A preferred embodiment of the container door 100 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the container door 100 is composed of a door frame 110 and a cellular door panel 120 connected to the door frame 110, which may be welded and/or bonded together.
The door frame 110 includes a frame main body 111 disposed along the periphery of the container door 100 and an additional frame 112, and the additional frame 112 is connected to the side surface of the frame main body 111 facing the middle portion of the container door 100, that is, the frame main body 111 surrounds the additional frame 112. The dimension of the additional frame 112 in the thickness direction of the container door 100 is smaller than the dimension of the frame main body 111 in the thickness direction. Preferably, the size of the additional frame 112 in the thickness direction of the container door 100 is less than half the size of the frame main body 111 in the thickness direction.
As shown in fig. 3, the door frame 110 may be formed by combining two door beams and two door vertical beams, and it is easily understood that both the door beams and the door vertical beams have the structure of the frame body 111 and the additional frame body 112. Preferably, the shape of the door frame 110 may be configured as a rectangle. The doorframe 110 is preferably made of a lightweight material.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the honeycomb door panel 120 includes an outer panel 121, an inner panel 122, and a honeycomb assembly 123 therebetween. Wherein the outer panel 121 is connected to a surface of the door frame 110 facing the outside of the container, i.e., the outer panel 121 is connected to an outer side of the door frame 110. The outer panel 121 is preferably the same shape and size as the door frame 110. The lightweight construction of the honeycomb assembly 123 allows for a significant reduction in the weight of the container door 100.
Referring now to fig. 2 and 6, the inner panel 122 is disposed on the inner side of the door frame 110, specifically on the surface of the additional frame 112 facing the inside of the container. Also, the area of the inner panel 122 is smaller than that of the outer panel 121. Thus, the honeycomb assembly 123 is disposed on the side of the additional frame 112 facing the middle of the container door 100, and is surrounded by the additional frame 112. Alternatively, the honeycomb assemblies 123 are positioned between the respective additional frames 112 of the door beams and the door mullions. It is understood that the dimension of the honeycomb assembly 123 in the thickness direction is adapted to the dimension of the additional frame 112 in the thickness direction.
The dimension of the additional frame 112 in the thickness direction of the container door 100 can be set according to actual needs as long as it is smaller than the dimension of the frame main body 111 in the thickness direction for the purpose of reducing the weight and the strength of the honeycomb assembly 123 at the thickness can meet the requirements.

In order to further reduce the weight, the frame main body 111 has a thin wall thickness, and therefore needs to be reinforced. Specifically, referring to fig. 8, a reinforcing structure 113 is provided inside the frame main body 111. The reinforcing structure 113 includes a support portion 114 and a reinforcing rib 115, the support portion 114 is disposed inside the frame main body 111, and the reinforcing rib 115 extends from the support portion 114 and is connected to the frame main body 111.
Illustratively, when the cross-section of the frame main body 111 is configured as a rectangle, the reinforcing structure 113 is preferably provided with four reinforcing ribs 115, the four reinforcing ribs 115 extending from the support portion 114 and being connected to the four corners of the frame main body 111. Further, when the cross section of the support portion 114 is also configured as a rectangle, four reinforcing ribs 115 extend from four corners of the support portion 114 and are connected to four corners of the frame main body 111. This enables a stable reinforcing support to be formed.
In addition, in order to further increase the degree of weight reduction, the support portion 114 is configured as a hollow structure. For example, the support portion 114 may be a square pipe disposed along the extending direction of the door beam or the door vertical beam. In an embodiment not shown, the reinforcing structure 113 may be discontinuous in the extension direction along the door beam or the door vertical beam.
According to the present invention, the container door 100 may be provided with a sealing strip 150 disposed at the end of the container door 100. Because the frame main body 111 can be standard thickness, therefore joint strip 150 can use the adhesive tape that is applicable to standard container, need not additionally customize the adhesive tape of dysmorphism size, can not additionally increase cost.
In addition, a hinge 130 and a lock bar 140 may be provided on the container door 100, and the container door 100 may be pivotably connected to the container by the hinge 130. And both the hinge 130 and the locking lever 140 are fixed using a bolt 160.

Claims (10)
1. A container door, comprising:
a door frame, the door frame comprising:
a frame main body disposed along a periphery of the container door; and
an additional frame body connected to a side surface of the frame main body facing a middle portion of the container door, and having a size in a thickness direction of the container door smaller than a size in the thickness direction of the frame main body; and
the honeycomb door plate is connected to the door frame and comprises a honeycomb assembly, the honeycomb assembly is connected to the side face, facing the middle part of the container door, of the additional frame body and is surrounded by the additional frame body, and the dimension of the honeycomb door plate in the thickness direction is matched with the dimension of the additional frame body in the thickness direction.
2. A container door according to claim 1, wherein the additional frame is flush with the surface of the frame body facing outwardly of the container, the frame body and the additional frame being constructed as a single piece.
3. The container door of claim 1 or 2, wherein the cellular door panel comprises:
an outer panel connected to a surface of the door frame facing outside the container;
an inner panel connected to a surface of the additional frame facing into the container, the inner panel having an area smaller than an area of the outer panel; and
the honeycomb assembly is arranged between the outer panel and the inner panel.
4. The container door of claim 1, wherein the frame body has a reinforcing structure on an interior thereof, the reinforcing structure comprising:
a support part provided inside the frame main body;
and the reinforcing ribs extend out of the supporting part and are connected to the frame main body.
5. The container door according to claim 4, wherein the frame body is configured to have a rectangular cross-section, and the reinforcing structure includes four reinforcing ribs extending from the support portion and connected to four corners of the frame body.
6. The container door of claim 4, wherein the support portion is configured as a hollow structure.
7. The container door of claim 1, wherein the cellular door panel and the door frame are joined together by welding and/or adhesive bonding.
8. The container door of claim 1, further comprising a bead of sealant disposed at an end of the container door.
9. The container door of claim 1, wherein the dimension of the additional frame in the thickness direction of the container door is less than half the dimension of the frame body in the thickness direction.
10. A container having a container door according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
