Technical Field

Background
In the past, various color pastes and resins have to have their own ingredients such as formula and additive according to their different requirements. Compared with the traditional method, the method adopts manual operation for metering, is easy to make mistakes in precision, and is not accurate enough, so that equipment such as a machine and the like is generally adopted. The embodiment of the application provides automatic blending and conveying equipment for color paste and resin, which comprises a conveying mechanism 1 and two or more than two batching units 2 which are sequentially arranged along the conveying mechanism 1, wherein containers 3 which need to be loaded with the color paste and the resin are sequentially loaded with needed batching materials through the batching units 2 by the conveying mechanism 1, so that the aim of automation is fulfilled; wherein:
the conveying mechanism 1 may sequentially include a waiting area 10, a processing path 11 connected to the waiting area 10, and a preparation area 12 connected to the processing path 11. Wherein, the material waiting area 10 can be formed by two or more than two parallel conveying lines 100, 101; in the embodiment illustrated in the present application, the conveyor lines 100, 101 distinguish the first conveyor line 100 from the second conveyor line 101, and the container 3 includes two or more first containers 30 and two or more second containers 31 according to the color paste and resin with different compositions to be mixed, and the containers with different sizes are used for identification for convenience of illustration, but not limited thereto. The first container 30 is ready to be placed on the first conveyor line 100 and the second container 31 is ready to be placed on the second conveyor line 101 to be sequentially dispensed to the processing path 11 of the conveyor 1, and the ingredients are automatically dispensed by the dispensing units 2 according to the ingredients to be loaded.
The batching units 2 are arranged in sequence along the length of the processing path 11 of the upper conveying mechanism 1. Referring to fig. 2 or fig. 3, each dispensing unit 2 includes a base 20, a frame 21 supported on the base 20, and a dispensing box 22 disposed at one side of the frame 21; the base 20 is configured to allow the processing path 11 of the conveying mechanism 1 to pass therethrough, so that the container 3 conveyed by the processing path 11 can also pass through the frame 21. The frame 21 is provided with a dispensing head 210, the dispensing head 210 may have two or more dispensing tubes connected to the raw material barrels 220 loaded with different ingredients, so as to inject the ingredients required in the raw material barrels 220 into the container 3 by the corresponding dispensing heads 210 according to the requirement, and each raw material barrel 220 is accommodated in the dispensing box 22, thereby forming the dispensing unit 2.
In view of the above, in the embodiment of the present application, the sensor 23 is mainly disposed at a suitable position of each ingredient unit 2, and the container 3 is disposed with the identification elements 300 and 310 capable of being sensed by the sensor 23; in order to make the sensor 23 distinguish the difference between the first container 30 and the second container 31, the first container 30 is provided with a first identification element 300, the second container 31 is provided with a second identification element 310, the first identification element 300 and the second identification element 310 can distinguish by the sensor 23, and the components added by the first and second identification elements 300, 310 can be known by computer numerical control (not shown), so that the components needed to be added by the container 3 passing through the dispensing unit 2 can be identified, and the dispensing head 210 can be controlled to take the material from the material barrel 220 of the required ingredients by the corresponding dispensing pipe and inject the material into the container 3, thereby achieving the purpose of automatic dispensing. The identification elements 300 and 310 may be Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags, Near Field Communication (NFC), two-dimensional Bar codes (Quick Response codes), Bar codes (Bar codes), or the like, and may be disposed on the outer peripheral surface or under the bottom surface of the container 3, so that the sensor 23 may be disposed at a corresponding position of the dispensing unit 2 for identification.
