本实用新型涉及一种温室水槽与斜梁接合的改 良结构,支架上方设有呈相互平行的力霸梁,力霸梁 上端接固相互平行且与力霸梁呈垂直的U形水槽, 该U形水槽相互间隔并设有数组呈八形椽条,且八 形椽条下椽接固一加强肋以增加八形椽条接合强度, 其特点尤指U形水槽于椽条接合端设有一L形角铁 补强条,而可增加U形水槽的强度,使上述构件能借 助U水槽L形角铁补强条,而降低遮阴面积,节省骨 架使用材料,增加骨架刚性。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种温室水槽与斜粱接合的改良结构,是指于温室内设置相互排列间距较宽的支架,支架上方并以力霸粱连接且使力霸粱呈相互平行,而相互平行的力霸粱上方于设有支架上方设有呈相互平行的U形水槽,另外,U形水槽间且于各力霸粱间设有与力霸粱相互平行且呈适当平行距的八形椽条,而U形水槽于八椽条接合边上设有一L形角铁补强条于U形水槽内,以增加U形水槽的强度,使U形水槽能承受上述架构的应力以使其结构具有降低骨架摭阳率,节省骨架使用材料,增加骨架刚性强度的特点。
目前温室是以等距擎设支柱1(仅请参阅图1,图2所示),而支柱1顶端再连结横粱2,椽条3,水槽4及擎立柱5搭建而成:
续请配合参阅图3、图4所示,支柱1顶端于两侧分别以螺栓99贯穿固定横粱2,而支柱1顶端面再纵向固定U形水槽4;然椽条3则于底端焊固一L型固定板98,而借该L型固定板98水平端以螺栓97锁固定于横粱2上,且擎立柱5底端焊固一冂型基座51,顶端再架设支架设置遮光网,而后椽条3底端的L型固定板98垂直端再以螺栓96锁固于水槽4外侧,且连同擎立柱5基座51亦锁固于水槽4内侧;
水槽4的接合处,亦得直接以搭接方式于支柱1顶端面处搭接,且同样借助螺栓96予以锁固,然后再施之补强条侧边上。而借上述骨架的结合结构,而令其具有减少遮阳面积、节省使用材料及增加骨架的刚性优点。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的上述缺陷而提供一种温室水槽与斜粱接合的改良结构。
为实现本实用新型目的而提出的一种温室水槽与斜粱接合的改良结构,温室支架上接固有相互平行的力霸粱,力霸粱上并设有呈垂直横跨且距一适当间距的U形水槽,而其相互间隔的U形水槽间设有数组八形椽条,其特征在于:该八形椽条于接合U形水槽端呈T形板,T形板两侧设有一可供螺丝穿越的透孔,使螺丝能穿越T形板透孔而与螺帽将T形板及其连接的八形椽条螺固于U形水槽上,另外,U形水槽于两八形椽条接合处接固一L形角铁的补强条。

请参阅图5、图6、图7所示、本实用新型是设于温室内的骨架结构,其主要是于温室内设有依所须而设置的支架1、支架1上接固有相互平行的力霸粱2,力霸粱2上并设有呈垂直横跨且距一适当间距的U形水槽3,而其相互间隔的U形水槽3间接设有数组八形椽条4,且八形椽条4于接合端设有一T形板41,该T形板41两侧设有一可供螺丝51穿越的透孔,使螺丝51能穿越T形板41透孔而与螺帽52将T形板41及其连接的八形椽条4螺固于U形水槽3上,另,U形水槽3于两八形椽条4接合处接固一L形角铁的补强条31。
其特征在于:U形水槽3于两八形椽条4接合处设有一L形角铁补强条31,该L形角铁补强条31可使八形缘条4于接合受力时不至产生变形而失去其功效,而令上述骨架结构无法发挥其特性,故,该L形角铁补强条31的设置可使温室骨架按上述结构予以组合,而使其具有支架较惯用支架设置较少,并以力霸粱代替多个横粱,而使其结构的构架较少而具有减少遮阳面积增加花卉生长情形,且使用较少的材料可减少材料的浪费以降低成本,另外,利用力霸粱有较佳的结构强度亦可增加结构刚性强度等皆为其优点。

1、一种温室水槽与斜梁接合的改良结构,温室支架上接固有相互平行的力霸梁,力霸梁上并设有呈垂直横跨且距一适当间距的U形水槽,而其相互间隔的U形水槽间设有数组八形椽条,其特征在于:该八形椽条于接合U形水槽端呈T形板,T形板两侧设有一可供螺丝穿越的透孔,使螺丝能穿越T形板透孔而与螺帽将T形板及其连接的八形椽条螺固于U形水槽上,另外,U形水槽于两八形椽条接合处接固一L形角铁的补强条。
