The turntable 27 continues to rotate for one station, and the positioning block 29 which is pressed by the upright post moves to the surface cleaning station; after the turntable 27 rotates a station, the positioning block 29 rotates from the surface cleaning station to the lock case feeding station, and the positioning block 29 is brushed by the brush 48 at the position of the surface cleaning station in the rotating process, so that the surface cleaning work is realized; then, the third telescopic cylinder 44 sets the limiting frame 45 above the positioning block 29, at this time, the material pushing telescopic cylinder 25 on one side of the conveying belt 24 pushes the lock case until the lock case is limited by the limiting frame 45, and at this time, the lock case is just above the positioning block 29; then, the fourth telescopic cylinder 47 fixed to the limit frame 45 through the connecting bracket 46 is extended to press the lock case down and fit over the positioning block 29.
The turntable 27 continues to rotate a station, and the positioning block 29 after the lock shell is fed moves to a lock shell pressing station; a fifth telescopic cylinder 49 on the frame 26 pushes the horizontal plate 50 downwards, a plurality of pressing columns 51 at the bottom end of the horizontal plate 50 press the lock shell to be sleeved on the positioning blocks 29 by pressing the corner positions of the lock shell, and at the moment, the top ends of the columns protrude out of the lock shell.
The turntable 27 rotates a station again, and the positioning block 29 pressed by the lock shell moves to the upright post riveting station; the punching riveting machine 52 fixed on the frame 26 drives the punching block to move up and down, and when the punching block moves down, the top end of the upright post can be riveted on the lock shell.
The turntable 27 rotates one station again, and the positioning block 29 riveted by the upright post can move to a blanking station (or an empty station can be additionally arranged for keeping balance of eight stations; the turntable 27 can move to the blanking station after rotating two stations); at this time, the seventh telescopic cylinder 54 pushes the stopper 56 downward; then, the sixth telescopic cylinder 53 pushes a plurality of ejector pins 55 upwards, some ejector pins 55 extend out from two sides of the positioning block 29 to jack up the lock shell, other ejector pins 55 extend out from the column positioning holes 30 on the positioning block 29 to jack up the columns and the lock shell synchronously, and the jacked lock shell is limited at the highest jacking position by the limiting piece 56 (at this time, the lock shell is positioned above the positioning block 29); then, the eighth telescopic cylinder 57 on the bracket extends to push the lock case at the position of the limit piece 56 outwards, thereby completing the blanking operation.
The whole lock shell machining and the upright post riveting work are continuously and integrally completed, excessive labor of workers is not needed, and when each station acts, other stations also synchronously work, so that the machining efficiency is greatly improved.
