SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

the threaded hole is arranged on the second end plate close to the edge of the insertion opening and matched with the first through hole;
the connecting mechanism is screwed into the threaded hole through the first through hole by a bolt.

As shown in fig. 1, an evaporation apparatus includes: an evaporator case 100 and an electric heating apparatus 200. A first end plate 110 is provided at a first end of the evaporator case 100, and an insertion port 121 is provided at a second end opposite to the first end (as shown in fig. 4 and 5). As shown in fig. 2, the electric heating apparatus 200 includes: an electric heater 210 and a fixing plate 220. The electric heater 210 includes an electric heater tail. The fixing plate 220 is connected to the other end of the electric heater 210 opposite to the rear end of the electric heater. The electric heater apparatus 200 is inserted into the evaporator case 100 through the insertion opening 121, and the rear end of the electric heater is connected to the first end plate 110 in a pluggable manner. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a first edge of the fixing plate 220 is connected to the insertion opening 121 by the insertion mechanism 122, and a second edge of the fixing plate 220 is fixedly connected to the insertion opening 121 by the connection mechanism.
The electric heater 200 is constructed by connecting a fixing plate 220 to one end of the electric heater 210. The electric heater 200 is inserted into the evaporator case 100 through the insertion opening 121, the tail end of the electric heater 210 is connected to the first end plate 110 in an insertable manner, and the fixing plate 220 is connected to the insertion opening, thereby mounting the electric heater 200. In the removal, after the fixing plate 220 is removed from the insertion port 121, the entire electric heating apparatus 200 is pulled out from the evaporator case 100, and thus, it is not necessary to remove other components. The fixing plate 220 is connected to the insertion port 121 through the insertion mechanism 122, and the fixing plate 220 and the insertion port 121 are fixed only through one connecting mechanism, thereby facilitating the disassembly and assembly of the electric heater apparatus 200 and accelerating the disassembly and assembly speed.
Through the evaporation equipment of above-mentioned structure, the maintenance of being convenient for has reduced maintenance duration, has improved user experience, has reduced the influence to user's healthy, avoids leading to life danger.
Specifically, a second end plate 120 is disposed at the second end, and the insertion opening 121 is disposed on the second end plate 120.
The second end plate 120 is provided, and the fixing plate 220 is fixed to the second end plate 120, so that the electric heating apparatus 200 can be easily mounted to the evaporator case 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the inserting mechanism 122 is a bent plate disposed at an edge of the inserting opening 121, and an edge of the fixing plate 220 is inserted between the bent plate and the second end plate 120. The connecting mechanism includes: a first through-hole 225 and a threaded hole 123. The first through-hole 225 is disposed near an edge of the fixing plate 120. A screw hole 123 is provided on the second end plate 120 near an edge of the insertion port 121, and the screw hole 123 is engaged with the first through hole 120. The connection mechanism is formed by screwing a bolt into the screw hole 123 through the first through hole 225.
The connection between the fixing plate 220 and the second end plate 120 is accomplished only by defining the fixing plate 220 by the space between the plugging mechanism 122 of the bent plate structure and the second end plate 120, and fixing by one bolt. Simple structure, convenient operation has saved the dismouting time.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a wire through hole 221 is formed in the fixing plate 220, and the electric heating wire 211 passes through the wire through hole 221.
The electric heating wire 211 is drawn out to the outside of the evaporator case 100 by passing through the wire passing hole 221.
Further, a positioning hole 223 is formed on the fixing plate 220, and a positioning boss of the electric heater 210 passes through the positioning hole 223.
The accurate positioning of the electric heating device 200 during installation is realized through the matching of the positioning boss and the positioning hole 223.
Further, the fixing plate 220 is provided with a groove 222, and the positioning hole 223 is disposed in the groove 222. The depth of the groove 222 is not less than the height of the positioning boss.
The groove 222 is provided with a depth not less than the height of the positioning boss, so that the positioning boss is not higher than the surface of the fixing plate 220 and does not affect other parts outside the evaporator case 100.
Further, a second through hole 226 is provided in the recess 222 to be bolted to the electric heater 210.
Similarly, when the fixing plate 220 is coupled to the electric heater 210, the bolt head for coupling is lower than the surface of the fixing plate 220, thereby preventing interference between the bolt head and other parts outside the evaporator case 100.
Further, a hand-held portion 224 is provided on the fixing plate 220.
The hand-held portion 224 is provided to facilitate attachment and detachment of the electric heating apparatus 200. As shown in fig. 3, the hand-held portion may be formed only by bending the edge portion of the fixing plate 220, and a complicated structure is not required.
Further, the evaporation apparatus further includes: a pin 212 is fixed to a rear end of the electric heater 210, and a pin hole (not shown) is formed in the first end plate 110 to be engaged with the pin 212.
The evaporator shell 100 does not need to be fixed to the tail end of the electric heating device 200, and only the pin 212 at the tail end of the electric heating device 200 is inserted into the pin hole formed in the first end plate 110, so that the first end plate 110 can support the tail end of the electric heating device 200, and the electric heating device 200 can be more conveniently disassembled and assembled.
In addition to the above structure, the entire access panel of the ducted air conditioner is disposed outside the fixed panel 220 away from the evaporator case 100. When the electric heating device is disassembled, the fixing plate 220 can be exposed after the maintenance plate is disassembled, the electric heating device 200 can be disassembled, the operation is convenient, and other parts, such as an air outlet panel, an air pipe and the like, do not need to be disassembled and assembled.
