Detailed Description
To make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following will combine the embodiments of the present invention and the corresponding drawings to clearly and completely describe the technical solution of the present invention. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative work belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a cleaning apparatus, which includes a housing 100, a dirty liquid containing mechanism 200, a driving mechanism 400, and a plurality of roll brushes.
As shown in fig. 9, the housing 100 is a mounting base for other components, and may be made of plastic or metal, and the size and specific shape thereof may be flexibly selected according to the actual structure of other components in the cleaning device.
The number of the rolling brushes can be determined according to actual conditions, and the number of the rolling brushes can be two, three, four or more. The plurality of rolling brushes are all installed on the casing 100, and all can be cylindrical structures, and the size of each rolling brush can be the same, also can be different each other. As shown in fig. 3, the roll brush includes a cleaning part 330 and a mounting part 340, and the cleaning part 330 is surrounded on the outer circumference of the mounting part 340 and mounted on the mounting part 340.
During the use of the cleaning device, the cleaning part 330 can absorb liquid such as water, and the cleaning part can complete the cleaning work of the surface to be cleaned by contacting and moving relative to the surface to be cleaned. The cleaning part 330 can be made of fiber materials such as cotton, hemp, wool and the like, and the texture of the material forming the cleaning part 330 can be relatively soft and has high water absorption performance, which can further improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning part 330 on the surface to be cleaned.
The mounting part 340 may have a cylindrical structure to provide a mounting base for the cleaning part 330 and to provide the entire roll brush with a rolling capability, thereby performing a cleaning work on different areas of the surface to be cleaned by moving the position of the entire cleaning apparatus. The cleaning part 330 may have a cylindrical structure and be fitted to the mounting part 340, and the material forming the cleaning part 330 generally has a certain elastic capacity, so that the cleaning part 330 can be reliably mounted to the mounting part 340. In order to ensure high connection reliability between the cleaning part 330 and the mounting part 340, the cleaning part 330 may be optionally adhered to the surface of the mounting part 340 by glue.
In order to ensure that the roller brush can automatically rotate to move the position of the whole cleaning device to clean different areas of the surface to be cleaned, the driving mechanism 400 can be connected with at least one mounting part 340, so that the roller brush is driven to rotate under the action of the driving mechanism 400, and all the mounting parts 340 can rotate.
Optionally, the driving mechanism 400 may be connected to only one rolling brush to drive the rolling brush to rotate, and under the condition that one rolling brush actively rotates, the remaining rolling brushes may also be driven by the rolling brush to move, so as to ensure that the whole cleaning device can move relative to the surface to be cleaned, thereby completing the cleaning of different areas on the surface to be cleaned.
The driving mechanism 400 may be a motor, and may be directly connected to the mounting portion 340 to drive the mounting portion 340 to rotate, or may be indirectly connected to the mounting portion 340 via a transmission mechanism such as a belt, which may ensure that the motor can drive the mounting portion 340 to stably generate a rotating motion to perform a cleaning operation.
Considering before cleaning device work or in the course of the work, probably need to be to being watered to by the cleaning surface in order to promote clean effect, in order to prevent to be still to persist a large amount of water by the cleaning surface after cleaning, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the utility model discloses be provided with foul solution containing mechanism 200 among the cleaning device disclosed in the embodiment, and make the cleaning portion 330 of each round brush all cooperate with foul solution containing mechanism 200 to make liquid such as the sewage that cleaning portion 330 absorbed all can be collected to in foul solution containing mechanism 200, with the sewage volume of remaining on the cleaning surface after the completion of wiping as far as possible reduction.
The number of dirty liquid storage mechanisms 200 may be determined according to actual needs, and for example, each roll brush may be provided with a single dirty liquid storage mechanism 200, or a plurality of roll brushes may share the same dirty liquid storage mechanism 200. The dirty liquid container 200 can be configured to press the dirty liquid absorbed in the cleaning unit 330 in a manner of press-fitting with the roller brush, and to store the dirty liquid in its own chamber. After the cleaning operation is completed in stages or completely, the liquid such as sewage contained in the chamber of the dirty liquid containing mechanism 200 is poured out, and in order to keep the cleaning device clean and prolong the service life of the device, the dirty liquid containing mechanism 200 and the rest of the cleaning device can be deeply cleaned.
As shown in fig. 11, the dirty liquid storage mechanism 200 may include a liquid collecting portion 210 and a top cover portion 270, the top cover portion 270 and the liquid collecting portion 210 enclosing a liquid collecting chamber 213, and the top cover portion 270 having a liquid collecting port 271. The liquid collecting port 271 is located at the middle of the top cover part 270 in a direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the roll brush, and thus, in the use of the cleaning apparatus, even if the cleaning apparatus is inclined, the dirty liquid can be prevented from being splashed out from the liquid collecting chamber 213 to some extent. It should be noted that the middle portion of the top cover part 270 is a concept opposite to the edge of the top cover part 270, and it can also be said that the liquid collecting port 271 is not disposed at the edge of the top cover part 270, so as to prevent dirty liquid in the liquid collecting chamber 213 from easily splashing out of the liquid collecting port 271 when the cleaning device is tilted. In addition, a direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the roll brush may be a direction a in fig. 11.
Specifically, the liquid collecting part 210 and the top cover part 270 may be separately formed, and then the top cover part 270 may be detachably coupled to the liquid collecting part 210 by means of a snap, etc., so that a communication sectional area between the liquid collecting part 210 and the outside may be increased by detaching the top cover part 270 in a process of treating the contaminated liquid, so that the contaminated liquid may be more rapidly discharged to the outside of the liquid collecting chamber 213.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the top lid portion 270 may be movably attached to the liquid collecting portion 210 by a member such as a hinge 218, and the communication cross-sectional area between the liquid collecting chamber 213 and the outside may be increased by rotating the top lid portion 270, thereby increasing the discharge speed of the contaminated liquid; moreover, when the connection mode is adopted, the top cover part 270 can be prevented from being lost, the disassembly and assembly difficulty between the top cover part 270 and the liquid collecting part 210 can be reduced, and the user experience is improved. In addition, as shown in fig. 8, a push button 216 may be disposed on the top cover portion 270, and the push direction may be marked on the top cover portion 270, so as to provide an instruction for the user, and facilitate the user. In detail, if it is required to discharge the contaminated liquid during the use of the cleaning apparatus, the user may push the top cover part 270 to rotate with respect to the liquid collection part 210 by means of the push button 216 in accordance with the instructed direction to enlarge the sectional area of the liquid collection chamber 213 communicating with the outside, and then tilt the liquid collection part 210 to pour the contaminated liquid. After the liquid collecting unit 210 is cleaned, the top cover 270 is rotated in the reverse direction by the push button 216, whereby the top cover 270 and the liquid collecting unit 210 can be fixed to each other.
Of course, in order to make the fixed connection relationship between the top cover part 270 and the liquid collecting part 210 more stable, an elastic buckle may be arranged on the top cover part 270 or the liquid collecting part 210, so as to ensure that the top cover part 270 is not automatically separated from the liquid collecting part 210 and prevent the dirty liquid from splashing out of the liquid collecting cavity 213 during the use of the cleaning device.
The liquid collecting port 271 may be integrally formed along with the molding of the top cover part 270, and the top cover part 270 may be of an approximately rectangular structure as a whole, so that the liquid collecting port 271 may be disposed at the center of the top cover part 270, and even if the dirty liquid accommodating mechanism 200 is inclined along with the cleaning device after the top cover part 270 and the liquid collecting part 210 are connected to each other to form the liquid collecting chamber 213, since the distance from the liquid collecting port 271 to the supporting surface such as the surface to be cleaned is relatively large, the dirty liquid in the liquid collecting chamber 213 may be prevented from being splashed out as much as possible. Alternatively, the number of the liquid collecting ports 271 may be one or more, and each of the liquid collecting ports 271 is engaged with the roller brush to collect liquid such as sewage squeezed out from the roller brush.
As shown in fig. 11, the top cover part 270 may include a capping wall 272, a blocking wall 273 and a liquid guiding wall 274, wherein the capping wall 272 is disposed toward the bottom of the liquid collecting part 210, and optionally, the capping wall 272 and the bottom of the liquid collecting part 210 are parallel to each other; the blocking wall 273 is connected to the edge of the top sealing wall 272, and the blocking wall 273 extends toward the direction close to the bottom of the liquid collecting part, the liquid guiding wall 274 is connected to the blocking wall 273, and the liquid guiding wall 274 extends obliquely toward the direction away from the bottom of the liquid collecting part 210, so that the liquid guiding wall 274 and the blocking wall 273 can form an inclined sinking groove which is sunk toward the top sealing wall 272, thereby in the operation process of the cleaning device, the liquid guiding wall 274 can provide a flow guiding effect for the dirty liquid squeezed out from the roller brush, the blocking wall 273 can prevent the dirty liquid from flowing continuously, and under the combined action of the liquid guiding wall 274 and the blocking wall 273, the dirty liquid can be collected into the liquid collecting cavity 213 from the liquid collecting port 271 located at the connection position of the liquid guiding wall 274 and the blocking wall 273.
Alternatively, the sump 210 may have a rectangular or approximately rectangular structure including four sides, each of which may be connected to the capping wall 272, and the capping wall 272 has a gap, and the blocking wall 273 and the liquid guiding wall 274 may be disposed at the gap, and the liquid guiding wall 274 is connected to one side of the sump 210, thereby ensuring that the capping portion 270 and the sump 210 can be connected to each other to form the sump chamber 213. Of course, the actual configuration of the closure wall 272, the barrier wall 273 and the liquid guide wall 274 may be determined according to the specific situation, and is not limited herein. Specifically, the capping wall 272, the blocking wall 273 and the liquid guide wall 274 may be formed in an integrally formed manner to improve structural stability of the entire cap portion 270.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 11, the blocking wall 273 may extend in a vertical direction, and compared with the blocking wall 273 which is obliquely arranged, the vertically extending blocking wall 273 can provide a better blocking effect for the contaminated liquid, and at the same time, it is also possible to ensure a larger space between the blocking wall 273 and the liquid guiding wall 274, so that when the flow rate of the contaminated liquid is larger, it is also basically ensured that the contaminated liquid can flow into the liquid collecting cavity from the liquid collecting port 271 without sputtering.
In order to prevent the problem that the gas remained in the liquid collection chamber 213 cannot be discharged timely due to the fact that the liquid collection port 271 is blocked when the instantaneous flow of the dirty liquid is large, and the gas frequently bubbles at the position of the liquid collection port 271 and the splashing of the dirty liquid occurs, as shown in fig. 11, at least a part of the liquid collection port 271 can be positioned on the blocking wall 273, so that the gas in the liquid collection chamber 213 can form a communication relation with the outside of the liquid collection chamber 213 through the part of the liquid collection port 271 on the blocking wall 273 in the process that the dirty liquid is extruded from the roller brush and flows to the liquid collection port 271 along the liquid guide wall 274, and the gas in the liquid collection chamber 213 can escape from the relatively upper area of the liquid collection port 271 along with the flowing of the dirty liquid into the liquid collection chamber 213, so that the dirty liquid collection speed can be increased, and the problem that the gas collides with the blocking wall 273 to cause the splashing due to a large extent when the dirty liquid flows from the liquid guide.
Specifically, a portion of the liquid collecting port 271 may be disposed on the blocking wall 273 and another portion of the liquid collecting port 271 may be disposed on the liquid guiding wall 274, so that the contaminated liquid may be more rapidly collected into the liquid collecting chamber 213 by gravity.
Further, the blocking wall 273 may be a flaring-shaped structure, and the blocking wall 273 faces the roller brush matched with the blocking wall 273, the blocking wall 273 includes a first flow guiding section 273a and a second flow guiding section 273b, and the liquid collecting port 271 is located between the first flow guiding section 273a and the second flow guiding section 273b, optionally, the first flow guiding section 273a and the second flow guiding section 273b may be both obliquely arranged relative to the moving direction of the roller brush to form a flow guiding effect.
The barrier wall 273 is under the condition that adopts above-mentioned structure for barrier wall 273 also has the water conservancy diversion function, thereby dirty liquid flows to the in-process of barrier wall 273 under the guide of drain wall 274, and first water conservancy diversion section 273a and second water conservancy diversion section 273b can also guide the dirty liquid of the both sides of collection mouth 271 to flow to collection mouth 271 when providing the effect of blockking for dirty liquid, with the speed that further promotes dirty liquid and collect.
In the direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the roller brush, the dimension of the side of the liquid guide wall 274 departing from the barrier wall 273 can be made to be similar to the length of the roller brush, so that the dirty liquid at any position on the roller brush can flow from the liquid guide wall 274 to the liquid collection port 271. The first flow guiding section 273a and the second flow guiding section 273b can be arranged approximately symmetrically, so that the dirty liquid extruded from different positions on the roller brush can uniformly flow into the liquid collecting cavity 213 from the liquid collecting port 271.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the dirty liquid holding mechanism 200 may further include an upper cover 260, and the upper cover 260 is disposed on a side of the top cover portion 270 away from the liquid collecting portion 210 to prevent the liquid contained in the liquid collecting chamber 213 from spilling out of the liquid collecting port 271 through the upper cover 260; in addition, the upper cover 260 can also cover the liquid collecting cavity 213 containing liquid such as sewage, so that the overall appearance of the whole cleaning device is improved when the cleaning device is used, and the user experience of products is further improved. Specifically, the upper cover 260 may be connected to the liquid collecting part 210 or the top cover part 270, and of course, the upper cover 260 may be directly connected to the case 100.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, in the case where the contaminated liquid storage mechanism 200 is located between the front and rear rolling brushes 310 and 320, the upper cover 260 may be extended to the sides of the front and rear rolling brushes 310 and 320 at the same time, and the upper cover 260 may also cover respective portions of the front and rear rolling brushes 310 and 320, thereby functioning to shield the front and rear rolling brushes 310 and 320 and preventing the liquid adsorbed on the front and rear rolling brushes 310 and 320 from being splashed as the front and rear rolling brushes 310 and 320 rotate.
In order to further prevent the liquid collected in the liquid collecting chamber 213 from splashing out of the liquid collecting port 271 when moving along with the whole cleaning device, preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the cleaning device of the present invention may further include a splash proof flange 250, the splash proof flange 250 is connected to one side of the upper cover 260 facing the liquid collecting portion 210, as shown in fig. 3, the splash proof flange 250 is disposed facing the liquid collecting port 271, and the splash proof flange 250 and the blocking wall 273 of the top cover portion 270 are attached to each other. Furthermore, in the working process of the cleaning equipment, the splash-proof flanging 250 can generate a certain shielding effect on the liquid collecting port 271, so that the liquid such as sewage contained in the liquid collecting cavity 213 can be basically prevented from flowing out or splashing along with the movement of the cleaning equipment, and the situation that the cleaned surface is polluted again can be basically avoided. Moreover, the contact area between the splash proof flanging 250 and the top cover part 270 is large, so that the situation that the upper cover 260 is separated from the top cover part 270 is basically avoided in the working process of the cleaning equipment, and the dirty liquid is further prevented from being splashed out from the liquid collecting opening 271.
Specifically, the splash proof bead 250 may be fixed to one side surface of the upper cover 260 by means of adhesion, thermal welding, or the like, or the splash proof bead 250 and the upper cover 260 may be formed in an integrated manner. The specific size of the splash-proof burring 250 may be determined according to actual conditions, and in the case that the splash-proof burring 250 is fitted to the liquid collecting port 271, it is necessary to ensure that the liquid collecting port 271 can communicate with the outside of the liquid collecting chamber 213 to collect the liquid squeezed out from the front and rear roll brushes 310 and 320. In addition, when a plurality of liquid collecting ports 271 are provided, splash-proof flanges 250 may be respectively designed corresponding to the plurality of liquid collecting ports 271 so as to prevent liquid such as sewage from being splashed out of the liquid collecting ports 271.
Alternatively, the outer circumference of the liquid collecting part 210 may have a square structure, which makes the liquid collecting part 210 better fit with the front rolling brush 310, the rear rolling brush 320 and the end cap 120 in the housing 100, and makes the overall shape of the cleaning device relatively square, and the cleaning device with such a structure has relatively good cleaning effect on the corners and other areas of the house; moreover, the cleaning device with the structure has relatively high aesthetic property, which can improve the competitiveness of the product.
Considering that during the cleaning operation, a single adsorption may not completely absorb the clean water or the sewage attached to the surface to be cleaned, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the cleaning device of the present invention includes a front rolling brush 310 and a rear rolling brush 320, and the front rolling brush 310 is located in front of the rear rolling brush 320 in the moving direction of the rolling brushes; meanwhile, by positioning at least a part of the projection of the front rolling brush 310 within the projection of the rear rolling brush 320, it is ensured that the moving track of the rear rolling brush 320 can cover at least a part of the moving track of the front rolling brush 310, which enables the cleaned surface adsorbed by the front rolling brush 310 to be adsorbed and cleaned again by the rear rolling brush 320, so as to further reduce the amount of water left on the cleaned surface, and even make the cleaned surface wiped by the rear rolling brush 320 almost have no water left.
In addition, in the case of the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320, the front rolling brush 310 can primarily clean the surface to be cleaned, and can absorb and collect most of the sewage into the cleaning part 330 while cleaning most of the stains on the surface to be cleaned; the rear rolling brush 320 can perform secondary cleaning on the cleaned surface cleaned by the front rolling brush 310, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning equipment on the cleaned surface can be improved; moreover, the rear rolling brush 320 can perform secondary adsorption on the residual sewage on the cleaned surface to further reduce the amount of the sewage left on the cleaned surface, and even basically no sewage exists on the cleaned surface under certain conditions, so that on one hand, the dirt can be prevented from being adhered to the wet cleaned surface again due to the fact that a user tramples on the cleaned surface which is just cleaned, on the other hand, the wet and slippery degree of the cleaned surface can be reduced, and the risk that the user slips down when walking on the cleaned surface which is just cleaned is reduced or even eliminated.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the mounting part 340 may be provided with an inner cavity 341, and during the process of assembling the cleaning device, the driving mechanism 400 is mounted in the inner cavity 341, which allows the mounting part 340 to provide a certain protection function for the driving mechanism 400; meanwhile, by incorporating the driving mechanism 400, it is possible to reduce a security threat generated by the driving mechanism 400 rotating at a high speed when cleaning work is performed using the cleaning apparatus.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the driving mechanism 400 may include a motor 410, a driving button 420 and a bearing 430, the driving button 420 may be fixedly connected to the middle of the mounting portion 340 along the axial direction thereof, and the manner in which the motor 410 drives the middle of the mounting portion 340 to rotate the entire roller brush may relatively equalize the acting force of the motor 410 on the mounting portion 340, so that the mounting portion 340 may generate the rotating motion more stably. In addition, with the above structure, the proportion of the cleaning part 330 to the whole cleaning device can be increased to some extent along the width direction of the cleaning device, so that the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning device can be increased under the condition that the cleaning device is fixed.
Specifically, the motor 410 includes a housing 411 and a drive shaft 412, and during operation of the motor 410, the drive shaft 412 rotates relative to the housing 411. The housing 411 may be fixedly connected to the housing 100 of the cleaning apparatus, and the housing 411 may further be connected to the mounting portion 340 through the bearing 430, specifically, the housing 411 may be inserted into an inner ring of the bearing 430, and an outer ring of the bearing 430 is fixed to an inner surface of the mounting portion 340, so as to ensure that the mounting portion 340 has a capability of rotating relative to the housing 411. The driving shaft 412 can be fixedly connected with the driving knob 420, so that the mounting part 340 fixed with the driving knob 420 can be driven to rotate under the condition that the driving shaft 412 rotates, and the purpose of driving the rolling brush to rotate is achieved. Further, since the housing 411 is coupled to the mounting portion 340 by the bearing 430 and the housing 411 is fixedly coupled to the casing 100, the housing 411 and the casing 100 can be kept relatively stationary even if the mounting portion 340 rotates.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the housing 100 may include a housing body 110 and end caps 120, the end caps 120 may be disposed on opposite sides of the housing body 110, and the end caps 120 may be connected to the housing body 110, and the roll brush and the driving mechanism 400 may be disposed between the two end caps 120. As shown in fig. 4, the housing 411 may be fixedly connected to the end cap 120, and the driving shaft 412 may extend into the inner cavity 341 of the mounting portion 340 to be fixed with the driving knob 420. The driving knob 420 may be formed integrally with the mounting part 340 to improve the reliability of the connection relationship between the driving knob 420 and the mounting part 340.
In order to ensure a higher stability of the rotation of the mounting part 340, preferably, as shown in fig. 4, two bearings 430 may be provided, and the two bearings 430 may be respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the driving knob 420 to provide a stabilizing effect on the rotation of the mounting part 340. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, another bearing 430 may be connected to a side of the driving button 420 facing away from the motor 410, an outer ring of the bearing 430 may be fixed to an inner surface of the mounting portion 340, and an inner ring of the bearing 430 may be fixed to the end cap 120, so as to ensure that the mounting portion 340 can rotate relative to the end cap 120, and further improve the reliability of the entire rolling brush during rotation.
Alternatively, the driving mechanism 400 may have other configurations and achieve the purpose of driving the mounting portion 340 through other connection means. Alternatively, the driving mechanism 400 may include a stator and a rotor, the stator of the motor 410 may be connected with the housing 100 of the cleaning device, and the rotor may be connected with the mounting portion 340, in which case the driving mechanism 400 may also achieve the purpose of driving the mounting portion 340 to rotate. Specifically, the stator may be fixedly mounted on the end cover 120 of the housing 100, and the rotor may be coupled with the mounting portion 340. The drive mechanism 400 is relatively simple to assemble and requires relatively low spare part and installation costs.
Further, a plurality of driving mechanisms 400 may be provided, and a plurality of driving mechanisms 400 may be fitted to a plurality of roll brushes in a one-to-one correspondence. In this case, each rolling brush can have the ability of autonomous operation, so that under the power provided by the driving mechanism 400, the interaction force between each rolling brush and the surface to be cleaned is larger, and the cleaning effect of the whole cleaning device is further improved. Meanwhile, under the action of a plurality of driving mechanisms 400, the influence on the normal operation of the whole cleaning device due to the failure of a single driving mechanism 400 can be prevented.
Specifically, the structures of the driving mechanisms 400 may be completely the same and connected to the mounting portion 340 in the same or similar mounting manner, or the structures of a plurality of driving mechanisms 400 may be different from each other, and the connection manners between different driving mechanisms 400 and different mounting portions 340 may also be different from each other, and in view of brevity, the description will not be repeated here, and a person skilled in the art may determine the connection manners between the driving mechanisms 400 and the mounting portions 340 in different structures according to the above-described embodiments.
More specifically, the plurality of roll brushes may be provided with the inner cavities 341, and then the plurality of driving mechanisms 400 may be respectively installed in the inner cavities 341 of the plurality of roll brushes, which makes the driving structure of the entire cleaning apparatus not be exposed to the outside, so as to further improve the safety performance of the entire cleaning apparatus.
Considering that the area contacted by the rear rolling brush 320 is the area cleaned by the front rolling brush 310 during the cleaning process, the area contacted by the front rolling brush 310 is relatively dirtier compared with the area contacted by the rear rolling brush 320, and in order to further improve the cleaning effect of the whole cleaning device, the linear velocity of the front rolling brush 310 can be made greater than that of the rear rolling brush 320, which makes the relative movement speed between the front rolling brush 310 and the surface to be cleaned greater, so that the dirt attached to the surface to be cleaned can be cleaned more easily and thoroughly.
Specifically, in the case where only one driving mechanism 400 is provided, the driving mechanism 400 may be directly connected to the front rolling brush 310, the front rolling brush 310 is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism 400, and the rear rolling brush 320 is driven by the front rolling brush 310 to operate, so that the linear velocity of the front rolling brush 310 may be ensured to be greater than that of the rear rolling brush 320 because the rear rolling brush 320 needs to rotate against the resistance. Under the condition that the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 are both provided with the driving mechanism 400 and the structures and the sizes of the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 are the same, the linear velocity of the front rolling brush 310 can be ensured to be larger than that of the rear rolling brush 320 by enabling the rotating speed of the driving mechanism 400 matched with the front rolling brush 310 to be larger than that of the driving mechanism 400 connected with the rear rolling brush 320; for another example, in the case where the rotation speed of each driving mechanism 400 is the same, the circumference of the rear roller brush 320 may be made larger than the circumference of the front roller brush 310. Of course, the linear speed of the front rolling brush 310 may be greater than that of the rear rolling brush 320 by a combination of the above-mentioned methods.
Alternatively, in some cases, the linear velocity of the rear roll brush 320 may be made greater than that of the front roll brush 310. Under this condition, the relative velocity of motion between back round brush 320 and the face of being cleaned is great for the sewage that is cleaned by the face of being cleaned that the round brush 310 cleaned before through can be by faster, adsorb more thoroughly under the circumstances of round brush 320 pivoted many times of back, thereby further reduce through the utility model discloses a wet and slippery degree of the face of being cleaned that cleaning equipment cleaned can also produce certain polishing effect to the face of being cleaned, promote the bright and clean degree of being cleaned. Specifically, how to control the linear velocity of the rear rolling brush 320 to be greater than the linear velocity of the front rolling brush 310 may be similar to that of the previous embodiment, and for brevity, the description is omitted here.
Additionally, the utility model discloses a cleaning device can also be provided with control mechanism, and control mechanism can be connected with each actuating mechanism 400 to make the user can control the respective linear velocity of front rolling brush 310 and back rolling brush 320 under the different situation.
In order to further improve the processing and assembling efficiency of the whole cleaning device and reduce the cost, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the rolling brushes may be two, and the two rolling brushes may be a front rolling brush 310 and a rear rolling brush 320, respectively, wherein the front rolling brush 310 mainly plays a role of cleaning and adsorbing sewage, and the rear rolling brush 320 mainly plays a role of secondarily cleaning and wiping the cleaned surface. In order to enable the cleaned surface wiped by the front rolling brush 310 to be wiped by the rear rolling brush 320 basically and completely, preferably, in the moving direction of the rolling brushes, the projection of the front rolling brush 310 and the projection of the rear rolling brush 320 can be overlapped, and since the rotating directions of the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 are the same, in this case, the cleaned surface wiped by the front rolling brush 310 can be basically wiped by the rear rolling brush 320 completely, so that the cleaning effect is relatively high everywhere on the cleaned surface, and the wet slipping degree is relatively low.
Specifically, the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 may have the same structure and size, and the ends of the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 are aligned in the moving direction, which substantially ensures that the rear rolling brush 320 can completely move along the moving track of the front rolling brush 310 under the condition that the rotating directions of the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 are the same, so as to perform secondary wiping on the cleaned surface wiped by the front rolling brush 310. It should be noted that, in order to improve the cleaning effect, the cleaning part 330 may be made of a fiber material with a relatively soft texture, and due to the tilting of the cleaning part 330 of the front rolling brush 310 or the rear rolling brush 320, the projections of the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 in the moving direction are slightly misaligned, which is also within the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention.
Moreover, the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 having the same structure and size are convenient for spare parts to work, and meanwhile, when the cleaning part 330 of the front rolling brush 310 and/or the rear rolling brush 320 is dirty or damaged, the cleaning part 330 having the same structure can be replaced on the mounting part 340 of the front rolling brush 310 and/or the rear rolling brush 320, which reduces the maintenance cost of the whole cleaning device and improves the usability of the whole cleaning device.
In addition, under the condition that the structures and the sizes of the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 are the same, the center of gravity of the whole cleaning device is relatively centered, and further, the condition that the interaction force between one and the cleaned surface is far smaller than that between the other and the cleaned surface due to the fact that the size of one of the front rolling brush 310 and the size of the rear rolling brush 320 is larger than that of the other does not occur, so that the cleaning or drying effect of the cleaned surface is reduced. Under the condition that the structures and the sizes of the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 are the same, the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 bear relatively balanced loads, so that the interaction forces between the front rolling brush 310 and the cleaned surface and the interaction forces between the rear rolling brush 320 and the cleaned surface are basically the same, and the opposite cleaning and drying effects of the whole cleaning equipment can be improved to a certain degree.
In order to further reduce the number of parts in the cleaning apparatus, so as to reduce the overall size of the cleaning apparatus, make the cleaning apparatus more convenient to use, and enable the cleaning apparatus to enter a relatively small gap area for cleaning, optionally, as shown in fig. 3, only one dirty liquid accommodating mechanism 200 may be provided, in order to ensure that the dirty water adsorbed by the front roller brush 310 and the rear roller brush 320 can be collected in the dirty liquid accommodating mechanism 200, and to improve the dryness of the cleaned surface after cleaning, preferably, in the process of designing and assembling the front roller brush 310 and the rear roller brush 320, a preset interval may be provided between the front roller brush 310 and the rear roller brush 320, so as to install the dirty liquid accommodating mechanism 200 between the front roller brush 310 and the rear roller brush 320, and to ensure that the front roller brush 310 and the rear roller brush 320 can cooperate with the dirty liquid accommodating mechanism 200 to squeeze and discharge the liquid such as the dirty water adsorbed by themselves into the dirty liquid accommodating mechanism 200, the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 before contacting with the cleaned surface are prevented from adsorbing more liquid, and the dryness of the cleaned surface after being wiped is improved.
Based on the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the number of the liquid collecting ports 271 may be two, and one of the liquid collecting ports 271 may be disposed toward the front roll brush 310 while the other liquid collecting port 271 is disposed toward the rear roll brush 320, so as to ensure that the liquids such as water adsorbed by the front roll brush 310 and the rear roll brush 320 can be collected in the liquid collecting chamber 213. Under the condition that two liquid collecting ports 271 are arranged, two liquid collecting ports 271 can be located in the middle of the top cover portion 270, and further two liquid collecting ports 271 can be arranged on two sides of the top cover wall 272 in a back-to-back mode, so that the distance between the liquid collecting ports 271 and the cleaned surface is relatively large.
In order to further enhance the cleaning effect of the cleaning device, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning device of the present disclosure may further include a handle 510, and the handle 510 is mounted to the housing 100. In the case that the cleaning device is provided with the handle 510, during the cleaning operation of the cleaning device on the cleaned surface, a user can apply a set acting force to the housing 100 through the handle 510, and since the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 are both connected to the housing 100, the interaction force between the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 and the cleaned surface can be increased to a certain extent, which can further increase the cleaning effect and the drying effect of the cleaning device on the cleaned surface.
In addition, under the condition that is provided with handle 510, still be convenient for the whole cleaning device of user operation to carry out a lot of to the region that is cleaned some department spot on the face more or has more stubborn spot and clean many times, and, can also operate whole cleaning device and carry out more accurate cleaning work to corner or gap department, this ease for use that can further promote cleaning device promotes user experience.
In particular, the length and shape of the handle 510 may be determined according to actual requirements, and preferably, the handle 510 may be a cylindrical rod-shaped structure, and the handle 510 of the structure is convenient for a user to grasp. The handle 510 may be hingedly coupled to the housing 100 to form a secure connection. In order to further enhance the usability of the entire cleaning apparatus, it is preferable that the handle 510 and the housing 100 be securely connected by the universal shaft 520, which may further enhance the convenience of the cleaning apparatus.
In order to further improve the usability and applicability of the cleaning apparatus, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, an escape notch 215 is formed at the liquid collecting part 210, and a portion of the handle 510 is located at the escape notch 215 during the installation of the handle 510, so that the handle 510 can be inclined at a larger angle with respect to the housing in the case where the handle is connected to the housing 100 via the universal shaft 520, and even so that the handle 510 is parallel to the ground, thereby performing cleaning work at positions under a sofa, under a bed, under a table, and the like.
In the case where the liquid collecting part 210 is provided with the avoidance gap 215, as shown in fig. 10, the liquid collecting part 210 includes a first liquid collecting region 211 and a second liquid collecting region 212, and the first liquid collecting region 211 and the second liquid collecting region 212 are respectively located at opposite sides of the avoidance gap 215, which makes the avoidance gap 215 located between the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 more centered with respect to the housing 100 to further improve the ease of operation of the handle 510 installed at the avoidance gap 215. Meanwhile, it is possible to make both the first liquid collecting region 211 and the second liquid collecting region 212 to be engaged with the front and rear brushes 310 and 320, in which case the entire liquid collecting part 210 can better collect liquid such as sewage squeezed out from the front and rear brushes 310 and 320.
Specifically, the liquid collecting part 210 may be formed of a material such as plastic in an integrated manner, and the process of assembling and disassembling the liquid collecting part 210 is facilitated by connecting the first liquid collecting region 211 and the second liquid collecting region 212 to each other. The volumes of the first and second liquid collecting regions 211 and 212 may be determined according to actual conditions, and preferably, the volumes of the first and second liquid collecting regions 211 and 212 may be the same, and the sizes of the portions of the first and second liquid collecting regions 211 and 212 which are matched with the front and rear rolling brushes 310 and 320 may be substantially the same, so that the amounts of the polluted water collected by the first and second liquid collecting regions 211 and 212 are the same or similar, and the situation that one of the first and second liquid collecting regions 211 and 212 is full or even overflowed and the other one is not full during the operation of the cleaning device is prevented.
In addition, in the case where the sump 210 includes the first sump 211 and the second sump 212, the number of the top lid portions 270 may be two, and at least two sump ports 271 may be provided in any one of the top lid portions 270. Taking the top cover part 270 engaged with the first liquid collecting region 211 as an example, one of the two liquid collecting ports 271 is disposed toward the front rolling brush 310, and the other is disposed toward the rear rolling brush 320, so as to ensure that the liquids extruded from the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 can be collected into the first liquid collecting region 211 through the corresponding liquid collecting ports 271; accordingly, at least two liquid collecting ports 271 may be provided at the top cover part 270 corresponding to the second liquid collecting region 212, and are respectively provided toward the front and rear roll brushes 310 and 320. Similarly, the liquid collection port 271 of each cover top portion 270 is provided in the middle of the cover top portion 270.
In addition, as shown in fig. 8, two push buttons 216 may be provided, and the two push buttons 216 may be respectively provided on the top cover parts 270 corresponding to the first and second header regions 211 and 212, so as to improve the convenience of detaching the top cover parts 270.
In order to make the amounts of the contaminated water collected by the first header region 211 and the second header region 212 more uniform, it is preferable that the first header region 211 and the second header region 212 are communicated with each other, and in this case, even if more liquid such as contaminated water flows into the first header region 211 at the same time, since the first header region 211 and the second header region 212 are communicated with each other, there is no case where the amounts of the liquid remaining in the first header region 211 and the second header region 212 are excessively different.
Specifically, the bottoms of the first and second liquid collecting regions 211 and 212 may be communicated with each other in the gravity direction, or the first and second liquid collecting regions 211 and 212 may have a bottom-to-top communication structure to increase the rate at which the contaminated liquid flows between the first and second liquid collecting regions 211 and 212. Alternatively, a cavity may be formed in a structure in which the first and second liquid collection regions 211 and 212 are connected to each other to communicate the first and second liquid collection regions 211 and 212 through the cavity, which may further reduce the number of connection structures between the first and second liquid collection regions 211 and 212.
Under the condition that the first liquid collecting area 211 and the second liquid collecting area 212 are communicated with each other, the first liquid collecting area 211 and the second liquid collecting area 212 are both provided with the top cover part 270, any one second flow guide section 273b is located between the first flow guide section 273a and the avoiding notch 215, and optionally, in the direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the roller brush, the size of the second flow guide section 273b is smaller than that of the first flow guide section 273 a.
With the above-described structure, when the cleaning device is tilted, the contaminated liquid contained in the first liquid collecting region 211 and the second liquid collecting region 212 flows first into the lower one. For example, if the first sump 211 is located lower than the second sump 212 in the gravity direction, the contaminated liquid in the second sump 212 may be first collected into the first sump 211, and the amount of the contaminated liquid in the first sump 211 is greater than that in the second sump 212. In this case, as shown in fig. 11, the amount of dirty liquid that can be retained in the first liquid collecting region 211 is related to the size of the first guide section 273a in the direction a, the amount of dirty liquid that can be retained in the second liquid collecting region 212 is related to the size of the second guide section 273b in the direction a, and the amount of dirty liquid that can be retained in the first liquid collecting region 211 and the second liquid collecting region 212 can be relatively large by making the size of the first guide section 273a larger than the size of the second guide section 273b, compared to the size of the first guide section 273a smaller than or equal to the size of the second guide section 273b, and thus the problem of dirty liquid splashing when the cleaning apparatus is tilted can be prevented.
In addition, the volume of the liquid collecting chamber 213 can be enlarged by projecting the top cover part 270 in a direction away from the liquid collecting part 210, and the problem of splashing of the dirty liquid when the cleaning device is tilted can be solved to some extent. Specifically, the space between the capping wall 272 and the bottom of the sump portion 210 may be increased, so that the volume of the sump 213 may be increased.
In order to collect the sewage squeezed out from the front rolling brush 310 into the liquid collecting part 210 well, it is preferable that the escape notch 215 is provided on the surface of the liquid collecting part 210 close to the rear rolling brush 320, as shown in fig. 10, because the front rolling brush 310 absorbs the sewage on the surface to be cleaned preferentially to the rear rolling brush 320, and therefore, the amount of the sewage absorbed in the front rolling brush 310 is generally larger than the amount of the sewage absorbed in the rear rolling brush 320 at the same time point, and the amount of the sewage squeezed out from the front rolling brush 310 is larger than the amount of the sewage squeezed out from the rear rolling brush 320 under the action of the front and rear wiper strips.
In this case, since the avoiding notch 215 is not formed at the side of the liquid collecting part 210 close to the front roller brush 310, the sewage squeezed out from the front roller brush 310 can enter the first liquid collecting area 211 and the second liquid collecting area 212 through the side with a relatively large cross-sectional area, so that a large amount of sewage squeezed out from the front roller brush 310 can be collected into the liquid collecting part 210 quickly; meanwhile, since the amount of the sewage absorbed by the rear rolling brush 320 itself is relatively small, although the avoidance notch 215 is provided to occupy a part of the liquid collection part 210, the sewage squeezed out by the rear rolling brush 320 is hardly adversely affected by flowing into the first liquid collection area 211 and the second liquid collection area 212, and therefore the liquid collection part 210 with such a structure can ensure that the sewage squeezed out by the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 can be collected quickly and thoroughly.
As described above, the liquid such as the sewage adsorbed by the front and rear rollers 310 and 320 can be collected in the sewage housing mechanism 200 in such a manner that both the front and rear rollers 310 and 320 and the sewage housing mechanism 200 are pressed against each other. Of course, other ways of collecting the liquid absorbed by the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 can be adopted, such as vacuum suction, etc., and the description is not repeated here for brevity.
Further, the dirty liquid accommodating unit 200 may further include a wiper strip, and at least one of the front roller brush 310 and the rear roller brush 320 may be provided with the wiper strip, so as to further increase the speed and the thoroughness of the dirty liquid to be separated from the roller brush by the wiper strip.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the front rolling brush 310 may be provided with a front liquid-scraping bar 220, and the front liquid-scraping bar 220 and the front rolling brush 310 are in press fit, so as to improve the thorough degree of squeezing out the liquid in the front rolling brush 310, so that the front rolling brush 310 can absorb more sewage in the subsequent wiping and cleaning processes, and as the rotation process of the front rolling brush 310 progresses, the liquid such as sewage on the front rolling brush 310 may be squeezed out into the liquid-collecting part 210 in time, which may prevent the wet-skid degree of the cleaned surface wiped by the front rolling brush 310 from being too high.
When the front roller brush 310 rotates counterclockwise to make the cleaning device have a tendency to move forward, the front liquid scraping bar 220 may be disposed on a side of the front roller brush 310 close to the liquid collecting portion 210, specifically, the front liquid scraping bar 220 may extend along a majority of the front roller brush 310, and a portion of the front liquid scraping bar 220 is in press fit with the front roller brush 310, so that after the front roller brush 310 adsorbs liquid, as the rotation of the front roller brush 310 proceeds, the front liquid scraping bar 220 presses the liquid adsorbed by the front roller brush 310 by pressing the front roller brush 310 against each other, and the liquid squeezed from the front roller brush 310 may flow against the surface of the front roller brush 310 and finally flow into the liquid collecting chamber 213 through the liquid collecting port 271. Alternatively, the front wiping strip 220 may be connected to the upper cover 260 by a connecting structure, or the front wiping strip 220 and the upper cover 260 may be integrally formed.
Further, the liquid collecting part 210 can be arranged close to the front liquid scraping bar 220 as much as possible, so that liquid extruded by the front liquid scraping bar 220 can flow into the liquid collecting part 210 more quickly and thoroughly, and the phenomenon that liquid such as sewage is splashed after being separated from the front rolling brush 310 or flows out of a cleaning device or even directly flows onto a cleaned surface to influence the cleaning effect of the cleaned surface is prevented.
Further, the liquid collecting part 210 for collecting liquid such as sewage may be detachably connected to the housing 100, and in this case, when the sewage in the liquid collecting chamber 213 needs to be poured, the liquid collecting part 210 is only required to be detached from the housing 100 to separately clean the liquid collecting part 210, which further improves the convenience of the cleaning apparatus. In order to facilitate the detachment of the liquid collecting part 210 from the casing 100, it is preferable that a handle 217 is further provided on the liquid collecting part 210 as shown in fig. 11, and the difficulty of detaching the liquid collecting part 210 is reduced by the handle 217.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, the dirty liquid accommodating mechanism 200 may further include a liquid guiding portion 230, the liquid guiding portion 230 may be connected to the liquid collecting portion 210, and the liquid guiding portion 230 may be provided for the front wiping bar 220, so that during the process of press-fitting the front wiping bar 220 and the front roller brush 310, the liquid guiding portion 230 may provide a guiding effect for the liquid such as the squeezed dirty water, which may allow the dirty water to flow into the liquid collecting cavity 213 through the liquid collecting port 271 more quickly and directly. Meanwhile, in the process from the time when the liquid such as sewage is squeezed out to the time when the liquid such as sewage flows into the liquid collecting cavity 213, the liquid such as sewage can be prevented from being sucked into the front rolling brush 310 again by the liquid guiding part 230, which can enable the sewage in the front rolling brush 310 to be squeezed out more thoroughly, so as to further improve the cleaning and drying degree of the cleaned surface after wiping.
Alternatively, the liquid guide part 230 may be formed by extending the side wall of the liquid collecting part 210 obliquely to reduce the difficulty in forming and installing the liquid guide part 230, and the liquid guide part 230 may be made to cooperate with the upper part of the front roll brush 310 on the side close to the liquid collecting part 210 in the gravity direction, so that the liquid guide part 230 may not only provide a guiding function, but also further squeeze out the dirty liquid adsorbed in the front roll brush 310 by pressing against the front roll brush 310.
Further, after a certain period of operation, the amount of liquid such as sewage absorbed in the rear roller brush 320 may be relatively large, and it may be difficult to squeeze out the sewage in the rear roller brush 320 only by pressing the side wall of the sump 210 against each other. In order to ensure that the contaminated liquid adsorbed by the rear roller brush 320 can be collected into the liquid collecting chamber 213 more quickly and completely, in the case where the front roller brush 310 and the rear roller brush 320 are both provided with the driving mechanism 400, the front roller brush 310 may be rotated counterclockwise and the rear roller brush 320 may be rotated clockwise to simultaneously provide the front roller brush 310 and the rear roller brush 320 with the liquid scraping bars.
Specifically, similar to the front liquid scraping bar 220, the position of the rear liquid scraping bar 240 corresponds to the position of the front liquid scraping bar 220, that is, the rear liquid scraping bar 240 may be disposed on one side of the rear roller brush 320 close to the liquid collecting portion 210, and the rear liquid scraping bar 240 may extend along a majority of the rear roller brush 320, and a portion of the rear liquid scraping bar 240 may be in press fit with the rear roller brush 320, so that in the process of clockwise rotation after the rear roller brush 310 absorbs liquid, the rear liquid scraping bar 240 may be pressed against the rear roller brush 320 to press out the liquid absorbed by the rear roller brush 320, and the liquid squeezed out from the rear roller brush 320 may flow along the surface of the rear roller brush 320 and finally flow into the liquid collecting cavity 213 through the liquid collecting port 271 corresponding to the rear roller brush 320. Further, the liquid guide part 230 may be provided to the rear wiper strip 240, so that the contaminated liquid extruded from the rear wiper strip 240 may be relatively rapidly and thoroughly collected in the liquid collection chamber 213.
Optionally, the front liquid scraping strip 220 and the rear liquid scraping strip 240 may be disposed on the upper cover 260, the front liquid scraping strip 220, the rear liquid scraping strip 240 and the upper cover 260 may be formed in an integrated manner, and the front liquid scraping strip 220 and the rear liquid scraping strip 240 may be symmetrically disposed, so that in the process that the front rolling brush 310 rotates counterclockwise and the rear rolling brush 320 rotates clockwise, the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 respectively extrude the dirty liquid on the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320 respectively by means of the front liquid scraping strip 220 and the rear liquid scraping strip 240.
In addition, in the case where the front and rear rollers 310 and 320 are rotated in opposite directions, the force applied between the front roller 310 and the surface to be cleaned, such as the floor, is opposite to the force applied between the rear roller 320 and the surface to be cleaned by the driving of each driving mechanism 400, so that the user can move the cleaning apparatus by the handle 510 with substantially equal force applied for the forward and backward movements without applying a greater force for the forward (or backward) movement. In addition, parameters such as friction coefficients and contact areas of the front rolling brush 310 and the rear rolling brush 320, and driving forces of the driving mechanisms 400 can be designed, so that the acting forces between the front rolling brush 310 and the cleaning surface and between the rear rolling brush 320 and the cleaning surface are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, and further, the force applied by a user in the process of pushing the cleaning device in front and pulling the cleaning device in rear is basically the same, the use process of the cleaning device is more labor-saving, and the user experience is improved.
In order to further prevent the slop liquid from splashing, optionally, a flexible sealing strip may be further disposed between the upper cover 260 and the liquid collecting part 210, so as to further improve the air tightness between the upper cover 260 and the liquid collecting part 210 by means of the flexible sealing strip, and prevent the slop liquid in the liquid collecting cavity 213 from splashing from the liquid collecting port 271. Specifically, the flexible sealing strip may be made of rubber or silicone, and the shape of the flexible sealing strip may be determined according to the shape of the covering connection between the upper cover 260 and the liquid collecting part 210.
As described above, before or during the cleaning operation of the cleaned surface, the cleaning effect of the cleaning device can be improved by spraying clean water through the liquid supply part 610, and in order to further improve the convenience of the cleaning operation, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the cleaning device disclosed by the utility model can further include the liquid spraying mechanism 600, the liquid spraying mechanism 600 can be installed on the housing 100, and the liquid spraying mechanism 600 can include the liquid supply part 610, the switch and the spraying part 620, the spraying part 620 is connected with the liquid supply part 610 through the switch, and the spraying part 620 is matched with the front rolling brush 310.
The liquid supply part 610 can contain clear water with a set volume, before cleaning, a user can load the clear water or the clear water mixed with a cleaning agent into the liquid supply part 610, then when cleaning is performed, the clear water contained in the liquid supply part 610 can be sprayed to the front of the front rolling brush 310 through the spraying part 620 by opening the switch, and further when the front rolling brush 310 moves relative to a cleaned surface, under the action of the cleaning water, the contact effect between the front rolling brush 310 and the cleaned surface can be improved, and the cleaning water can generate a certain dissolving effect on stains, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning equipment on the cleaned surface is better.
Specifically, the liquid supply portion 610 may be mounted on the housing 100, and in a case that the cleaning apparatus is provided with the handle 510, the liquid supply portion 610 may also be mounted on the handle 510, and the spraying portion 620 may also be mounted on the handle 510, which may increase a spraying range of the spraying portion 620 to a certain extent, and ensure that a certain amount of cleaning water may be sprayed on an area of the cleaned surface in front of the front roller brush 310, so as to improve a cleaning effect of the cleaned surface. In addition, in the process of secondary cleaning or drying the cleaned surface, the cleaning water can be prevented from being continuously sprayed onto the cleaned surface in a mode of closing the switch.
In order to further improve the spraying uniformity and the spraying effect of the cleaning water, preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the liquid spraying mechanism 600 may further include a pump 630, and parameters such as power of the pump 630 may be determined according to actual requirements. The liquid supply part 610 can be connected with the spraying part 620 through the pump 630, and the opening and closing of the pump 630 is controlled by the switch, so that the spraying range of the cleaning water is enlarged under the action of the pump 630, the cleaning water has larger initial kinetic energy under the action of the pump 630, and then the pre-cleaning effect can be generated on the stain on the cleaned surface by the cleaning water, so that the overall cleaning capacity of the cleaning device is further improved.
