The left and right directions and the front and back directions are two directions which are vertical to each other on the same horizontal plane.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a battery tab cutting device 100 of the present invention includes a machine table 1, a battery placing table 2, a cutting assembly 3, and a storage box 4. The battery placing table 2 includes a base 21 disposed on the machine table 1 and limit stops 22 disposed on left and right sides of the base 21, a battery placing position 20 (shown in fig. 1) for placing a battery (not shown) is defined by the base 21 and the two limit stops 22, and a distance between the two limit stops 22 is adjustable. Cutting assembly 3 locates the rear of battery placing table 2, cutting assembly 3 includes bottom tool 31, go up cutter 32, driver 33 and the vertical mounting bracket 34 of locating on board 1, driver 33 passes through mount pad 35 to be installed in the front side of mounting bracket 34, it installs the output at driver 33 to go up cutter 32, bottom tool 31 sets firmly on board 1 and is about just right (as shown in fig. 2) with last cutter 32, driver 33 is used for driving to go up cutter 32 and descends and cuts the utmost point ear that is located bottom tool 31 with cooperation bottom tool 31, or cutter 32 rises in order to keep away from bottom tool 31 in the drive. The mounting bracket 34 is provided with a notch 340 (shown in fig. 1 and 3) penetrating through the front and rear sides thereof. The storage case 4 is provided on the rear side of the lower cutter 31 and passes through the notch 340, and the storage case 4 is used for receiving the tab cut off.
Hereinafter, the battery tab cutting device 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Referring to fig. 4, the limit stopper 22 has a through hole 220 penetrating through the upper and lower surfaces thereof, the base 21 has a plurality of screw holes 210 arranged in the left-right direction, and the limit stopper 22 is fixed to the base 21 by inserting a screw (not shown) through the through hole 220 and one of the screw holes 210. When a battery with a larger size in the left-right direction needs to be placed, the two limit stoppers 22 are firstly moved towards the left edge and the right edge of the base 21; then, screws are inserted into the through holes 220 and the corresponding screw holes 210, so that the size of the battery placing position 20 in the left-right direction is adjusted; and then the battery is placed at the battery placing position 20, so that the structure is simple and the operation is easy. On the contrary, when a battery having a small size in the left-right direction needs to be placed, the two limit stoppers 22 are moved toward the middle of the base 21. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the through hole 220 is a long hole extending in the left-right direction, but the through hole 220 may be a circular hole.
Further, the distance between the battery placing table 2 and the lower cutter 31 is adjustable. Thereby, a desired tab length can be obtained. Specifically, a plurality of screw holes arranged in the front-back direction are formed in the machine table 1 to fix the battery placing table 2 at different positions of the machine table 1, so as to adjust the distance between the battery placing table 2 and the lower cutter 31; or a linear sliding structure may be provided between the machine platform 1 and the battery placing platform 2 to drive the battery placing platform 2 to move back and forth on the machine platform 1, so as to adjust the distance between the battery placing platform 2 and the lower cutter 31.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cutting assembly 3 further includes a slide rail 36 disposed at a front side of the mounting frame 34 and a slide block 37 slidably disposed on the slide rail 36, the slide rail 36 extends along an up-down direction, and a rear side of the upper cutter 32 is fixed to the slide block 37. By means of the arrangement of the slide block 37 and the slide rail 36, the movement of the upper tool 32 in the up-and-down direction is more labor-saving and stable.
As shown in fig. 1, the mounting bracket 34 includes a first riser 341, a second riser 342 and a third riser 343 that are vertically disposed on the machine platform 1, the second riser 342 and the third riser 343 are fixed at the rear side of the first riser 341, and the second riser 342 and the third riser 343 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the first riser 341, the first riser 341 is provided with a notch 340 and a slide rail 36, and two opposite sides of the notch 340 are respectively provided with a slide rail 36.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as shown in fig. 1, the upper tool 32 includes an upper insert 321 and an upper tool seat 322, and the upper insert 321 and the upper tool seat 322 are fixed together by bolts (not shown). As shown in fig. 2, the lower cutter 31 includes a lower blade 311 and a lower holder 312, the lower holder 312 is provided with a mounting slot 310 (shown in fig. 5), and the lower blade 311 is clamped in the mounting slot 310. The upper blade 321 is fixed to the upper blade holder 322 by a bolt, so that the upper blade 321 is stably mounted on the upper blade holder 322, and the upper blade 321 is also easily dismounted from the upper blade holder 322. The lower blade 311 is fixed by the mounting slot 310, so that the lower blade 311 can be quickly mounted and dismounted. In this embodiment, the upper blade 321 and the lower blade 311 are ceramic blades, but not limited thereto. The driver 33 is a cylinder, but should not be limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the lower blade 311 includes a first cutting portion 3111 and a second cutting portion 3112 which are separated from each other, the first cutting portion 3111 cooperates with the upper blade 321 to cut positive tabs of the battery, the second cutting portion 3112 cooperates with the upper blade 321 to cut negative tabs of the battery, and a spacer 38 protruding forward is disposed in a gap between the first cutting portion 3111 and the second cutting portion 3112. Through first cutting portion 3111 and last blade 321 cooperation cut the anodal ear of battery, cut the negative pole ear of battery through second cutting portion 3112 and last blade 321 cooperation to set up anodal ear and the negative pole ear of separator 38 isolation battery, ensure that anodal ear and negative pole ear of battery can not contact each other, can prevent to cut anodal ear and the negative pole ear contact of in-process battery and lead to the battery short circuit.
The operation of the battery tab cutting apparatus 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Firstly, adjusting the distance between the battery placing table 2 and the lower cutter 31 according to the length of the tab required to be left by the battery with the tab to be cut, and adjusting the distance between the two limit stops 22 according to the size of the battery with the tab to be cut in the left-right direction; next, the battery is placed in the battery placing position 20, and the positive and negative electrode tabs of the battery are placed on the left and right sides of the separator 38, respectively; then, starting the driver 33, and driving the upper cutter 32 to descend for a preset distance through the driver 33, so as to cut the tab of the battery; then, the driver 33 drives the upper cutter 32 to ascend to the original place, and in the process, the cut tab falls into the storage box 4, and at the moment, the battery cutting operation is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic cutting machine realizes automatic cutting of the tab, and can avoid the problems of inconsistent length of the positive and negative tabs, inclined tab section and serious burrs when the tab is cut manually. And, through set up breach 340 at mounting bracket 34 and place receiver 4 at breach 340 and accept the utmost point ear of being cut off, can keep the clean and tidy of board 1. In addition, the distance between the two limit stoppers 22 of the battery placing table 2 in the left-right direction is set to be adjustable, the size of the battery placing position 20 in the left-right direction can be adjusted, the battery placing table can be suitable for placing batteries with different sizes, the work of replacing the battery placing table 2 is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
