A portion of the sliding portion 431 located below the rack portion 432, i.e., a bottom portion of the sliding portion 431, has a C-shape. The bottom of the sliding part 431 is engaged with both sides of the sliding rail 111 and can move along the sliding rail 111.
When the spray gun 20 and the slide block 43 move synchronously, the slide rail 111 can provide guidance for the movement of the slide block 43, and the slide block 43 is prevented from deviating from the set movement track, so that the spray gun 20 is ensured to move on the set movement track, and a better cleaning function of the spray gun 20 is ensured.
The connecting portion 433 is disposed on the top of the sliding portion 431, and the connecting portion 433 is provided with a through hole 4331. The limiting portion 32 of the supporting frame 30 passes through the through hole 4331, so that the shaft connecting portion 33 passes through the through hole 4331, and the supporting frame 30 is in transmission connection with the sliding block 43, thereby realizing the synchronous movement of the supporting frame 30 and the sliding block 43.
The plane of the top end surface of the supporting frame 30 of this embodiment is higher than the plane of the top end surface of the connecting portion 433 of the slider 43. This kind of setting can avoid the support frame 30 to deviate from the slider 43, guarantees that the support frame 30 can follow-up in the slider 43 steadily, guarantees the stability that support frame 30 and spray gun 20 removed.
An end portion of the rack portion 432 is fixed to a side of the sliding portion 431 facing away from the guide frame, that is, a front end of the rack portion 432 is fixed to a rear side of the sliding portion 431. The rack portion 432 is provided with interlocking teeth 4321, and the interlocking teeth 4321 are engaged with the driving teeth 421 on the outer periphery of the wheel 42 of the driving teeth 421.
The driving motor 41 of this embodiment is a forward and reverse motor, when the forward and reverse motor works, the driving gear 421 rotates the wheel 42, the rack portion 432 moves forward or backward through the engagement of the linkage teeth 4321 and the driving gear 421, so that the slide block 43 moves in the forward and backward direction, and the slide block 43 drives the spray gun 20 to extend or retract.
The slide block 43 is in transmission connection with the driving gear 421 through the self-structure rack part 432, so that the movement of the spray gun 20 is realized, the arrangement of transmission parts in the driving assembly 40 is reduced, the integral structure of the cleaning device 100 is simplified, and the miniaturization design of the cleaning device 100 is facilitated. Meanwhile, the rack portion 432 is externally arranged on the base 10, the length corresponding to the rack portion 432 can be set according to the moving stroke of the spray gun 20, interference and limitation of relevant structural components are not needed, the walking distance of the spray gun 20 can be guaranteed, the spray gun 20 can reach all cleaning areas, the overall cleaning effect of the cleaning device 100 is enhanced, and the use experience of a user is optimized.
As shown in fig. 1, in the cleaning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, before the cleaning operation, the support frame 30 is relatively close to the driving motor 41 together with the spray gun 20. At this time, the lance 20 is disposed to be inclined with respect to the base 10, and the vertical dimension occupied by the lance 20 in the space in the height direction is H.
When the driving motor 41 is operated, the driving teeth 421 and the wheel 42 are rotated, and the rack portion 432 is moved forward by the engagement of the interlocking teeth 4321 with the driving teeth 421, so that the slider 43 is moved forward. The movement of the slide 43 moves the support 30 and thus the spray gun 20 relative to the base 10. In the moving process of the spray gun 20, the limit protrusion 3211 on the support frame 30 is limited in the guide chute 121, so that the moving track of the spray gun 20 is consistent with the trend of the guide chute 121.
When the lance 20 moves along the guide chute 121, the lance 20 first moves in the transverse groove section 1211, i.e., translates forward relative to the base 10. The distance that lance 20 projects laterally is progressively longer in this case, but the vertical dimension H of lance 20 is unchanged. When the lance 20 and the support frame 30 move in the guide chute 121 in the transition area between the transverse groove section 1211 and the inclined groove section 1212, the vertical dimension H of the lance 20 becomes larger and its projecting distance in the height direction becomes longer.
When the spray gun 20 moves along with the support 30 in the inclined groove section 1212 of the guide chute 121, the support 30 and the spray gun 20 only make a translational motion downwards relative to the base 10. At this time, the vertical dimension H of the lance 20 is not changed any more, but the distance it projects in the height direction becomes long. Until the final extended state is reached, as shown in fig. 2.
When the driving motor 41 drives the driving gear 421 and the gear 42 to rotate reversely, the movement track and the movement form of the spray gun 20 are opposite to those of the above situation, and the spray gun 20 is retracted after the cleaning operation is completed.
Through the setting of the guide chute 121, the spray gun 20 moves on the transverse groove section 1211 along with the support frame 30, and then moves on the inclined groove section 1212, so that the extended distance is relatively long under the condition of ensuring the extended state, the occupation of the spray gun 20 in the space in the height direction inside the toilet lid 200 can be reduced, the purpose of relatively long-distance extension and retraction of the spray gun 20 in a low space is achieved, and the design of lightening, thinning and miniaturization of the intelligent toilet is favorably realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application further provides an intelligent toilet. The intelligent toilet comprises a toilet body, a toilet cover 200, a seat ring 300, a flip cover 400 and the cleaning device 100.
Wherein, the toilet lid 200 is disposed on the top of the toilet body. The seat 300 is provided on the top surface of the toilet lid 200 and is rotatable with respect to the toilet lid 200. The lid 400 is disposed above the seat 300 and can rotate with respect to the toilet lid 200. The cleaning device 100 is disposed inside the toilet lid 200, and the base 10 of the cleaning device 100 is fixed to the toilet lid 200.
When the spray gun 20 of the cleaning device 100 is in the extended state, the spray gun 20 is exposed out of the toilet lid 200 and extends into the lower portion of the seat 300 to perform the cleaning function. When the spray gun 20 is in the retracted state, the spray gun 20 is hidden inside the toilet lid 200.
To the belt cleaning device and intelligent closestool for closestool of this embodiment, the spray gun is overall structure, through the cooperation of driving motor, drive gear and slider, can provide the power of back-and-forth movement for support frame and spray gun, realizes stretching out or packing up of spray gun.
