背景技术
喉罩是一种介于气管导管和呼吸面罩之间的新型气道处理装置，是麻醉科常用的气道工具，现广泛应用于全身麻醉，以及困难气道和紧急情况下病人的临时通气；喉罩具有刺激小、置入操作简单易学、成功率高、麻醉诱导和恢复期血液动力学稳定性提高、避免气管粘膜损伤等优点，大大降低了高危病人的麻醉手术风险，尤为适用于手术时间≤3h、术中体位为平卧位的患者的全身麻醉。
目前置入喉罩的方式一般为盲视下直接插入，这种置入方式常常由于喉罩表面与舌体的摩擦力作用或舌体太大导致喉罩置入时舌体堵塞于口腔，而造成置入喉罩困难、位置不当；舌体胖大、部分张口度小的患者也容易导致喉罩置入困难，置入时间较长，首次置入成功率低，使其使用受到影响。此外，现有技术在置入喉罩时，还容易导致下切牙损伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述问题，提供了一种喉罩置入辅助板。为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种喉罩置入辅助板，包括板体，所述板体从中间弯折成弧形，并在顶部设有圆头，弧形的所述板体的内表面为光滑面，外表面为鲨鱼皮样表面。
作为改进，所述板体的宽度为2cm，长度为20cm。
本实用新型的优点在于：
本实用新型弯曲成弧形，可以适应口腔及舌部的弧度。便于在置入喉管时，辅助抬高舌体，防止舌体与喉管摩擦，使喉管的置入更加快速、便捷。
本实用新型在使用时，内表面为光滑面，与舌体接触时可以增加与舌体的表面张力，防止在抬高舌体时发生打滑和相对位移；外表面为鲨鱼皮样表面，可以降低口腔上部组织的摩擦力，便于板体深入口腔。
本实用新型可以有效减少舌体与喉罩的摩擦，便于喉罩的置入；同时，可以分隔开喉罩与下切牙，防止置入喉罩时损伤下切牙。
