The end of the communication seat 13 facing the normally closed valve 12 may be provided with a trigger 131 capable of abutting against the valve element 122, and the trigger 131 first pushes the valve element 122 to move into the water passing cavity 1210 when the abutting portion 1221 abuts against the valve element, in which process the elastic element 123 is compressed and the water passing port 1211 is opened.
Optionally, a projection of the second end of the abutting portion 1221 in the moving direction of the valve element 122 is located inside an edge of the first communication hole 130, and the triggering portion 131 is located inside the first communication hole 130 to abut against the abutting portion 1221, so that when the abutting portion 1221 is matched with the communicating seat 13, the first communication hole 130 is not blocked, and smoothness of water flow is ensured.
For example, the abutting portion 1221 may be a cylindrical protrusion, the end diameter of the abutting portion 1221 is smaller than the end inner diameter of the first communication hole 130, the triggering portion 131 may be a protrusion on the inner wall of the first communication hole 130, and the triggering portion 131 may extend toward the center of the first communication hole 130. In addition, the number of the triggering portions 131 may be multiple, for example, two, three, four or more triggering portions 131 may be provided, and the multiple triggering portions 131 may be circumferentially distributed at intervals on the inner wall of the first communication hole 130, so as to ensure the balance of the force applied to the abutting portion 1221 when the triggering portions 131 abut against the abutting portion 1221.
In some embodiments, the normally-closed valve 12 may further include a first sealing member 124, opposite sides of the first sealing member 124 abut against the outer wall of the valve body 121 and the end surface of the opening 110, respectively, and an inner edge of the first sealing member 124 is located within an edge of the water through opening 1211 to abut against the valve core 122 when the valve core 122 closes the water through opening 1211, so as to ensure the sealing performance and prevent the liquid from leaking when the liquid storage tank 11 is removed from the base station body 10.
Wherein, the opposite sides of the first sealing member 124 can be provided with sealing protrusions 1241, the sealing protrusions 1241 are arranged around the circumference of the first sealing member 124, so as to prevent the liquid in the liquid storage tank 11 from seeping out from the outside of the valve body 121 and prevent the water in the water passing cavity 1210 from seeping out from the valve core 122, thereby improving the sealing performance.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the first sealing element 124 may be an elastic sealing element such as a rubber element or a silicon element, and the embodiment does not specifically limit the specific material and the damping amount of the first sealing element 124.
The specific structure and arrangement of the communication base 13 will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 4 to fig. 6, as an alternative embodiment, the base station main body 10 may further include a water tank base, the water tank base is provided with a second communication hole 103, the communication base 13 may be disposed on the water tank base, and the communication base 13 is disposed in the second communication hole 103, so as to implement installation and fixation of the communication base 13.
The valve assembly may further include a second sealing member 14, the second sealing member 14 may be sleeved outside the communication seat 13 and interposed between the communication seat 13 and an edge of the second communication hole 103, and the second sealing member 14 may play a role of sealing between the normally-closed valve 12 and the communication seat 13 when the water through opening 1211 is opened.
Optionally, the outer side wall of the second sealing member 14 may be provided with a mounting groove, when the communication seat 13 is assembled, the second sealing member 14 and the communication seat 13 are installed on the second communication hole 103 together in a penetrating manner, and the inner edge of the second communication hole 103 is clamped in the mounting groove, so as to ensure the stability of the installation of the communication seat 13.
In order to ensure that the liquid in the reservoir 11 does not leak from the water passage 1211 to the first communication hole 130 when the valve element 122 opens the water passage 1211, the valve element 122 and the outer side of the second communication hole 103 need to be sealed, and the structure of the second sealing member 14 can play a role.
Wherein, the outer wall of the reservoir 11 may be provided with a protrusion 111 protruding out of the surface of the reservoir 11, the protrusion 111 is disposed around the opening 110, the second sealing member 14 may include a sealing body 141 and a sealing flange 142 surrounding the circumference of the communication seat 13, a first end of the sealing flange 142 is connected to the side of the sealing body 141, a second end of the sealing flange 142 extends toward the protrusion 111, an annular sealing cavity 143 is formed between a second end of the sealing flange 142 and the side wall of the sealing body 141, and the protrusion 111 extends into and abuts against the annular sealing cavity 143.
When the valve body 122 abuts against the communicating seat 13, the protruding portion 111 of the outer wall of the reservoir 11 compresses the sealing flange 142 to some extent, and a good sealing effect is obtained.
The seal flange 142 extends from the side wall of the seal body 141 toward the projection 111, i.e., upward thereof, so that the cross section of the annular seal cavity 143 formed by the seal flange 142 and the seal body 141 is V-shaped. In addition, convenience may be provided at an outer side of the sealing flange 142 to improve elastic damping of the sealing flange 142, thereby improving reliability of sealing.
Depending on the function of the tank 11, the cleaning water in the tank 11 may flow out from the water passage chamber 1210 and enter the cleaning tank 101, or the sewage in the cleaning tank 101 may flow into the tank 11 through the water passage chamber 1210.
In some embodiments, the liquid storage tank 11 and the valve assembly can be a plurality of, and the liquid storage tank 11 and the valve assembly are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that different functions such as water supply and sewage recovery can be realized when the base station main body 10 is cleaned.
Wherein, the liquid reserve tank 11 can be two, and two liquid reserve tanks are clean water tank and sewage case respectively, and clean water tank and sewage case all communicate with washing tank 101 through the valve module, and the specific mode of setting of valve module is the same on clean water tank and the sewage case, and the distinction is not made here, and clean water tank is used for supplying clean water to washing tank 101, and the sewage case is used for collecting the sewage in the washing tank 101.
It should be noted that the communicating base 13 may be communicated with the cleaning tank 101 through a water pipe, and the liquid between the liquid storage tank 11 and the cleaning tank 101 may flow through gravity or may be pumped by a water pump, and the water pump may be connected to a pipeline between the liquid storage tank 11 and the cleaning tank 101.
In order to ensure the stability of the liquid storage tank 11 placed on the base station main body 10, the base station main body 10 may be provided with a containing groove 102, the shape of the containing groove 102 matches with the shape of the liquid storage tank 11, the liquid storage tank 11 may be placed in the containing groove 102, and the communicating seat 13 may be disposed in the containing groove 102, the containing groove 102 may also play a role in positioning, and when the liquid storage tank 11 is placed in the containing groove 102, the normally-closed valve 12 may be ensured to abut against the communicating seat 13.
The embodiment provides a cleaning base station, which is used for cleaning a cleaning piece of cleaning equipment and comprises a base station main body, a liquid storage tank and a valve assembly, wherein the liquid storage tank is detachably arranged on the base station main body, the base station main body is provided with a cleaning tank, the cleaning tank is used for accommodating the cleaning piece, the valve assembly comprises a normally-closed valve and a communicating seat, the liquid storage tank is provided with an opening, the normally-closed valve is arranged on the opening to seal the opening, the communicating seat is arranged on the base station main body, and the communicating seat is provided with a first communicating hole communicated with the cleaning tank; when the liquid reserve tank sets up in the basic station main part, intercommunication seat and normally closed valve butt to make the normally closed valve open and with first through-hole intercommunication, and when getting the liquid reserve tank from the basic station main part and put, the normally closed valve can seal the liquid reserve tank immediately, thereby avoids the liquid in the liquid reserve tank to spill.
Example two
The embodiment provides a cleaning device, which comprises a cleaning device and the cleaning base station in the first embodiment, wherein the cleaning base station is used for cleaning a cleaning piece of the cleaning device, and the cleaning device can be a dust collector, a sweeping robot, a mopping machine and the like.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 8 is a schematic view of a bottom portion of a floor brush in the cleaning device provided in the embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 1 to 8, a cleaning base station 1 may include a base station main body 10, a liquid storage tank 11 and a valve assembly, the base station main body 10 has a cleaning tank 101 for accommodating a cleaning member, the liquid storage tank 11 is communicated with the cleaning tank 101 through the valve assembly, and a specific structure of the valve assembly and a matching manner with the base station main body 10 and the liquid storage tank 11 are the same as those in the first embodiment, and are not repeated herein.
Alternatively, the cleaning base 1 may comprise a washing tray 15, the washing tray 15 being removably arranged in the washing tank, and the cleaning elements may be located in the washing tray 15 when the cleaning device 2 is placed on the cleaning base 1.
In some embodiments, the cleaning device 2 can include a floor brush 20, and the floor brush 20 can include a housing and a mop swab assembly disposed at a bottom of the housing.
Wherein, the mop subassembly can include two rotatory mop units 21 that can rotate around vertical axis, and two rotatory mop units 21 are arranged side by side along the width direction of casing, and the bottom of rotatory mop unit 21 forms the cleaning surface, and rotatory mop unit 21 rubs with the surface of waiting to clean when rotating to play the cleaning.
In some embodiments, the floor brush 20 may further include a rolling brush 22 rotatable about a horizontal axis in addition to the rotating mop unit 21, the rolling brush 22 extending in a width direction of the housing, and the rolling brush 22 and the mop assembly being sequentially disposed at the bottom of the housing in a length direction of the floor brush 20. Taking a dust collector as an example, the dust collection opening can be positioned between the rolling brush 22 and the rotating mop unit 21, when the floor brush 20 works, the rolling brush 22 can slightly lift dust firstly, so that the dust collector firstly sucks dust or impurities which are easy to clean, and then the rotating mop unit 21 cleans stains which are difficult to clean and are stuck on the ground.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the length direction of the housing of the floor brush 20 is defined as a normal horizontal traveling direction of the floor brush 20 in use, and the width direction of the housing is defined as another horizontal direction perpendicular to the normal horizontal traveling direction.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A cleaning base station, characterized in that the cleaning base station (1) is used for cleaning pieces of a cleaning device (2), the cleaning base station (1) comprises a base station main body (10), a liquid storage tank (11) and a valve assembly, the liquid storage tank (11) is detachably arranged on the base station main body (10), the base station main body (10) is provided with a cleaning tank (101), and the cleaning tank (101) is used for accommodating the cleaning pieces;
the valve assembly comprises a normally-closed valve (12) and a communicating seat (13), the liquid storage tank (11) is provided with an opening (110), the normally-closed valve (12) is arranged on the opening (110) to close the opening (110), the communicating seat (13) is arranged on the base station main body (10), and the communicating seat (13) is provided with a first communicating hole (130) communicated with the cleaning tank (101); when the liquid storage tank (11) is arranged on the base station main body (10), the communication base (13) is abutted to the normally-closed valve (12) so that the normally-closed valve (12) is opened and communicated with the first communication hole (130).

The cleaning base station according to claim 1, wherein the normally-closed valve (12) comprises a valve body (121) and a valve core (122), the valve body (121) is provided with a water passing cavity (1210), the water passing cavity (1210) is communicated with the inner cavity of the liquid storage tank (11), the water passing cavity (1210) is provided with a water passing opening (1211), and the valve core (122) is movably arranged in the water passing cavity (1210) to open or close the water passing opening (1211).
3. The cleaning base station according to claim 2, characterized in that, when said normally closed valve (12) is disengaged from said communication seat (13), said valve element (122) moves towards said transit nozzle (1211) to close said transit nozzle (1211);
when the normally-closed valve (12) abuts against the communication seat (13), the valve element (122) moves in a direction away from the water passing port (1211) to open the water passing port (1211).

The cleaning base station according to claim 2, wherein the normally-closed valve (12) further comprises an elastic member (123), the elastic member (123) is disposed in the water passing cavity (1210), the elastic member (123) abuts against one end of the valve core (122) facing away from the water passing opening (1211), and an elastic force direction of the elastic member (123) is directed from the inner side of the water passing cavity (1210) to the water passing opening (1211).

The cleaning base station according to any of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the valve element (122) has a sealing surface (1220), the sealing surface (1220) faces the excess water opening (1211), and when the valve element (122) closes the excess water opening (1211), the sealing surface (1220) covers the outside of the edge of the excess water opening (1211);
the valve element (122) further comprises an abutting part (1221), a first end of the abutting part (1221) is connected to the sealing surface (1220), a second end of the abutting part (1221) extends towards the outer side of the water passing opening (1211), and a second end of the abutting part (1221) is abutted to the communicating seat (13).
6. The cleaning base station according to claim 5, characterized in that one end of the communication seat (13) facing the normally closed valve (12) is provided with a trigger (131) which can abut against the valve spool (122);
the projection of the second end of the abutting part (1221) in the moving direction of the valve core (122) is positioned inside the edge of the first communication hole (130), and the triggering part (131) is positioned inside the first communication hole (130) and is abutted against the abutting part (1221).

The clean base station according to any of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that said normally closed valve (12) further comprises a first seal (124), opposite sides of said first seal (124) abutting respectively an outer wall of said valve body (121) and an end face of said opening (110), an inner edge of said first seal (124) being located inside an edge of said water passing opening (1211) to abut said valve core (122) when said valve core (122) closes said water passing opening (1211).
8. The cleaning base station according to claim 7, characterized in that opposite sides of the first seal (124) are provided with sealing protrusions (1241), the sealing protrusions (1241) being arranged around the circumference of the first seal (124).

The clean base station according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the base station main body (10) further comprises a water tank base, a second communication hole (103) is opened on the water tank base, the communication base (13) is arranged on the water tank base, and the communication base (13) is arranged in the second communication hole (103) in a penetrating way;
the valve component further comprises a second sealing element (14), wherein the second sealing element (14) is sleeved on the outer side of the communication seat (13) and clamped between the communication seat (13) and the edge of the second communication hole (103).

The cleaning base station according to claim 9, characterized in that the outer wall of the tank (11) has a protrusion (111) protruding from the surface of the tank (11), the protrusion (111) surrounds the opening (110), the second sealing member (14) comprises a sealing body (141) and a sealing flange (142) surrounding the circumference of the communication seat (13), a first end of the sealing flange (142) is connected to the side of the sealing body (141), a second end of the sealing flange (142) extends towards the protrusion (111), and an annular sealing cavity (143) is formed between the second end of the sealing flange (142) and the side wall of the sealing body (141), and the protrusion (111) protrudes into and abuts against the annular sealing cavity (143).

The cleaning base station according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the liquid storage tank (11) and the valve assemblies are both in plurality, and the liquid storage tank (11) and the valve assemblies are arranged in one-to-one correspondence; the liquid storage tank (11) comprises a clean water tank and a sewage tank, the clean water tank and the sewage tank are communicated with the cleaning tank (101) through the valve assembly, the clean water tank is used for supplying cleaning water to the cleaning tank (101), and the sewage tank is used for collecting sewage in the cleaning tank (101).

A cleaning apparatus, characterized in that the cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning device (2) and a cleaning base station (1) according to any one of claims 1-11, the cleaning base station (1) being adapted to clean cleaning elements of the cleaning device (2), the cleaning base station (1) comprising a base station body (10), a tank (11) and a valve assembly, the base station body (10) having a cleaning tank (101) accommodating the cleaning elements, the tank (11) being in communication with the cleaning tank (101) via the valve assembly.
