Referring to fig. 2, before a rainy season comes, a maintenance worker in the river course 1 drives a boat to approach the frame 2 in the center of the river course 1, the boat is stopped at one end of the upstream position of the river course 1, and the boat abuts against the end of the frame 2. At the moment, the blade 6 is positioned at one end close to the downstream of the river channel 1, and a maintenance worker on a boat holds the handle 611 at the end part of the pull rope 61 to pull the two groups of pull ropes 61, so that the blade 6 continuously moves along the gap between the upper and lower groups of channel steel 4. The pulling rope 61 penetrates the connecting piece 5 and the clamping seat 41 respectively. In the application, the two sides of the lower end surface of the frame body 2 are both provided with the channel steel 4 which is distributed up and down, the connection between the two groups of channel steel 4 at each side is realized by the connecting piece 5, the blade 6 is inserted between the upper and lower groups of channel steel 4, so that the blade 6 can move along the gap between the two groups of channel steel 4, when in operation, a river 1 maintenance worker pulls the groups of pull ropes 61 at the two sides of the blade 6, the blade part of the blade 6 moves horizontally, the blade part continuously cuts the root systems 311 of the groups of green plants 31, the root systems 311 of the green plants 31 are cut off, and further the separation between the groups of green plants 31 and the riverbed silt is realized, therefore, when the rainy season comes, the groups of green plants 31 are divided into root systems 311 which are cut off, so that the connection relation between the groups of green plants 31 and the silt does not exist, therefore, the frame body 2 can be continuously lifted along with the height of the water surface of the river 1, and is anchored by the root systems 311 which are stretched into the silt, this application has avoided framework 2 to sink below the surface of water in rainy season, makes each group green on the framework 2 plant 31 can normal growth, and the root system 311 after cutting off does benefit to the constantly development of new-born root system 311.
