According to some alternative embodiments of the present utility model, the adhesive wrapping apparatus 100 further includes a pressing roller 40, where the pressing roller 40 is movably disposed on the second mounting plate 320, and the pressing roller 40 cooperates with the suction assembly 350 to apply the adhesive tape to the suction assembly 350.

According to other embodiments of the present utility model, the tape cutting assembly 340 includes a seventh driving member 341 and a cutter 342, wherein the seventh driving member 341 may be an air cylinder, the seventh driving member 341 is mounted on the movable end of the third driving member 352, the cutter 342 is mounted on the movable end of the seventh driving member 341, and the cutter 342 may be controlled to move in a third direction by the seventh driving member 341 to cut the tape.

In this embodiment, when the adhesive wrapping apparatus 100 is in use, the conveying device 10 continuously conveys the battery core to the set position, after the battery core reaches the set position, the lifting driving member controls the lifting seat 210 to move, so that the movable member 230 removes the battery core from the conveying device 10, and the movable member 230 supports the battery core, meanwhile, the driving wheel 222 is stopped against the side wall of the battery core to fix the battery core, meanwhile, the second clamping assembly 330b clamps the initial end of the adhesive tape, the first clamping assembly 330a removes the fixing of the adhesive tape, the second driving member 337 controls the second clamping assembly 330b to be far away from the first clamping assembly 330a, thereby pulling out the adhesive tape with a fixed length, then the sixth driving member 50 controls the pressing roller 40 to move, the adhesive tape is abutted against the adsorption plate 351, then the second driving member 337 continuously drives the pressing roller 40 to move, the adhesive tape is rolled against the adsorption plate 351 through the pressing roller 40, meanwhile, the eighth driving member 60 drives the pressing block 70 to move, so that the adhesive tape is abutted against the side wall of the battery core, then the seventh driving member 341 controls the movement to cut off, finally, the fourth driving member 354 cooperates with the fifth driving member 354 to enable the electric core to be abutted against the fifth driving plate 351, and finally the electric tape is driven to move to the electric core 351 to the end by the fifth driving member 351, and finally the electric tape is driven to move to the electric tape to rotate, and the pressing plate 351 is driven to move to the electric tape to move.
In addition, the adsorption component 350 and the adhesive tape clamping component 330 use two sets of driving, so that the adhesive coating device 100 can complete the adhesive preparation process at the same time, and the adhesive coating efficiency is further improved.

1. A glue wrapping apparatus comprising:
a conveying device (10), wherein the conveying device (10) is used for conveying the electric core to a set station;
-a driving device (20), said driving device (20) cooperating with said conveying device (10) to receive said cells conveyed by said conveying device (10), said driving device (20) driving said cells to rotate about their own axis;
the glue preparation device (30), the glue preparation device (30) is arranged on one side of the driving device (20), the glue preparation device (30) releases the adhesive tape, and one end of the battery cell is wrapped by the adhesive tape when the battery cell rotates.
2. A glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said driving means (20) comprise:
a first mounting plate (250);
the lifting seat (210) is arranged on the first mounting plate (250), and the lifting seat (210) can move to support the battery cell and separate the battery cell from the conveying device (10);
the first driving piece (220), the first driving piece (220) is located first mounting panel (250), in the condition that elevating platform (210) supported the electric core, first driving piece (220) with the electric core is stopped and is driven the electric core is rotatable around self axis.

The glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the lifting seat (210) is provided with a containing space suitable for containing the battery cells, one end of the containing space being open and provided with a plurality of moving members (230), the moving members (230) being movable to support the battery cells.
4. A glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the movable member (230) is a roller, the number of the rollers is four, and the four rollers are disposed on two opposite side walls of the accommodating space in a pair.
5. A glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the centres of the four rollers are in the same plane.
6. A glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said driving means (20) further comprise:
the two mounting seats (240), the two mounting seats (240) are arranged on two opposite sides of the lifting seat (210);
and the two fixing shafts (260) are respectively arranged on one mounting seat (240), at least one fixing shaft (260) is movably arranged at the opening end of the accommodating space along the axis direction of the fixing shafts, and under the condition that the lifting seat (210) supports the battery cell, the two fixing shafts (260) are respectively abutted with the two ends of the battery cell to clamp the battery cell.
7. A glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 6, wherein said driving means (20) further comprise:
a connection plate (270), the connection plate (270) being arranged in the accommodation space and being close to the open end;
the guide rod (280) is movably arranged on the lifting seat (210) along the axis direction of the guide rod (280), a first end of the guide rod (280) is connected with the connecting plate (270), and a second end of the guide rod (280) is connected with the mounting seat (240);
the positioning air cylinder (290), the positioning air cylinder (290) is located lifting seat (210), positioning air cylinder (290) with connecting plate (270) are connected in order to drive mount pad (240) activity.
8. Glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that one positioning cylinder (290) is provided on each of the two mounting seats (240), the output forces of the two positioning cylinders (290) being different.
9. Glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said glue preparation device (30) comprises:
-a tape unwind (310), the tape unwind (310) for providing tape;
a second mounting plate (320), wherein one side of the second mounting plate (320) faces to the position of the driving device (20);
the adhesive tape clamping assembly (330), the adhesive tape clamping assembly (330) is arranged on the second mounting plate (320), and the adhesive tape clamping assembly (330) is matched with the adhesive tape unreeling piece (310) to clamp adhesive tape;
a tape cutting assembly (340), the tape cutting assembly (340) being provided to the second mounting plate (320), the tape cutting assembly (340) being for cutting off the tape;
and the adsorption component (350) is arranged on the second mounting plate (320), the adsorption component (350) absorbs the cut adhesive tape, and the position of the adsorption component (350) corresponds to the position of the driving device (20) so as to stop the adhesive tape against one end of the electric core.
10. The glue wrapping apparatus of claim 9, wherein the glue string gripping assembly (330) comprises:
a first clamping assembly (330 a), the first clamping assembly (330 a) being provided to the second mounting plate (320), the first clamping assembly (330 a) being movable to clamp or unclamp an adhesive tape;
a second clamping assembly (330 b), the second clamping assembly (330 b) being provided to the second mounting plate (320) and being spaced apart from the first clamping assembly (330 a), the second clamping assembly (330 b) being movable to clamp or unclamp an adhesive tape;
and the second driving piece (337) is arranged on the second mounting plate (320), and the second driving piece (337) is movable along the first direction to drive the second clamping assembly (330 b) to pull out the adhesive tape from the adhesive tape unreeling piece (310).
11. The glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 10, characterized in that in the first direction the end of the adhesive tape held by the second holding assembly (330 b) does not exceed the end face of the suction assembly (350) that is remote from the end of the first holding assembly (330 a).
12. The glue wrapping apparatus according to claim 9, characterized in that said suction assembly (350) comprises:
an adsorption plate (351), wherein the adsorption plate (351) is arranged on the second mounting plate (320), and the adsorption plate (351) is used for adsorbing the cut adhesive tape;
the third driving piece (352) is arranged on the second mounting plate (320), and the third driving piece (352) drives the adsorption plate (351) to move along a first direction relative to the second mounting plate (320);
a fourth driving member (353), the fourth driving member (353) is disposed on the second mounting plate (320), and the fourth driving member (353) drives the adsorption plate (351) to move along a second direction relative to the second mounting plate (320);
and the fifth driving piece (354), the fifth driving piece (354) is arranged on the second mounting plate (320), and the fifth driving piece (354) drives the adsorption plate (351) to move along a third direction relative to the second mounting plate (320).
13. The glue wrapping apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
and the pressing roller (40) is movably arranged on the second mounting plate (320), and the pressing roller (40) is matched with the adsorption assembly (350) so as to attach the adhesive tape to the adsorption assembly (350).
14. The glue wrapping apparatus of claim 9, wherein the speed at which the suction assembly (350) supplies tape to the cells is less than or equal to the speed at which the cells rotate about themselves.
