Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of display screens, in particular to a cover plate, a display screen and a mobile terminal.
Background
In the related art, in the production or transportation process of the display screen, the display screen is prone to being collided by external objects, so that the problem of black spots of the display screen is caused, and the yield of the display screen is influenced. In addition, in the process of assembling the display screen in the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, the display screen is prone to be collided by external objects, so that the problem of black spots of the display screen is caused, and the yield of the mobile terminal is affected.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present disclosure is based on the discovery and recognition by the inventors of the following facts and problems:
as shown in fig. 4, in the related art, the display panel 200 includes a cover plate 10 and a display panel main body 20, and an edge of the display panel main body 20 is completely exposed to the outside. When the display panel 200 is assembled or transported, an external object easily collides with the edge of the display panel main body 20, and the display panel 200 may be blackened due to an external force. In addition, in the process of assembling the display 200 in a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, an external object is likely to collide with the edge of the display main body 20, which causes a black spot problem in the display 200.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be illustrative of the present disclosure, and should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a display screen 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a cover plate 1 and a display screen body 2.
A cover plate 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a cap plate 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a cap plate body 101 and a boss 102.
The cover body 101 has a first end surface 1011 and a second end surface 1012 opposed to each other in the thickness direction of the cover 1, and the second end surface 1012 has a fitting region 1013 for fitting to the display panel body 2.
The attachment region 1013 may be formed by the entire second end 1012, or the attachment region 1013 may be formed by a part of the second end 1012.
Specifically, when the boss 102 is connected to the side surface of the cover plate body 101, all of the second end surface 1012 is the fitting region 1013; when the boss 102 is connected to the second end 1012 of the cover plate body 101, the portion of the second end 1012 located inside the boss 102 is the fitting region 1013.

Thus, foreign objects can be effectively blocked outside the fit region 1013 by the boss 102. Furthermore, in the process of attaching the display screen main body 2 to the cover plate 1 and in the process of transporting the display screen 100, the boss 102 can effectively prevent the external object from colliding with the edge of the display screen main body 2, and prevent the display screen main body 20 from generating black spots due to the external force.
Therefore, the yield of the display screen 100 can be effectively improved by arranging the boss 102 on the cover plate body 101.
Therefore, the display screen 100 having the cover plate 1 of the embodiment of the present disclosure has the advantages of high yield, etc.

Optionally, the top end 1022 is located between the third end surface 201 and the fourth end surface 202 in the thickness direction of the cover plate 1, or the top end 1022 is flush with the fourth end surface 202. In other words, the boss 102 is not higher than the fourth end surface 202 of the display panel body 2.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the lower end of the boss 102 is located between the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the display screen body 2.
Therefore, when the boss 102 can effectively prevent the foreign object from entering the attachment region 1013, the overall thickness of the display screen 100 is not increased due to the boss 102.
In some embodiments, the boss 102 is a ring platform disposed around the attachment region 1013, and the ring platform is provided with an escape portion for escaping the circuit board.

Therefore, the area of the cover plate 1 is small, which is beneficial to reducing the material cost of the cover plate 1, thereby being beneficial to reducing the cost of the cover plate 1 and further being beneficial to reducing the cost of the display screen 100 with the cover plate 1.
In some embodiments, the cover plate body 101 is integrally formed with the boss 102. In other words, the cover plate body 101 and the boss 102 are of an integral structure.
Therefore, the cover plate 1 is convenient to process, the cost of the cover plate 1 is reduced, and the cost of the display screen 100 with the cover plate 1 is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inner side of the boss 102 is spaced apart from the outer side of the display screen body 2 to form the fitting gap 3.

2. The cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the boss is a circular table, the circular table is arranged around the attaching region, and an avoiding portion for avoiding the circuit board is arranged on the circular table.
3. The cover plate of claim 1, wherein the boss is provided in plurality, and the plurality of bosses are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction of the cover plate body.

a cover plate according to any one of claims 1-5; and
the display screen body is provided with a third end face and a fourth end face which are opposite to each other in the thickness direction of the cover plate, and the third end face is attached to the attaching area.
7. A display screen according to claim 6, wherein the inner side of the boss is spaced from the outer side of the display screen body to form a fitting gap.
8. A display screen according to claim 7, characterised in that the fitting clearance is 0.2mm-0.25 mm.
9. A display screen according to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that the assembly gap is filled with a filler.
10. A display screen according to claim 9, wherein at least a portion of the filler has a thickness less than a thickness of the display screen body, and the portion of the filler has a thickness less than a distance between the second end face and the top end.
11. The display screen according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the top end is located between the third end face and the fourth end face in the thickness direction of the cover plate; or
The top end is flush with the fourth end face.
12. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a housing; and
a display screen, the display screen being covered on the housing, the display screen being according to any one of claims 6-11.
