The mounting shaft 20 is sleeved with a mounting plate 61 and a bearing plate 62 for abutting against the drum 300, and an elastic buffer assembly 63 is arranged between the mounting plate 61 and the bearing plate 62. The assembly plate 61 and the bearing plate 62 are respectively sleeved on the mounting shaft 20, the elastic buffer assembly 63 comprises a plurality of springs, and the plurality of springs are arranged around the axis of the mounting shaft 20.
Referring to fig. 6 to 10, in the present embodiment, the bearing plate 62 is provided with a positioning block 64, and the central shaft 303 of the drum 300 is provided with a positioning groove for the positioning block 64 to slide in and out. Thus, after the drum 300 is loaded, the positioning block 64 is matched with the positioning groove to position the drum 300 in the circumferential direction, so as to ensure that the drum 300 is driven to rotate together when the mounting shaft 20 rotates.
The gluing process of the roll wrapping paper apparatus 100 of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 10, which includes the following steps:
s1: the gripping device 230 of the leatheroid feeding device 200 feeds the head end of the wrapping paper 500 into the roller pasting wrapping paper device 100;
s2: the auxiliary glue pressing roller 351 of the auxiliary glue pressing assembly 35 presses downwards to press the head end of the packaging paper 500 on the coil 301 of the roller 300; the glue guiding driving piece 323 controls one end of a first glue guiding roller 3213 of the glue guiding base 321 to swing downwards, and the adhesive tapes on the first glue guiding roller are respectively abutted against the packaging paper 500 and the coil stock 301; after the sliding seat driving mechanism 34 drives the sliding seat 31 to move a first preset distance along the axial direction of the mounting shaft 20 to drag the adhesive tape to be pulled out by a preset length on the surfaces of the wrapping paper 500 and the coil 301, the adhesive guiding driving member 323 controls one end of the first adhesive guiding roller 3213 of the adhesive guiding seat 321 to swing upwards, the sliding seat driving mechanism 34 drives the sliding seat 31 to continue to move a second preset distance along the axial direction of the mounting shaft 20, and the cutter assembly 33 cuts the adhesive tape between the auxiliary adhesive pressing roller 351 and the adhesive guiding seat 321;
s3: the mounting shaft 20 drives the roller 300 and the wrapping paper 500 to rotate, and meanwhile, the pressing roller 41 extends out and presses the wrapping paper 500 onto the coil 301 of the roller 300 when the roller 300 and the wrapping paper 500 rotate;
s4: after the trailing end of the wrapping paper 500 is moved into the roll-to-roll wrapping paper apparatus 100, step S2 is repeated.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the utility model, and any modifications, equivalents or improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
