In the present embodiment, the holster part 31 has an arc shape, and the holster part 31 is fixed to the outer wall of the gun body 11 and positioned above the rack part 12. The shaft connecting portion 33 is rod-shaped, and one end thereof is connected to the outer wall of the holster portion 31, and the other end thereof is connected to the stopper portion 32. The axial direction of the coupling portion 33 coincides with the radial direction of the gun case portion 31, and the axial direction of the coupling portion 33 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the torch 10.
The limiting portion 32 of the present embodiment is C-shaped, and the limiting portion 32 is engaged with the guide plate 40. A pair of opposite spacing protrusions 321 are protruded from the interior of the spacing portion 32, and the two spacing protrusions 321 are respectively located at two sides of the guide plate 40 and extend into the guide sliding groove 41 on the guide plate 40.
When the spray gun 10 moves in the front-rear direction, the limiting protrusion 321 is limited in the guide chute 41 to limit the movement track of the support frame 30 and the spray gun 10 to the trend of the guide chute 41. In addition, the movement track of the support frame 30 is guided and limited by the limiting protrusion 321 and the guide chute 41, so that the movement stability of the support frame 30 and the spray gun 10 can be ensured.
Further, the driving assembly 50 of the present embodiment includes a driving motor 51 and a driving gear 52. After the driving motor 51 is assembled with the guide frame 20, the output end of the driving motor 51 faces the stopper 23 of the guide frame 20. The driving gear 52 is located in a space between the stopper 23 and the fixing arm 221, and is connected to an output end of the driving motor 51.
The drive gear 52 provided between the stopper 23 and the fixing arm 221 is located below the spray gun 10 and corresponds to the rack portion 12 of the spray gun 10. The driving gear 52 has driving teeth 521 formed on the outer periphery thereof, and the rack portion 12 has interlocking teeth 121 formed thereon, the interlocking teeth 121 being engaged with the driving teeth 521.
The driving motor 51 is a forward and reverse motor, and when the driving motor 51 works, the driving gear 52 rotates to enable the driving gear 52 to drive the rack portion 12 to move, so that the spray gun 10 moves forwards or backwards relative to the guide plate 40, and the spray gun 10 is extended or retracted.
As shown in fig. 1, in the cleaning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, before the cleaning operation, the supporting frame 30 is relatively far away from the guide frame 20 and the driving motor 51. At this time, the lance 10 is disposed obliquely to the guide plate 40, and the vertical dimension occupied by the lance 10 in the space in the height direction is H.
When the driving motor 51 is operated, the driving motor 51 rotates the driving gear 52. Due to the meshing engagement of the drive teeth 521 with the interlocking teeth 121, the rack portion 12 moves forward to move the spray gun 10 forward when the drive gear 52 rotates. In the moving process of the spray gun 10, the limiting protrusion 321 on the supporting frame 30 is limited in the guiding chute 41, so that the moving track of the spray gun 10 is consistent with the trend of the guiding chute 41.
When the lance 10 moves along the course of the guide chute 41, the lance 10 first moves in the transverse trough section 411, i.e. translates forward relative to the guide plate 40. The distance that lance 10 projects laterally at this time is progressively longer, but the vertical dimension H of lance 10 is unchanged. When the spray gun 10 and the supporting frame 30 move on the transition area between the transverse trough section 411 and the inclined trough section 412 in the guide chute 41, the spray gun 10 and the supporting frame 30 can integrally turn, and at the same time, the spray gun 10 drives the guide frame 20 to rotate relative to the guide plate 40. As the spray gun 10 rotates, the vertical dimension H of the spray gun 10 becomes gradually larger, and the distance by which it protrudes in the height direction becomes longer.
When the lance 10 moves with the inclined groove section 412 of the support frame 30 in the guide chute 41, the support frame 30 and the lance 10 only move in a translational manner downwards relative to the guide plate 40. At this time, the vertical dimension H of the lance 10 is not changed any more, but its projecting distance in the height direction becomes long. Until the final extended state is reached, as shown in fig. 2.
When the motor body drives the driving gear 52 to rotate reversely, the movement track and the movement form of the spray gun 10 are opposite to those of the above situation, and the spray gun 10 is retracted after the cleaning operation is completed.
Through the setting of direction spout 41, spray gun 10 moves on horizontal groove section 411 with support frame 30 earlier, turns to the slope groove section 412 and moves again, when guaranteeing that its extended state stretches out the distance longer, can reduce the occupation of spray gun 10 space on toilet lid 200 inside direction of height, has reached the flexible purpose of spray gun 10 longer distance in low space, is favorable to realizing the design of intelligent closestool frivolousization and miniaturization.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application further provides an intelligent toilet. The intelligent toilet comprises a toilet body, a toilet cover 200, a seat ring 300, a flip cover 400 and the cleaning device 100.
Wherein, the toilet lid 200 is disposed on the top of the toilet body. The seat 300 is provided on the top surface of the toilet lid 200 and is rotatable with respect to the toilet lid 200. The lid 400 is disposed above the seat 300 and can rotate with respect to the toilet lid 200. The cleaning device 100 is disposed inside the toilet lid 200, and the guide plate 40 of the cleaning device 100 is fixed to the toilet lid 200.
When the spray gun 10 of the cleaning device 100 is in the extended state, the spray gun 10 is exposed out of the toilet lid 200 and extends into the lower portion of the seat 300 to achieve the cleaning function for cleaning the buttocks of the human body. When the spray gun 10 is in the retracted state, the spray gun 10 is hidden inside the toilet lid 200.
To the belt cleaning device and the intelligent closestool for closestool of this embodiment, the spray gun is overall structure, and the structure rack portion of spray gun self can be connected with drive gear transmission, under driving motor's effect, realizes the removal of spray gun, and the functional integrated level of each part of belt cleaning device is high. The guide frame can provide a mounting position for the driving assembly while providing guiding and supporting functions for the spray gun, so that the arrangement of related connecting parts is reduced, the integral structure of the device is optimized, and the cleaning device is effectively simplified. The driving gear and the rack portion are arranged, the transmission structure is simple, the matching reliability of the driving gear and the rack portion is high, the length corresponding to the rack portion can be set according to the moving stroke of the spray gun, the walking distance of the spray gun can be guaranteed without being limited by interference and limitation of related structural components, all cleaning areas can be reached by the spray gun, the overall cleaning effect of the cleaning device is enhanced, and the use experience of a user is optimized.
