Claims (10)

1. An electric machine housing, comprising:
the side wall and the bottom of the front shell are both provided with first heat dissipation holes, the bottom of the front shell is provided with a first shaft hole for mounting a spherical bearing, and the top of the front shell is provided with a first mounting plate which is bent outwards along the radial direction;
the side wall and the bottom of the rear shell are both provided with second heat dissipation holes, the side wall is also provided with wire outlet holes, the bottom of the rear shell is provided with second shaft holes for mounting spherical bearings, the top of the rear shell is provided with a second mounting plate matched with the first mounting plate, the second mounting plate is bent outwards along the radial direction, and the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are detachably connected;
and the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole are respectively provided with a gland used for fixing the spherical bearing.

The motor housing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the pressing cover is formed with a bearing positioning hole for limiting the spherical bearing, a sidewall of the bearing positioning hole is bent upward in the axial direction, and a bottom of the pressing cover is formed with a fixing edge extending outward in the radial direction.

The motor housing of claim 2, wherein the front shell and the rear shell are both provided with a clamping structure for fixing the gland, the clamping structure comprises a clamping plate for fixing the fixing edge, and the clamping plate is arranged on the outer sides of the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole.

The motor housing as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom of the front shell is provided with a first collar for mounting a ball bearing, the first shaft hole is provided in the first collar, and the first collar includes a sloped wall extending obliquely upward along the first shaft hole and a ring wall extending from the sloped wall to the first shaft hole; and a second convex ring corresponding to the first convex ring is arranged at the bottom of the rear shell, and the second shaft hole is formed in the second convex ring.

The motor housing according to claim 1, further comprising a bearing clip for limiting the spherical bearing, wherein the bearing clip is installed in the gland, the bearing clip comprises six elastic gaskets which are evenly distributed in a circular shape, one end of each of the six elastic gaskets close to the shaft center is provided with a protruding portion for limiting the spherical bearing, one end of each of the six elastic gaskets far away from the shaft center extends obliquely upwards along the radial direction towards the outer side, and each of the six elastic gaskets is hollow.
6. The motor housing of claim 5, further comprising a bearing washer disposed within the gland for absorbing lubricant, the bearing washer mating with the bearing clip.

The motor housing of claim 1, wherein the first mounting plate defines a first threaded hole, the second mounting plate defines a second threaded hole that is complementary to the second threaded hole, and the first mounting plate is bolted to the second mounting plate via the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole.
8. The motor housing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the front housing and the bottom of the rear housing are both provided with a connecting hole for mounting a motor, and both sides of the connecting hole are further provided with a limiting hole for fixing a connecting screw, and the limiting hole is communicated with the connecting hole.
9. The motor housing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner sides of the side walls of the front and rear cases are each provided with a positioning bar for limiting the motor.
10. An electrical machine comprising a housing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
