Some motors are installed in the washing apparatus to enable the washing apparatus to perform washing work, such as driving a drum of the washing apparatus to rotate. But the cleaning equipment during operation need use water, and the motor is installed in the cleaning equipment, and motor drive has into water risk, makes the circuit board of driver meet water easily, and the circuit board after meeting water can damage, leads to the unable normal work of motor.
To this end, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention proposes an electric machine 1000, specifically illustrated in fig. 1 to 7 of the drawings of the specification.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention relates to a motor 1000 including a stator assembly 100, a rear cover 200, a driver 300, a front cover 700, and a rotor assembly 800. Rear end cover 200 is fixed to one end of stator assembly 100, and front end cover 700 is fixed to the other end of stator assembly 100. Note that the rear end cover 200 and the front end cover 700 are made of Bulk Molding Compound (BMC). It is further noted that rotor assembly 800 is partially disposed within stator assembly 100 and is rotatably coupled to back end cap 200 and front end cap 700. With continued reference to fig. 1, it is noted that the back end cap 200 is provided with a waterproof sheet 210, and the waterproof sheet 210 extends in a direction away from the stator assembly 100. The driver 300 includes a housing 310 and a circuit board 320, the housing 310 is connected to a side of the rear end cap 200 facing away from the stator assembly 100, and the housing 310 and the waterproof plate 210 cooperate to form a waterproof structure. In one embodiment, the housing 310 is coupled to the flashing 210. It should be noted that an opening 311 is formed on a side of the housing 310 facing the rear cover 200, and the circuit board 320 is mounted in the housing 310 through the opening 311. It can be understood that, with the above arrangement, the waterproof structure formed by the casing 310 and the circuit board 320 can prevent the driver 300 from being waterproof from two directions, so as to reduce the risk of water entering the driver 300 and make the circuit board 320 not easily meet water.
Referring to fig. 2, it should be noted that the motor 1000 is generally disposed at the bottom of the washing apparatus, and water may drip from above the motor 1000 to the motor 1000, so in practical use, the waterproof plate 210 is disposed upward to block water and prevent water from directly dripping to the circuit board 320. Meanwhile, the water blocked by the waterproof board 210 may come to the matching position of the waterproof board 210 and the shell 310 and flow down along the outer side wall of the shell 310. In this process, the circuit board 320 is always isolated from water under the protection of the waterproof board 210 and the housing 310. In summary, the waterproof structure formed by the housing 310 and the waterproof board 210 can effectively prevent the circuit board 320 from contacting water.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a motor 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a circuit board 320 is provided with a capacitor 321, and the capacitor 321 is located on a side of the circuit board 320 facing the rear end cap 200. It can be understood that, with the above arrangement, the housing 310 of the driver 300 does not need to cover the capacitor 321, but only serves as a board body for mounting the circuit board 320, so that the shape of the housing 310 of the driver 300 can be set more simply, and the volume can be set smaller. Since the housing 310 of the driver 300 is generally made of cast aluminum, the cost is high, and the cost of the motor 1000 can be effectively reduced by the above arrangement. It can be understood that if the capacitor 321 is on fire, the waterproof structure formed by the casing 310 and the waterproof board 210 can prevent fire from spreading to the washing device body.
