The waste bag arranging mechanism 1 comprises a pre-arranging frame 11, a box body 12, a first pressing plate 13, a second pressing plate 14, a first driving piece 15 and a second driving piece. The pre-sorting frame 11 is a rectangular frame, the top of the pre-sorting frame 11 is provided with an inlet 1101 for waste bags to fall into, and a placing platform 111 for placing the waste bags is arranged in the pre-sorting frame 11. Similarly, the second pressing plate 14 includes a vertical pushing portion 141, a horizontal portion 142 and a vertical limiting portion 143 connected in sequence, the vertical pushing portion 141 is erected at one side of the box 12, the horizontal portion 142 is horizontally attached to the bottom surface of the box 12, and the vertical limiting portion 143 vertically extends from the horizontal portion 142 to the bottom of the box 12. When the second pressing plate 14 slides towards the inside of the box body 12, the horizontal part 142 slides against the bottom surface of the box body 12, and the vertical pushing part 141 at the front end of the horizontal part 142 pushes the waste bag in the box body 12 to the binding machine 2 along the sliding direction; when the second pressing plate 14 slides for a predetermined distance, the vertical position-limiting portion 143 at the rear end of the horizontal portion 142 abuts against the edge of the box 12, so as to prevent the second pressing plate 14 from continuously sliding towards the inside of the box 12, and thus, the vertical position-limiting portion 143 performs a position-limiting function.
In another embodiment of the present application, the first presser plate 13 further includes a reinforcing rib 134 connected between the vertical pushing portion 131 and the horizontal portion 132 thereof. Alternatively, the reinforcing rib 134 has a triangular shape, a right angle is formed between the vertical push portion 131 and the horizontal portion 132, and the reinforcing rib 134 is connected to a right angle position formed between the vertical push portion 131 and the horizontal portion 132. The reinforcing ribs 134 function to reinforce the strength of the first presser plate 13. and/or the second driving piece is arranged at the bottom of the box body, and the driving end of the second driving piece is connected with the vertical limiting part of the second pressing plate.
6. The waste bag disposal mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein said first drive member is one of a pneumatic cylinder, an electric motor or an electric push rod;
and/or the second driving piece is one of an air cylinder, a motor or an electric push rod.
7. The waste bag collating mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the sliding directions of said first and second pressing plates are perpendicular to each other.
8. The waste bag collating mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the housing is adjacent the pre-collating frame, the placement platform and the bottom surface of the housing each having a track, the first pressing plate being slidably mounted on the tracks of the placement platform and the second pressing plate being slidably mounted on the tracks of the housing.
9. A waste bag baling apparatus including the waste bag collating mechanism and the strapping machine of any one of claims 1 to 8, the strapping machine being adjacent the housing, one side of the housing having an opening communicating with the strapping machine.
10. The waste bag baling apparatus as defined in claim 9 wherein the strapping machine has a wire winding mechanism for providing a strapping line to wind the waste bag for one or more turns.
