【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯。
【背景技术】
现有的乳液泵,通常都设有换气孔以便往乳液容器中补气防止乳液容器内部气压小而干瘪变形,通常的换气孔由于结构的限制,需要防止容器中乳液进入从换气孔进入泵室而导致的乳液溢出的问题,换气孔都是设置在泵体上的一个小孔,现有的乳液泵对于一般的应用是没有问题的,但是对于一些料体粘度高的乳液,在使用一段时间之后就常常会有换气不畅的情况发生。
本实用新型就是基于这种情况作出的。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型目的是克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,具有结构简单、换气顺畅的特点。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,包括主柱、副柱、活塞、泵室、弹簧、单向阀、锁瓶盖和锁盖,所述主柱设置在泵室内,所述副柱连接在主柱下端,所述活塞套设在主柱和副柱外侧,所述单向阀设置在泵室内并位于活塞下方供料液进入泵室内,所述锁盖的上端与泵室上端连接固定且锁盖上设有插入在泵室中的弹簧腔,所述弹簧腔的底部设有供主柱穿过的中心孔,所述副柱和活塞位于弹簧腔的下方,所述弹簧位于弹簧腔内并用于将主柱往上顶压,所述泵室中上部的侧面上设有上下设置的长条换气孔,在所述活塞弹起时,所述长条换气孔露出在活塞上方,所述主柱与锁盖之间设有供外部的气体进入弹簧腔的进气间隙,所述中心孔和主柱之间设有供弹簧腔的气体进入泵室中的进气间隙。
如上所述的一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,在所述活塞弹起时,所述活塞的上端位于长条换气孔下端的上方,且长条换气孔的中上部位于活塞之上。
如上所述的一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,所述泵室的上部设有能从下挡在锁瓶盖的顶板下方的环形挡板,所述长条换气孔的上端开设到环形挡板处。
如上所述的一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,所述主柱的外侧上设有位于弹簧腔中的外套筒,所述弹簧设置在外套筒内侧。
如上所述的一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,所述锁盖设有向上凸出的环形口,所述主柱外侧上设有在弹起后与环形口密封的凸环。
如上所述的一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,所述弹簧腔的下部设有内螺牙,所述外套筒的下部设有能与内螺牙螺纹连接的外螺牙。
如上所述的一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,所述单向阀为球珠。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下优点:
1、本实用新型结构简单,构件少,易于组装,制造成本低。
2、本实用新型通过在泵室中上部的侧面上开设上下设置长条换气孔,在装入乳液瓶应用时,所述长条换气孔位于瓶口瓶嘴的位置,这个位置基本不会被料液浸没,而在所述活塞弹起时,所述长条换气孔露出在活塞上方,能避免被活塞所带出的乳液累积堵孔而影响换气,由于长条换气孔具有较好的长度,当长条换气孔上沾染乳液时,乳液可在自重下落入到下端位置,从而使得长条换气孔在长期使用过程中具有较好的通气效果。
3、本实用新型在泵按压过程中能够通过活塞上下运动,靠活塞外壁进行清理长条换气孔下部内侧,防止因料体长期累积挂壁而堵孔。
4、本实用新型通过弹簧腔放置弹簧,使弹簧外置,隔离开泵室,避免乳液从长条换气孔进入泵室时,弹簧和料体接触,能够避免弹簧锈蚀污染料体。

如图1至图3所示,一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,包括主柱2、副柱3、活塞4、泵室5、弹簧6、单向阀7、锁瓶盖8和锁盖9,所述单向阀7为球珠,所述主柱2设置在泵室5内,所述副柱3连接在主柱2下端,所述活塞4套设在主柱2和副柱3外侧,所述单向阀设置在泵室5内并位于活塞4下方供料液进入泵室5内,所述锁盖9的上端与泵室5上端连接固定且锁盖9上设有插入在泵室5中的弹簧腔91,所述弹簧腔91的底部设有供主柱2穿过的中心孔92,所述副柱3和活塞4位于弹簧腔91的下方,所述弹簧6位于弹簧腔91内并用于将主柱2往上顶压,所述泵室5中上部的侧面上设有上下设置的长条换气孔50,在装入乳液瓶应用时,所述长条换气孔50位于瓶口瓶嘴的位置,这个位置基本不会被料液浸没,而在所述活塞4弹起时,所述长条换气孔50露出在活塞4上方,能避免被活塞4所带出的乳液累积堵孔而影响换气,由于长条换气孔50具有较好的长度,当长条换气孔50上沾染乳液时,乳液可在自重下落入到下端位置,从而使得长条换气孔在长期使用过程中具有较好的通气效果,所述主柱2与锁盖9之间设有供外部的气体进入弹簧腔91的进气间隙,所述中心孔92和主柱2之间设有供弹簧腔91的气体进入泵室5中的进气间隙,泵室中的空气则经长条换气孔50进入乳液瓶中进行补气,防止瘪瓶。
如图2所示实施例,在所述活塞4弹起时,所述活塞4的上端位于长条换气孔50下端的上方,且长条换气孔50的中上部位于活塞4之上,在泵按压过程中能够通过活塞上下运动,靠活塞外壁进行清理长条换气孔内侧,防止因料体挂壁而堵孔。
优选地,如图3所示,所述泵室5的上部设有能从下挡在锁瓶盖8的顶板下方的环形挡板51,所述长条换气孔50的上端开设到环形挡板51处。
所述主柱2的外侧上设有位于弹簧腔91中的外套筒21,所述弹簧6设置在外套筒21内侧。
所述锁盖9设有向上凸出的环形口93,所述主柱2外侧上设有在弹起后与环形口93密封的凸环22,防水效果好。
所述弹簧腔91的下部设有内螺牙94,所述外套筒21的下部设有能与内螺牙94螺纹连接的外螺牙23,通过压下时内螺牙94和外螺牙23连接而锁定主柱。

1.一种换气效果好的外置弹簧乳液泵泵芯,其特征在于:包括主柱(2)、副柱(3)、活塞(4)、泵室(5)、弹簧(6)、单向阀(7)、锁瓶盖(8)和锁盖(9),所述主柱(2)设置在泵室(5)内,所述副柱(3)连接在主柱(2)下端,所述活塞(4)套设在主柱(2)和副柱(3)外侧,所述单向阀设置在泵室(5)内并位于活塞(4)下方供料液进入泵室(5)内,所述锁盖(9)的上端与泵室(5)上端连接固定且锁盖(9)上设有插入在泵室(5)中的弹簧腔(91),所述弹簧腔(91)的底部设有供主柱(2)穿过的中心孔(92),所述副柱(3)和活塞(4)位于弹簧腔(91)的下方,所述弹簧(6)位于弹簧腔(91)内并用于将主柱(2)往上顶压,所述泵室(5)中上部的侧面上设有上下设置的长条换气孔(50),在所述活塞(4)弹起时,所述长条换气孔(50)露出在活塞(4)上方,所述主柱(2)与锁盖(9)之间设有供外部的气体进入弹簧腔(91)的进气间隙,所述中心孔(92)和主柱(2)之间设有供弹簧腔(91)的气体进入泵室(5)中的进气间隙。
