In the production process of the circuit board assembly, the upper circuit board and the lower circuit board firstly respectively complete the welding of a surface mount component and a jack component through a reflow oven and a wave soldering oven, when the assembly link is reached, a production line worker carries out preliminary electrical connection on two surface mounted circuit boards through a double-end male pin header 3, then a hole groove of a combined integral controller is aligned to a positioning column hole in an electrical box 4 and placed in the electrical box 4, and finally corresponding screws are locked on the positioning holes to complete the assembly of the circuit boards. Compared with the original assembly mode, the assembly process is simple, and screws used for fixing the IPM module on the lower layer plate are omitted, so that the processing flow is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
In an actual motor product, it is often required to achieve a specific air volume under a specific power, and the air volume is affected by the cross-sectional area of the electrical box 4, if all the components of the second circuit board 2 of the controller are laid on the first circuit board 1, the area of the first circuit board 1 must be enlarged, and the surface area of the electrical box 4 is increased accordingly, so that the air volume of the motor under the same power is reduced, which is obviously not allowed. The sectional area size of the electrical box 4 can be effectively reduced through the connection mode of the upper layer circuit board and the lower layer circuit board, and the requirement on a packaging material can be reduced in the production process.

4. A circuit board assembly according to claim 3, wherein the pins of the double ended male header pin header are spaced apart by a distance of at least 2.54 mm.
5. A circuit board assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first component comprises an electrolytic capacitor (11), a PTC resistor (12), a power module and a relay; the second component comprises a transformer (21).
6. A circuit board assembly according to claim 1 or 5, characterised in that patch components are provided on both the first circuit board (1) and the second circuit board (2).
7. The circuit board assembly according to claim 6, wherein the patch components on the first circuit board (1) are provided at positions directly below the second circuit board (2).
8. An electrical machine comprising a circuit board assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The electric machine according to claim 8, characterized in that it comprises an electric box (4), said circuit board assembly being arranged inside said electric box (4); the electric appliance box (4) is round, the first circuit board (1) is round, and the second circuit board (2) is a fan-shaped body formed by two perpendicular line sections and a curve section in a surrounding mode.
