Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present application discloses a biological deodorization apparatus 100, which comprises a primary treatment chamber 10 and a secondary treatment chamber 30, wherein the primary treatment chamber 10 has an air inlet 11, the secondary treatment chamber 30 has an air outlet 3311, a spraying device 13 is disposed in the primary treatment chamber 10, and the secondary treatment chamber 30 is filled with organic fillers having bacteria with deodorization function. It can be seen that the biological deodorization apparatus 100 is a two-stage deodorization operation, the odor flows into the primary treatment chamber 10 through the air inlet 11, the spraying device 13 of the primary treatment chamber 10 can spray liquid, the liquid is fully contacted with the odor to remove a part of pollutants in the odor and increase the humidity of the odor, the odor flows into the secondary treatment chamber 30 after being treated by the primary treatment chamber 10, the odor is fully mixed with the organic filler in the secondary treatment chamber 30, most of the odor pollutants are decomposed and removed by microorganisms, the odor reaches the standard after being treated by the secondary treatment and is discharged from the air outlet 3311, and the odor flow path is referred to the arrow direction in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the primary processing chamber 10 and the secondary processing chamber 30 are in a cubic or rectangular structure, but not limited thereto. Preferably, the primary treatment chamber 10 and the secondary treatment chamber 30 are arranged in parallel to form a biological deodorization device 100 having a cube or rectangular structure, so as to reduce the floor area of the biological deodorization device 100 and save the cost.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the bio-deodorizing device 100 further comprises a blower (not shown) connected to the gas outlet 3311, and the odor driven by the blower flows into the primary treating chamber 10 and the secondary treating chamber 30 through the gas inlet 11 in sequence and then is discharged from the gas outlet 3311. That is, the fan is powered to circulate the odor in a predetermined direction (arrow direction shown in fig. 2), and the processed gas can be discharged by the fan, and the odor gas can be sufficiently absorbed in the primary treatment chamber 10 and the secondary treatment chamber 30, thereby improving the deodorizing effect.
With continued reference to fig. 1-2, the air inlet 11 is disposed at a position lower than the spraying device 13, so that the odor can fully contact with the liquid sprayed by the spraying device 13 after entering the primary treatment chamber 10 from the air inlet 11, thereby improving the deodorizing effect. In this embodiment, the gas inlet 11 is disposed near the bottom end of the primary processing chamber 10, and the spraying device 13 is disposed near the top end of the primary processing chamber 10, and the specific disposition is set according to actual needs. The spraying device 13 is used for spraying liquid, such as tap water, although it is also possible to add a deodorizing agent to the tap water to further enhance the deodorizing effect.
With continued reference to fig. 1-2, the secondary processing chamber 30 includes a guide chamber 31 and a processing chamber body 33 that are in communication, the upper end of the guide chamber 31 being in communication with the primary processing chamber 10 via a first opening 311, and the lower end of the guide chamber 31 being in communication with the processing chamber body 33 via a second opening 313. A guide chamber 31 is provided between the primary treatment chamber 10 and the treatment chamber body 33 so that the odor enters the primary treatment chamber 10 from the air inlet 11, flows through the top of the primary treatment chamber 10 to the guide chamber 31, and then flows from the bottom of the guide chamber 31 to the bottom of the treatment chamber body 33, thereby circulating the odor and sufficiently contacting the organic filler. Further, the chamber body 33 is divided into an upper chamber 331 and a lower chamber 333 which communicate with each other by a partition 335, the partition 335 has a gas permeable portion 3351 to communicate the upper chamber 331 and the lower chamber 333 with each other, the upper chamber 331 is filled with an organic filler, and the lower end of the guide chamber 31 communicates with the lower chamber 333. Since the odor flows from the bottom of the guide chamber 31 to the lower treatment chamber 333 and the lower treatment chamber 333 is not filled with the filler, the odor filled in the lower treatment chamber 333 can flow into the upper treatment chamber 331 through the ventilation part 3351 in a large area to be sufficiently mixed with the organic filler in the upper treatment chamber 331. The air-permeable portion 3351 preferably has a plurality of holes on the partition 335, but not limited thereto. In one embodiment, the gas outlet 3311 is provided at the top end of the upper chamber 331, and the odor is discharged through the gas outlet 3311 after being decomposed and absorbed by the organic filler.
The working principle of the bio-deodorizing device 100 of the present application will be explained in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2 as follows:
under the driving of the fan, the odor flows into the primary treatment chamber 10 through the air inlet 11, the liquid sprayed by the spraying device 13 is fully contacted with the odor, and simultaneously the humidity of the odor is increased, the odor flows into the guide chamber 31 through the first opening part 311 after being treated by the primary treatment chamber 10, then flows into the lower treatment chamber 333 through the second opening part 313, and flows to the upper treatment chamber 331 through the air permeable part 3351, so that the odor circularly flows and is fully mixed and contacted with the organic filler in the upper treatment chamber 331, and the odor substances in the odor are fully degraded and absorbed by microorganisms and finally discharged from the air outlet 3311.
Compared with the prior art, the biological deodorization device 100 of this application, the foul smell flows into primary treatment chamber 10 through air inlet 11, fully contact with the foul smell with the help of spray set 13 blowout liquid, get rid of some pollutants in the foul smell, increase the humidity of foul smell simultaneously, be favorable to secondary treatment chamber 30 to carry out deodorization operation, secondary treatment chamber 30 packs has the organic matter filler that has deodorization function fungus, can carry out biological deodorization, deodorization purifying effect is good, deodorization purification efficiency is high, because primary treatment chamber 10 increases the humidity of foul smell, make the foul smell fully contact reaction with organic matter filler, thereby improve deodorization purification efficiency height.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, therefore, the present invention is not limited by the appended claims.
