本实用新型涉及一种保温密闭门，属于粮库门技术领域。
背景技术
粮库是储存粮食的场所，其中粮库门是粮库的重要组成部分。粮库门需要有较好的密闭性和保温隔热性，以防止外界环境对粮库内储存的粮食造成不良的影响。为了保证粮库密封保温作用，通常采用的保温密闭粮库门。保温密闭粮库门包括门框、门扇，门扇由两个强度较好的合金板材之间填充保温材料制成，门扇具有较好的强度，可经受风吹雨淋等恶劣的环境条件。但是门扇四周包边与门扇的连接用铆钉铆接，开门装置用长螺栓在门扇上打通孔来固定，这样就破坏了门扇的保温密封效果，加之门扇和门框之间、门扇和门扇之间存在间隙，造成整个粮库门的密封性差、保温隔热性能差。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提供一种保温密闭门，自身无孔洞，并设置双重密封效果的密封条，整体密封性好、保温隔热性能好。
本实用新型所述保温密闭门，包括门框和两扇对开的门扇，所述门框呈L型，所述门扇的内外两面板采用整体板材，门扇四周焊接h型边框，第一门扇的内外立面上下左三周均设有密封条，第二门扇的内外立面上下右三周均设有密封条，所述密封条呈D型。
通过门扇的内外两面板采用整体板材和h型边框设计，自身保证无通孔；通过门扇的内外立面的密封条，门扇关闭时，门框和门扇形成2层环形密封；所述密封条采用D型设计，设计合理，保证密封性能；整体密封性好、保温隔热性能好。
优选地，所述第一门扇右边框为阶梯型边框，第二门扇左边框为阶梯型边框。
两扇门扇闭合时，第一门扇内侧的密封条贴合紧压在第二门扇的内侧，第二门扇内侧的密封条贴合紧压在第一门扇的外侧，从而形成2层密封。
优选地，所述密封条5均为内藏式。
防止风吹日晒和被老鼠等小动物咬坏。
优选地，所述两扇对开的门扇分别通过门铰链铰接在门框两侧，两个门扇正面内侧分别设有开启立杆、固定座和锁头。

如图1-4所示，所述的保温密闭门，包括门框2和两扇对开的门扇3，所述门框2呈L型，所述门扇3的内外两面板11采用整体板材，门扇3四周焊接h型边框10，第一门扇301的内外立面上下左三周均设有密封条5，第二门扇302的内外立面上下右三周均设有密封条5，所述密封条5呈D型。
通过门扇3的内外两面板11采用整体板材和h型边框10设计，自身保证无通孔；通过门扇3的内外立面的密封条5，门扇3关闭时，门框2和门扇3形成2层环形密封；所述密封条5采用D型设计，设计合理，保证密封性能；整体密封性好、保温隔热性能好。
在此，第一门扇301的内立面上下左三周设有D型密封条5，第二门扇302的内立面上下右三周设有D型密封条5，门扇3关闭时，门扇3内立面的密封条5贴合紧压在L型门框2的内立面上，形成门扇3与门框2的第一层密封。第一门扇301的h型边框10的内立面上下左三周设有D型密封条5，第二门扇302的h型边框10的内立面上下右三周设有D型密封条5，门扇3关闭时，门扇3内立面的密封条5贴合紧压在L型门框2的外立面上，形成门扇3与门框2的第二层密封。
其中，所述第一门扇301右边框为阶梯型边框12，第二门扇302左边框为阶梯型边框12。
两扇门扇3闭合时，第一门扇301内侧的密封条5贴合紧压在第二门扇302的内侧，第二门扇302内侧的密封条5贴合紧压在第一门扇301的外侧，从而形成2层密封。
其中，所述密封条5均为内藏式。

其中，所述两扇对开的门扇3分别通过门铰链8铰接在门框2两侧，两个门扇3正面内侧分别设有开启立杆4、固定座7和锁头6。
在此，门铰链8和固定座7通过盲孔安装在门扇3的外面板11，保证内面板11无孔洞，进一步保证密封性能。门框2采用特制L型镀锌管；h型边框10采用镀锌“h”槽钢；面板11采用优质冷板，带加强型，两面板11之间的填充物9采用阻燃聚苯板(导热系数不大于0.041KW/m，粘结强度大于0.1Pa)，经高强度粘结剂压制成型,热阻：R≧0.9㎡，K/W，耐火等级≧B1。本实用新型的开启立杆4为32mm热镀锌管，壁厚≧3mm，锁头6、固定座7为集装箱专用；密封条5为三元乙丙密封胶条(抗老化、耐腐蚀、耐温度-40℃—50℃)，其设置两个密封侧边，形成双层密封，每扇门设风钩固定于墙上。门框2、门扇3、h型边框10、阶梯型边框及所有附件都经过热镀锌处理而成。
所述的保温密闭门，工作原理如下：
门扇3的内外两面板11采用整体板材和h型边框10设计，自身保证无孔洞，门扇3关闭时，门扇3内立面的密封条5贴合紧压在L型门框2的内立面上，形成门扇3与门框2的第一层密封。第一门扇301的h型边框10的内立面上下左三周设有D型密封条5，第二门扇302的h型边框10的内立面上下右三周设有D型密封条5，门扇3关闭时，门扇3内立面的密封条5贴合紧压在L型门框2的外立面上，形成门扇3与门框2的第二层密封；第一门扇301内侧的密封条5贴合紧压在第二门扇302的内侧，第二门扇302内侧的密封条5贴合紧压在第一门扇301的外侧，从而形成2层密封。
本实用新型所述保温密闭门，自身无通孔，并设置双重密封效果的密封条，整体密封性好、保温隔热性能好。

1.一种保温密闭门，包括门框(2)和两扇对开的门扇(3)，其特征在于，所述门框(2)呈L型，所述门扇(3)的内外两面板(11)采用整体板材，门扇(3)四周焊接h型边框(10)，第一门扇(301)的内外立面上下左三周均设有密封条(5)，第二门扇(302)的内外立面上下右三周均设有密封条(5)，所述密封条(5)呈D型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温密闭门，其特征在于，所述第一门扇(301)右边框为阶梯型边框(12)，第二门扇(302)左边框为阶梯型边框(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温密闭门，其特征在于，所述密封条(5)均为内藏式。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保温密闭门，其特征在于，所述两扇对开的门扇(3)分别通过门铰链(8)铰接在门框(2)两侧，两个门扇(3)正面内侧分别设有开启立杆(4)、固定座(7)和锁头(6)。
