Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a pet cage includes a cage body having an expanded state and a collapsed state, and a locking mechanism for locking the cage body in the expanded state. Under the expansion state, the cage body is cuboid shape, including underframe 100, top frame 200, first side frame 300, second side frame 400 and two sets of third side frame 500 that splice together each other, wherein first side frame 300 and second side frame 400 divide and locate the different both ends in the cage body width direction, two sets of third side frames 500 divide and locate the different both ends in the cage body length direction, first side frame 300, a set of third side frame 500, second side frame 400, another set of third side frame 500 meet in proper order and lie in between underframe 100 and top frame 200 in the upper and lower direction along circumference. The bottom frame 100, the top frame 200, the first side frame 300, the second side frame 400 and the two sets of third side frames 500 form six sides of a cuboid, and a closed accommodating space is defined, and pets can be placed in the accommodating space.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the bottom frame 100, the top frame 200, the first side frame 300, the second side frame 400, and the third side frame 500 all include a hard frame body 1, which form a basic rectangular frame; the bottom frame 100 further includes a closed bottom plate 3 provided in the frame body 1; the top frame 200, the first side frame 300, the second side frame 400, and the third side frame 500 each include a protection net 2 provided on the frame 1. So, underframe 100 can support steadily in the pet below, and the inside circulation of air with the external world of the internal portion of cage can be guaranteed to other sides of the cage body, makes things convenient for the pet to observe the external world, and the observer of outside also can see clearly in the cage.
In the pet cage in the embodiment, all the frame bodies 1 are not bendable, and the folding of the cage body is not required to be realized through the folding of the frame body 1, so that the frame bodies 1 on six sides are mutually supported when the cage body is in an unfolded state, the structure is stable and firm, the bending deformation caused by collision cannot occur, and the strength of the cage body is high.
In the embodiment, the pet cage can be folded when not in use, so that the volume of the cage body is greatly reduced. Specifically, the lower portion of the first side frame 300 is rotatably connected to the bottom frame 100 around the first rotation center line X, the lower portion of the second side frame 400 is rotatably connected to the bottom frame 100 around the second rotation center line Y, the lower portions of the two sets of third side frames 500 are rotatably connected to the bottom frame 100 around the third rotation center line Z, respectively, and the top frame 200 is disposed between the two sets of third side frames 500 in a vertically slidable manner. The first rotation center line X and the second rotation center line Y are parallel to each other and extend along the length direction of the cage body; the two third rotation center lines Z are parallel to each other and extend along the width direction of the cage body.
In this embodiment, the height of the cage is not greater than the width of the cage, and the distance between the third side frames 500 on both sides is slightly greater than the length of the first side frame 300 and the second side frame 400, so that the first side frame 300 and the second side frame 400 can rotate downward without interference and can be folded above the bottom frame 100. On the other hand, the top of the frame 1 of the bottom frame 100 is slightly higher than the bottom plate 3, so as to form an accommodating space above the bottom plate 3, when the first side frame 300 and the second side frame 400 are both turned downwards, at least one of the first side frame and the second side frame can be accommodated in the accommodating space, and the folding height of the cage is further reduced. It should be noted that the first side frame 300 and the second side frame 400 are not folded in sequence, and the stacking order of the two in the folded state is not limited.
As shown in fig. 13 to 17, as a preferred design of the present embodiment, the first side frame 300 can not only rotate downward relative to the bottom frame 100 around the first rotation center line X, but also the first side frame 300 can be connected to the top frame 200 both relatively rotatably and relatively slidably. Specifically, the two sides of the upper portion of the first side frame 300 are respectively provided with a roller 42, the two sliding rails 41 are arranged below the top frame 200, a set of sliding grooves is formed between each sliding rail 41 and the top frame 200, and the rollers 42 can be slidably or rollably accommodated in the sliding grooves, so as to provide sliding guidance for the first side frame 300 when being folded relative to the top frame 200. The axis of the roller 42 forms a fourth rotation center line P, and the first side frame 300 can be firstly turned upwards around the fourth rotation center line P to be horizontal, and then slides along the sliding groove and is folded under the top frame 200. In this embodiment, the sliding rails 41 are specifically disposed on two short sides of the top frame 200, the sliding grooves extend along the width direction of the top frame 200, and the fourth rotation center line P is parallel to the first rotation center line X.
Due to the above arrangement, the locking mechanism in the present embodiment includes a first locking structure provided between the first side frame 300 and the top frame 200, a second locking structure provided between the first side frame 300 and the bottom frame 100, and a third locking structure provided between the second side frame 400 and the top frame 200. The locking mechanism adopts a structure that the bolt is matched with the slot, in other embodiments, the specific arrangement of the locking mechanism can also adopt other prior arts, and the utility model is not limited.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, as for the first side frame 300, since it can rotate around both the first rotation center line X and the fourth rotation center line P, for the sake of structural simplicity, the latch provided on the first side frame 300 can also be used as a rotation shaft to which it is rotatably connected.
Specifically, the first locking structure includes two sets of first pins 42 disposed at both sides of the upper portion of the first side frame 300, and two sets of first slots disposed on the top frame 200 and engaged with the first pins 42, the first pins 42 are slidably coupled to the frame body 1 of the first side frame 300, the first locking structure further includes an elastic member for providing an acting force required for the first pins 42 to move toward the first slots, and an unlocking member for allowing the first pins 42 to exit the first slots.
The second locking structure includes two sets of second pins 51 disposed at both sides of a lower portion of the first side frame 300, and two sets of second slots 52 disposed on the bottom frame 100 and engaged with the second pins 51, the second pins 51 being slidably coupled to the frame body 1 of the first side frame 300, an elastic member for providing an acting force required for the second pins 51 to move toward the second slots 52, and unlocking members for respectively withdrawing the second pins 51 from the second slots 52.
In fact, the first latch 42 and the roller 42 are the same component, and the first slot and the sliding slot on the same side are communicated with each other, when the first side frame 300 needs to rotate upward around the fourth rotation center line P, the first locking structure is locked, the first latch 42 is inserted into the first slot, and the unlocking piece is operated to disengage the second latch 51 from the second slot 52, so that the second locking structure is unlocked. Similarly, the second latch 51 is also a rotation axis between the first side frame 300 and the bottom frame 100, when the first side frame 300 needs to be rotated downward around the first rotation center line X, the second locking structure is locked, the second latch 51 is inserted into the second slot 52, and the unlocking member is operated to disengage the first latch 42 from the first slot, so that the first locking structure is unlocked.
For the second side frame 400, the third locking structure includes two sets of third pins 61 slidably disposed at both sides of the upper portion of the second side frame 400, two sets of third slots disposed on the top frame 200 and engaged with the third pins 61, and an elastic member for providing a force required for the third pins 61 to move toward the third slots and an unlocking member for unlocking. The locking and unlocking principle of the third locking structure is basically the same as that of the second locking structure, and the description is omitted here. When the third locking structure is unlocked, the second side frame 400 can be rotated downward about the second rotation center line Y.
In other embodiments, the locking mechanism may be disposed between the first side frame 300 and the third side frames 500 on both sides, between the second side frame 400 and the third side frames 500 on both sides, and the like, so as to achieve the purpose of locking and unlocking.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the top frame 200 can slide in the up-down direction with respect to the third side frame 500. The inner sides of the two sets of third side frames 500 are provided with guide rails 501 extending in the up-down direction, where the guide rails 501 are specifically of a guide groove structure, and the side of the top frame 200 is provided with a guide 71, and the guide 71 is slidably provided up and down along the guide rails 501. Specifically, two sets of guide rails 501 are arranged on the third side frame 500 on each side, four sets of guide members 71 are arranged on the top frame 200, and each set of guide members 71 is matched with one set of guide rails 501, so that the top frame 200 can slide up and down smoothly. In addition, the guide 71 also functions as a stopper so that the top frame 200 does not separate from the third side frame 500 during the upward sliding.
In this embodiment, the locking mechanism further includes a top frame locking mechanism disposed between the top frame 200 and the third side frames 500 on both sides, and the top frame 200 is further provided with an unlocking mechanism for synchronously unlocking all the top frame locking mechanisms. Specifically, the top frame locking mechanism includes four locking pins 71 respectively disposed at four corners of the top frame 200, and locking grooves 72 respectively disposed at tops of the two sets of third side frames 500 to be engaged with the locking pins 71, and further includes an elastic member (not shown in the drawings) for providing a force required to move the locking pins 71 toward the locking grooves 72. The unlocking mechanism comprises an unlocking operator which links all the locking pins 71 away from the corresponding locking slots 72. The unlocking operation member is specifically an unlocking knob 73 arranged at the top of the top frame 200, and the unlocking knob 73 is connected with each locking pin 71 through a traction cable 74, so that when the unlocking knob 73 is rotated, all the locking pins 71 can be linked to be separated from the locking grooves 72. Further, the frame body 1 of the top frame 200 comprises a transverse frame extending along the length direction of the top frame 200 in addition to a rectangular frame arranged around the periphery, the unlocking knob 73 is rotatably arranged on the transverse frame, the traction cable 74 is arranged in the frame body 1 in a penetrating way, and the four lock pins 71 are arranged at the side part of the frame body 1 in a sliding way, so that the appearance of the pet cage is attractive and neat.
It should be noted that the lock pin 71 in this embodiment has substantially the same structure as the guide 71, and only plays a different role in different states, that is, when the lock pin 71 is inserted into the lock groove 72 in the deployed state of the cage, and when the top frame locking mechanism is unlocked, the lock pin 71 is disengaged from the lock groove 72, and the top frame 200 slides downward, so that the lock pin 71 slides in the guide rail 501 as the guide 71. The structure of the pet cage is simpler due to the arrangement.
Referring to fig. 4, four corners of the rectangular frame 1 of the bottom frame 100 are respectively provided with a section of upright post 81 extending upward, the upper portion of each upright post 81 is further fixedly provided with a section of connecting post 812 extending upward, and each group of third side frames 500 is rotatably connected with the upper portions of the two connecting posts 812 at the same side around the third rotation center line Z. The third rotation center line Z, which is set to rotate the third side frame 500 with respect to the bottom frame 100, is higher in the vertical direction than the top frame 200 is folded on the bottom frame 100.
Referring to fig. 4 and 10, since the third rotation center line Z is higher than the upper surface of the bottom plate 3, the rotation connection point of the third side frame 500 is higher than the bottom of the third side frame 500 in order to prevent a gap from being left between the third side frame 500 and the bottom frame 100 in the deployed state of the cage. Specifically, the inner side of the third side frame 500 is further opened with two sets of connecting slots 83, and each connecting column 812 is inserted into the corresponding connecting slot 83 and rotatably connected with the third side frame 500. In order to further improve the connection strength between the third side frame 500 and the bottom frame 100, the upper surface of each upright 81 is an inclined surface gradually inclined downwards and extends from inside to outside, and a clamping groove 811 is arranged on the outermost side of the inclined surface; accordingly, the lower end of the frame body 1 at both sides of the third side frame 500 is a slant surface which is matched with the upright 81, and the outer lower part of the slant surface is provided with a protrusion 82 which is matched with the locking groove 811. Thus, when the third side frame 500 is erected on both sides of the bottom frame 100, the connecting column 812 is located in the connecting groove 83, the protrusion 82 is fittingly clamped in the clamping groove 811, and the third side frame 500 is not prone to shaking; when the third side frame 500 rotates inward relative to the bottom frame 100, the connecting post 812 is disengaged from the connecting groove 83, and the protrusion 82 is disengaged from the engaging groove 811.
On the other hand, in order to make the third rotation center line Z higher than the height of the top frame 200 after being folded on the bottom frame 100, the lower end portion of the guide rail 501 extends up to below the connection column 812 in the vertical direction, so that the top frame 200 can be folded with the bottom frame 100 as low as possible.
The folding principle of the pet cage of the present embodiment is specifically described below:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, when the cage is in the unfolded state, the bottom frame 100, the top frame 200, the first side frame 300, the second side frame 400 and the two sets of third side frames 500 are unfolded to form an accommodating space, the locking mechanisms are in the locked state, the locking pins 71 are inserted into the corresponding locking grooves 72, and the cage is stable in structure and not prone to deformation.
Referring to fig. 13 to 17, when the cage body is in the unfolded state, the first side frame 300 can be used as a door of the pet cage, so that a pet can conveniently enter and exit. Specifically, the second locking structure is firstly unlocked, and then the first side frame 300 is driven to rotate upward around the fourth rotation center line P, so that when the first side frame 300 rotates to be horizontal, the first side frame can be pushed to slide inward along the sliding groove and be folded under the top frame 200. At this time, the first side frame 300 is completely opened, and the pet can freely enter and exit. When the cage body needs to be closed again, the steps are operated in the reverse direction, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, when it is required to fold the cage, the operation is performed based on the unfolded state shown in fig. 1, that is, the lower portion of the first side frame 300 is connected to the bottom frame 100. At this time, the first locking structure and the third locking structure need to be unlocked, and the first side frame 300 and the second side frame 400 need to be driven to rotate downward around the first rotation center line X and the second side frame 400 rotates downward around the second rotation center line Y simultaneously or sequentially, so that the first side frame 300 and the second side frame 400 are both folded above the bottom frame 100, taking the first side frame 300 stacked on the second side frame 400 as an example in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 8 to 9, the unlocking knob 73 is then rotated to unlock the top frame locking mechanism, and all the lock pins 71 are disengaged from the lock grooves 72 and enter the guide rails 501 as the guides 71 to provide sliding guidance for the top frame 200.
