The connecting portion 533 is disposed on the top of the sliding portion 531, and the connecting portion 533 is provided with a through hole 5331. The limiting portion of the supporting frame 40 passes through the through hole 5331, so that the shaft connecting portion 43 passes through the through hole 5331, the supporting frame 40 is in transmission connection with the sliding block 53, and the supporting frame 40 and the sliding block 53 move synchronously.
The plane of the top end surface of the supporting frame 40 of this embodiment is higher than the plane of the top end surface of the connecting portion 533 in the sliding block 53. This kind of setting can avoid support frame 40 to deviate from slider 53, guarantees that support frame 40 can follow-up in slider 53 steadily, guarantees the stability that support frame 40 and spray gun 20 removed.
An end portion of the rack portion 532 is fixed to a side of the sliding portion 531 facing away from the guide frame 30, that is, a front end of the rack portion 532 is fixed to a rear side of the sliding portion 531. The rack portion 532 is provided with interlocking teeth 5321, and the interlocking teeth 5321 are engaged with the driving teeth 521 on the outer periphery of the driving gear 52.
The driving motor 51 of the present embodiment is a forward and reverse motor, and when the forward and reverse motor works, the driving gear 52 rotates, and the rack portion 532 moves forward or backward by the engagement of the linkage teeth 5321 and the driving teeth 521, so that the slider 53 moves in the forward and backward direction, and the slider 53 drives the spray gun 20 to extend or retract.
The slide block 53 is in transmission connection with the driving gear 52 through a self-structure rack part 532, so that the movement of the spray gun 20 is realized, the arrangement of transmission parts in the driving assembly 50 is reduced, the integral structure of the cleaning device 100 is simplified, and the miniaturization design of the cleaning device 100 is favorably realized. Meanwhile, the rack portion 532 is externally arranged on the base 10, the length corresponding to the rack portion 532 can be set according to the moving stroke of the spray gun 20, interference and limitation of relevant structural components are not needed, the walking distance of the spray gun 20 can be guaranteed, the spray gun 20 can reach all cleaning areas, the overall cleaning effect of the cleaning device 100 is enhanced, and the use experience of a user is optimized.
As shown in fig. 1, in the cleaning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, before the cleaning operation, the support frame 40 is relatively close to the driving motor 51 together with the spray gun 20. At this time, the lance 20 is disposed to be inclined with respect to the base 10, and the vertical dimension occupied by the lance 20 in the space in the height direction is H.
When the drive motor 51 operates, the drive gear 52 rotates, and the rack portion 532 moves forward by the engagement of the interlocking teeth 5321 with the drive teeth 521, so that the slider 53 moves forward. The movement of the slide 53 moves the support 40 and thus the spray gun 20 relative to the base 10. In the moving process of the spray gun 20, the limit protrusion 421 on the support frame 40 is limited in the guide chute 121, so that the moving track of the spray gun 20 is consistent with the trend of the guide chute 121.
When the lance 20 moves along the guide chute 121, the lance 20 first moves in the transverse groove section 1211, i.e., translates forward relative to the base 10. The distance that lance 20 projects laterally is progressively longer in this case, but the vertical dimension H of lance 20 is unchanged. When the spray gun 20 and the support 40 move in the transition area between the transverse slot 1211 and the inclined slot 1212 of the guide chute 121, the spray gun 20 and the support 40 can turn integrally, and the spray gun 20 drives the guide frame 30 to rotate relative to the base 10. As the spray gun 20 rotates, the vertical dimension H of the spray gun 20 becomes gradually larger, and the distance by which it protrudes in the height direction becomes longer.
When the spray gun 20 moves along with the inclined groove section 1212 of the support frame 40 in the guide chute 121, the support frame 40 and the spray gun 20 only make a translational motion downwards relative to the base 10. At this time, the vertical dimension H of the lance 20 is not changed any more, but the distance it projects in the height direction becomes long. Until the final extended state is reached, as shown in fig. 2.
When the driving motor 51 drives the driving gear 52 to rotate reversely, the movement track and the movement form of the spray gun 20 are opposite to the above situation, and the spray gun 20 is retracted after the cleaning operation is completed.
Through the setting of the guide chute 121, the spray gun 20 moves on the transverse groove section 1211 along with the support frame 40, and then moves on the inclined groove section 1212, so that the extended distance is relatively long under the condition of ensuring the extended state, the occupation of the spray gun 20 in the space in the height direction inside the toilet lid 200 can be reduced, the purpose of relatively long-distance extension and retraction of the spray gun 20 in a low space is achieved, and the design of lightening, thinning and miniaturization of the intelligent toilet is favorably realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application further provides an intelligent toilet. The intelligent toilet comprises a toilet body, a toilet cover 200, a seat ring 300, a flip cover 400 and the cleaning device 100.
Wherein, the toilet lid 200 is disposed on the top of the toilet body. The seat 300 is provided on the top surface of the toilet lid 200 and is rotatable with respect to the toilet lid 200. The lid 400 is disposed above the seat 300 and can rotate with respect to the toilet lid 200. The cleaning device 100 is disposed inside the toilet lid 200, and the base 10 of the cleaning device 100 is fixed to the toilet lid 200.
When the spray gun 20 of the cleaning device 100 is in the extended state, the spray gun 20 is exposed out of the toilet lid 200 and extends into the lower portion of the seat 300 to perform the cleaning function. When the spray gun 20 is in the retracted state, the spray gun 20 is hidden inside the toilet lid 200.
To the belt cleaning device and intelligent closestool for closestool of this embodiment, the spray gun is overall structure, through the cooperation of driving motor, drive gear and slider, can provide the power of back-and-forth movement for support frame and spray gun, realizes stretching out or packing up of spray gun. The guide frame can also be matched with the support frame to provide reversing guide while providing a support for the spray gun, so that the deviation of the movement track of the spray gun is avoided. The slider is connected with the drive gear through the structure rack portion of self, realizes the removal of spray gun, has reduced drive assembly in the setting of drive disk assembly, has simplified belt cleaning device's overall structure, is favorable to realizing belt cleaning device's miniaturized design. Meanwhile, the matching reliability of the driving teeth and the rack part is high, and the joint of the driving teeth and the rack part is exposed out of the base, so that the cleaning device is convenient to overhaul and replace and is used for ensuring the service life of the cleaning device. In addition, the rack part is externally arranged on the base, the length corresponding to the rack part can be set according to the moving stroke of the spray gun, the walking distance of the spray gun can be guaranteed without being limited by interference and limitation of related structural components, the spray gun can reach all cleaning areas, the overall cleaning effect of the cleaning device is enhanced, and the use experience of a user is optimized.
