As shown in fig. 1, in the cleaning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, before the cleaning operation, the support frame 40 is relatively close to the driving motor 51 together with the spray gun 20. At this time, the lance 20 is disposed to be inclined with respect to the base 10, and the vertical dimension occupied by the lance 20 in the space in the height direction is H.
When the drive motor 51 operates, the drive gear 52 rotates, and the rack portion 532 moves forward by the engagement of the interlocking teeth 5321 with the drive teeth 521, so that the slider 53 moves forward. The movement of the slide 53 moves the support 40 and thus the spray gun 20 relative to the base 10. In the moving process of the spray gun 20, the limit protrusion 421 on the support frame 40 is limited in the guide chute 121, so that the moving track of the spray gun 20 is consistent with the trend of the guide chute 121.
When the lance 20 moves along the guide chute 121, the lance 20 first moves in the transverse groove section 1211, i.e., translates forward relative to the base 10. The distance that lance 20 projects laterally is progressively longer in this case, but the vertical dimension H of lance 20 is unchanged. When the spray gun 20 and the support 40 move in the transition area between the transverse slot 1211 and the inclined slot 1212 of the guide chute 121, the spray gun 20 and the support 40 can turn integrally, and the spray gun 20 drives the guide frame 30 to rotate relative to the base 10. As the spray gun 20 rotates, the vertical dimension H of the spray gun 20 becomes gradually larger, and the distance by which it protrudes in the height direction becomes longer.
When the spray gun 20 moves along with the inclined groove section 1212 of the support frame 40 in the guide chute 121, the support frame 40 and the spray gun 20 only make a translational motion downwards relative to the base 10. At this time, the vertical dimension H of the lance 20 is not changed any more, but the distance it projects in the height direction becomes long. Until the final extended state is reached, as shown in fig. 2.
When the driving motor 51 drives the driving gear 52 to rotate reversely, the movement track and the movement form of the spray gun 20 are opposite to the above situation, and the spray gun 20 is retracted after the cleaning operation is completed.
