 40 is rotatably arranged in the water inlet 12 through the horizontal rotating shaft, so that the side surface of the cleaning element facing the ground can drive the water guide wheel 40 to rotate.
In some embodiments, to improve the efficiency of water supply and prevent the cleaning liquid from flowing back into the cleaning liquid tank 21, part of the water guide wheel 40 is located above the water inlet 12, and the lower portion of the water guide wheel 40 extends into the cleaning liquid tank 21, i.e. one end of the water guide wheel 40 extends into the cleaning disc 10, and the other end of the water guide wheel 40 is located in the cleaning liquid tank 21. When the portion of the water guide wheel 40 carrying the cleaning liquid rotates into the cleaning tank 11, the cleaning liquid can be sprinkled to the cleaning member, and the water feeding efficiency is high.
The cleaning member and the water guide wheel 40 can be indirectly connected, for example, a gear transmission mechanism is arranged between the cleaning member and the water guide wheel 40, and when the cleaning member rotates, the water guide wheel 40 is driven to rotate through the gear transmission mechanism.
In order to simplify the structure of the washing base and reduce the manufacturing cost, in some embodiments, the cleaning member and the water guide wheel 40 may be directly connected, and when the cleaning member is placed in the washing tank 11, the circumferential edge of the water guide wheel 40 and the cleaning member contact each other and can be driven by the cleaning member to rotate. At this time, a gap is formed between the cleaning member and the bottom wall surface of the cleaning tray 10.
Like this, when the cleaning member holding is in washing tank 11, the cleaning member can correspond the top that is located water inlet 12, and the cleaning solution can directly spill to the cleaning member to make the cleaning member absorb the cleaning solution, avoid in the cleaning solution directly gets into washing tank 11, lead to that partial cleaning solution does not wash the cleaning member and extravagant, the utilization ratio of cleaning solution is higher.
For effective cleaning of the cleaning elements, the bottom wall of the cleaning disc 10 may be provided with a protruding scrubbing portion 19, the scrubbing portion 19 extending in the radial direction of the axis of rotation of the cleaning elements. The scrubbing parts 19 are multiple, and the scrubbing parts 19 are arranged at intervals around the rotating shaft of the cleaning piece. The water inlet 12 may be provided between any adjacent two of the scrubbing portions 19.
Thus, when cleaning the cleaning elements, the cleaning disc 10 holds the cleaning elements, which can then be compressed under the weight of the cleaning device, between the cleaning device and the scrubbing portion 19. Therefore, when the cleaning piece rotates, the rubbing effect can be formed, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning piece is good.
In some embodiments, the diversion wheel 40 is provided with a plurality of water taking grooves 41 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction thereof, the openings of the water taking grooves 41 form an included angle with the radial direction of the diversion wheel 40, and the water taking grooves 41 on the diversion wheel 40 all extend along the same rotation direction of the diversion wheel 40.
Like this, the water diversion wheel 40 rotates the in-process, and the relative cleaning solution of water intaking groove 41 rotates, and when water intaking groove 41 rotated out from the cleaning solution, the notch of water intaking groove 41 made progress, and partial cleaning solution can be stayed in the inside of water intaking groove 41 to realize the water intaking.
The water intake tank 41 continues to rotate with the water guide wheel 40, and the cleaning liquid in the water intake tank 41 can be thrown toward the cleaning members via the water inlet 12 under the centrifugal force to supply water to the cleaning members. The emptied water intake tank 41 continues to rotate, and the notch of the water intake tank 41 faces downward until the water intake tank 41 is immersed in the cleaning liquid and rotates to the direction in which the notch faces upward, and water is taken again.
That is, by arranging the opening of the water taking groove 41 to have an angle with the radial direction of the water guide wheel 40, it is possible to take water while the water guide wheel 40 rotates about the first direction X, and not take water while rotating about the second direction Y. The first direction X and the second direction Y are both along the circumferential direction of the inducer 40, and the directions are opposite.
Thus, for convenience of operation, the washing tray 10 may be provided with washing marks and spin-drying marks, which are respectively provided at opposite sides of the washing tray 10. Meanwhile, the ground brush is provided with a corresponding identification mark. When the floor brush is received on the washing tray 10 and the identification mark corresponds to the washing mark, the cleaning member may drive the water guide wheel 40 to rotate around the first direction X, so as to clean the cleaning member. When the floor brush is accommodated on the washing tray 10 and the identification mark corresponds to the spin-drying mark, the cleaning member may drive the water guide wheel 40 to rotate around the second direction Y, at this time, the water guide wheel 40 does not take water, the cleaning member is in an idle state, and the spin-drying operation of the cleaning member may be performed.
Wherein, the water intaking groove 41 can set up a plurality ofly, like this, every rotation of water guide wheel 40 a week, can supply water to the cleaning member many times, and water supply efficiency is higher. The number of the water taking grooves 41 can be set according to needs, and for example, four water taking grooves 41 can be arranged on the diversion wheel 40.
When the cleaning member is in direct contact with the water guide wheel 40, in some embodiments, the water guide wheel 40 has a pushing part 42 and a recessed part 43 protruding from a circumferential edge of the water guide wheel 40, the recessed part 43 is recessed toward a side of a rotation shaft of the water guide wheel 40 to form the water taking groove 41, and the pushing part 42 faces a circumferential outer side of the water guide wheel 40 to allow the water guide wheel 40 to rotate by an external force applied to the pushing part 42.
Thus, the pushing portions 42 and the recessed portions 43 are arranged in sequence, the recessed portions 43 are located between two adjacent pushing portions 42, and the pushing portions 42 are located between two adjacent water diversion portions.
During the rotation of the water guide wheel 40, the water guide wheel 40 may contact the pushing part 42 and drive the water guide wheel 40 to rotate. Since the recess 43 is recessed toward the side of the rotation shaft, the cleaning member is separated from the inner wall surface of the recess 43. When the water guide wheel 40 rotates to a position facing the cleaning member with the recess 43, the water guide wheel 40 may continue to rotate by the inertial force until the push portion 42 adjacent to the recess 43 rotates to a position opposite to the cleaning member.
In some embodiments, the water supply assembly includes at least two water guide wheels 40, and each water guide wheel 40 is arranged at intervals. Therefore, a plurality of cleaning pieces can be cleaned simultaneously, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
For example, a plurality of cleaning elements are generally arranged on the dust collector in parallel, and the plurality of water guide wheels 40 are arranged, so that the plurality of cleaning elements on the dust collector can be cleaned at the same time, and the operation is convenient.
Wherein, when can be for dismantling the connected mode between first flourishing water spare 20 and the washing dish 10, can be through dismantling the washing dish 10, pour into the washing liquid into first flourishing water spare 20.
In some embodiments, the washing tray 10 is further provided with an injection port 15, and the injection port 15 is communicated with the cleaning liquid tank 21. Thus, water can be injected into the first water container 20 through the injection port 15 without detaching the cleaning tray 10, and the operation is convenient. The size of the pouring port 15 can be set as required.
The liquid injection port 15 can be provided with a switch structure, after the cleaning liquid is injected, the switch structure can close the liquid injection port 15 to prevent the thrown-off sewage from entering the first water containing member 20 through the liquid injection port 15 in the rotating process of the cleaning member,
in some embodiments, the liquid pouring port 15 may be a normally open type. At this time, the height of the liquid pouring port 15 is larger than that of the water inlet port 12.
Specifically, be equipped with the second boss 16 that the bottom wall face of protrusion washing dish 10 on the washing dish 10, second boss 16 encloses to be established in the outside of annotating liquid mouth 15, forms the manger plate effect through second boss 16 to avoid sewage to get into in the first flourishing water ware 20 via annotating liquid mouth 15.
And the height of the liquid injection port 15 is larger than that of the water feeding piece relative to the bottom wall surface of the cleaning disc 10. Therefore, in the rotating process of the cleaning piece, sewage thrown out of the cleaning piece can impact on the side wall surface of the second boss 16 under the action of self gravity, so that the sewage is prevented from entering the first water containing piece 20.
The liquid injection port 15 may be provided at any position of the cleaning tray 10. In some embodiments, the pouring outlet 15 is located at the intersection of the receiving portion 17 and the surrounding portion 18 to avoid the second projection 16 from interfering with the rotation of the cleaning element.
At this time, the magnitude relation between the height of the pouring outlet 15 and the height of the surrounding portion 18 is not limited. Illustratively, the height of the pouring outlet 15 is smaller than the height of the surrounding portion 18 (as shown in fig. 1 and 2).
The drain opening 13 may be provided at any position of the bottom wall of the washing tray 10. In some embodiments, drain opening 13 is located at the bottom edge of sink 11. Illustratively, the drain opening 13 is located at the intersection of the retainer 17 and the dam 18. Thus, when the cleaning member rotates, the sewage can directly fall on the position of the water outlet 13 under the action of centrifugal force, for example, the sewage can be thrown to the enclosing part 18, and the sewage flows along the enclosing part 18 and the bearing part 17 under the action of self gravity and is discharged through the water outlet 13, so that the sewage can be discharged out of the cleaning disc 10 quickly.
The embodiment provides a cleaning device which comprises a cleaning device and the cleaning base. The structure, function, and beneficial effects of the cleaning base have been described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail in this embodiment. Wherein, the flourishing water spare of second can be dismantled with the washing dish and be connected, can discharge sewage alone, does not influence the cleaning solution, avoids the cleaning solution extravagant.
The cleaning device can be a mop, a dust collector, a sweeping robot and the like. Taking a dust collector as an example, the dust collector comprises a floor brush, a connecting rod and a dust collection host, wherein two ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected with the floor brush and the dust collection host. When cleaning the cleaning elements on the floor brush, the floor brush can be supported on the cleaning disc 10, the connecting rod being fixed by the cleaning base. After the dust collector is started, the cleaning piece in the ground brush of the dust collector rotates and drives the water guide wheel 40 to rotate so as to clean the cleaning piece, and sewage after cleaning the cleaning piece enters the second water containing piece 30. This embodiment can be lastingly washd the cleaning member through the cleaning solution promptly, and the cleaning performance of cleaning member is better. Wherein, the second flourishing water spare 30 can be dismantled with washing dish 10 and be connected, when empting sewage, the user can lift washing dish 10 to make second flourishing water spare 30 and washing dish 10 alternate segregation. At this time, the first water receiving member 20 is lifted up along with the cleaning tray 10. The first water containing part 20 and the second water containing part 30 are mutually independent, and when sewage in the second water containing part 30 is dumped, the cleaning solution in the first water containing part 20 is not influenced, so that the waste of the cleaning solution is avoided.
