Background
The pneumatic system of the vehicle seat is generally composed of a gas source body, a gas circuit control valve, a pneumatic air bag body and a gas pipeline connected between the control valve group and the pneumatic bag body.
When the pneumatic system is inflated to actuate, the air flow output by the air source body inflates the massage pneumatic bag body through the air path control valve group. When the air flow passes through the tail end of the air pipe and is further input into the pneumatic air bag body, the high-speed air flow in the air pipeline is quickly sprayed into the empty massage air bag body, and local resonance noise is easily caused due to quick pressure reduction of the air at the outlet of the pipeline and air flow friction at the edge of the outlet.
At present, the air bag body and the pipeline connecting part are usually silenced by using surface attachments such as a felt cover and a silencing sheath, however, the surface attachments easily cause the unevenness and the foreign body sensation of the seat surface because the massage air bag body is usually laid on a sponge cushion in the seat surface cover facing to the human body side of a passenger.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned defects or shortcomings in the prior art, the present application aims to provide a silent massage pneumatic bladder pipeline assembly and a car seat using the same.
In a first aspect, a pneumatic bladder line assembly for silent massage, comprises: a bladder and an external air line; the bag body is provided with an air path connecting part, and the tail end of the external air path, which is matched and connected with the air path connecting part, is provided with a first silencing structure; the first silencing structure is provided with a micro channel extending along the axial direction of the first silencing structure; the external air pipeline, the first silencing structure and the bag body are sequentially connected and communicated with each other through an air channel; the inner diameter of the fine channel is smaller than that of the external air line.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the first silencing structure is an inner plug body; the inner plug body is fixedly arranged inside the external air pipeline.

Based on the specific structure, the tail end of the external air pipeline matched and connected with the air pipeline connecting part of the bag body is provided with a first silencing structure, and a micro channel extending along the axial direction of the first silencing structure is arranged in the first silencing structure. When the inflatable seat cushion is inflated, before air flow in the external air pipeline enters the bag body, the air flow is restrained by the flow through the fine pore passage, the speed of the air flow entering the bag body is slowed down, the parameters of the inherent resonance frequency point of the external air pipeline are effectively changed, the under-pressure resonance characteristic of the external air pipeline is effectively changed, the generation of pipeline resonance can be effectively reduced, the intensity of resonance noise at the end part of the external air pipeline corresponding to the air passage connecting part is greatly reduced, the inflation and deflation massage functions of the pneumatic bag body with low noise are realized, and the sound sensation comfort level of a seat passenger is greatly improved.
Furthermore, the technical solution in this application further optimizes the structure of the pneumatic bladder pipeline assembly, such as: different specific structural designs of the first silencing structure are specifically given; for another example: in particular optimizing the number of first silencing structures distributed within said external air line; for another example: the structure of the external air pipeline is specifically optimized and designed.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

the end of the balloon 200, at which the air path connection portion 100 is provided and the external air line is coupled to the air path connection portion 100, is a portion of the external air line entering the air path connection portion of the balloon and a portion of the external air line adjacent to the connection portion. The pipeline is connected to the adjacent part and is relatively close to the outlet of the gas circuit connecting part on the external gas pipeline within the range of 0-20 mm.
The bag body 200 is provided with an air path connecting portion 100, and the end of the external air path connected to the air path connecting portion 100 is provided with a first silencing structure, specifically, the first silencing structure is provided with a fine pore channel 300 extending along the axial direction thereof. In fig. 1, the fine channel is implemented by partial plugging at the end. Such as: designing the first sound attenuating structure as an inner plug body 400; and a fine channel 300 is formed in the inner plug 400, and the inner plug 400 is fixedly installed in the external air pipe.
Optionally, the inner plug body may be a metal reducing pipe or a non-metal reducing pipe. The fine pore channel on the inner plug body can be injected and blown by engineering plastics; machining a metal part and the like.
Optionally, at least one inner plug 400 is provided in the external air line. Except that the position of gas circuit connecting portion sets up first amortization structure on external air pipeline and the utricule, also can set up first amortization structure in other positions of external air pipeline, realize multistage noise reduction effect. Wherein the second conduit has an internal diameter greater than the internal diameter of the first conduit, i.e.: and reducing isolation is formed between the first pipeline and the second pipeline, so that the noise reduction and silencing effects are further enhanced. Wherein: the first pipeline is the first silencing structure.
