Description
本实用新型涉及建筑技术领域，具体地说是一种薄壁倒开口箱梁。
现有的建筑物中用的梁多半是实心梁，此比梁的自重重，消耗材料多，而且梁的垮度由于自重重受到限制。梁的预制，吊装都由重量问题受到限制。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种自重轻，预制、吊装方便，垮度大的薄壁倒口箱梁。
本实用新型薄壁倒开口箱梁包括高度和厚度之比大于10的主板，高、厚之比大于10的横格板，连接两主板的连板。
主板、横格板、连板都是用钢筋混凝土浇灌而成。
本实用新型的优点是倒开口箱梁的自重轻，较一般梁轻30～60％，消耗材料少，省混凝土30～50％，省钢材20～30％，预制、吊装十分方便，可作大垮度的梁，垮度可达30m以上，可缩短施工工期。

根据图1、图2、图3所示，按图3钢筋配置图把钢筋摁牢，做主板（1）、横格板（2）、连接（3）骨架，然后浇灌水泥混凝土，震动，抹平滑，则倒开口箱梁制成。开口箱梁的主板（1）和连板（3）相连，横格板（2）和两主板（1）和连板（3）相连，其主板（1）和横格板（2）的厚、高度之比大于10。
